Not a great pic but a delicious pizza.
    Julie L.

I have not had their pizza before but I was lucky enough to try it at an event. The hot honey cheese pizza was delicious. Perfect combination of rich tomato sauce and cheese flavors paired with honey with a bite. Slivers of jalapeño and basil top it off. The crust was " foldable " which is a New Yorkers must have. It looks like they have 3 locations and I look forward to trying their other food options!

This is the "full" plate. No, it's not a kid's meal. There is a little chicken somewhere under that bun, and a smattering of cold fries.

If this place wasn't the only option in City Centre, it would never make it. Will be no surprise when it closes. Management/Owner needs to work on systems. we've given this place three legit opportunities. There will not be a fourth.

The bartender/server was very friendly. My friend and I were have a conversation and didn't look at the menu much, he kept checking on us until we were ready to order. I got the Goose's Burger with tots. The burger was cooked well and had grilled tomatoes, grilled onions and a mango habanero sauce. The sauce wasn't too spicy and added a lot to the burger. It was a bit messy, but I scarfed it down. Tots were nice a crispy. The place wasn't very busy so I was a little skeptical whether it was going to be good, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rest of the menu looked good, I will be coming back to try the pork tenderloin sandwich!

These people, and this place have my heart. When my (bio) Dad passed suddenly and unexpectedly a few months ago, I was scrambling to find a place to host a gathering after his service. He was an Omaha native, a Navy veteran, and an avid Harley rider that maintained a variety of lifelong friends. How many, I had no clue. How many would see the notice and attend, I had no clue. Yet when I called Goose's Bar & Grill and spoke to Nathan and his Manager- the reply was short, sweet and put every ounce of my anxiety to rest, "We've got you" - and THEY DID!!! No questions, just the most perfect suggestions. They opened doors, brought in extra staff that accommodated and served us with the warmest welcome and comfort food you could image. (Oh, and the kicker?! - of course this all took place during the busiest week for all of the Main Street Papillion businesses- "Papillion Days" - still, they made it happen for me. I will forever be grateful. If there's one thing I could ask that you do for me, please stop in and support them. I have no doubt you'll love everything about this place just as much as we do!

I ordered a martini, she grabbed fried pickles and a Mango Madness, and from the moment we walked in the customer service was rough. The first server barely acknowledged us, and everything after that followed the same half‑effort energy. The martini they brought out was straight gin (not dirty, not balanced), just... gin in a glass. I asked if it could be remade, and the server said sure, then never brought it back. My wife ordered a second drink and yep... they forgot that too. To be fair, the fried pickles were good, but that was the only thing that hit. Maybe it was an off day, but between the missed drinks, the lack of attention, and the overall "we don't really care" vibe, we probably won't be back.

When we ordered the waitress specifically asked if we wanted ranch my husband and I both said yes along with another person on our party. Only one of us got ranch when we asked for it for the two that didn't get it we got one. But seemed like we were an Inconvenience for asking. When it was time for the bill she didn't ask if it was going to be split or paid all together. She had the first group pay their portion then came to the other side of the table and told us the remaining balance. Instead of again asking if it will be split of paid in full. When we asked to split she made a comment about how was she supposed to know. Which I agree but she never even asked. My real issue is no changing table or space in the bathroom? You have high chairs but not a place for the kids to be changed. I'd think for such a new place that would have been a given.

I came for the Detroit-style pizza, easily the most underrated pizza style there is. If you know, you know. I ordered The Cadillac: cream cheese, cherry peppers, hot honey. On paper, it's chaos. In practice? A beautifully thought-out balance of sweet and spicy. Rich without being heavy, heat without going overboard. Someone in that kitchen gets it. And for a moment, it's flirting with greatness. Almost a perfectly executed Detroit pie... until the crust. That signature Detroit crisp--the caramelized, fried-edge crunch--is just a little undercooked. Not bad, but quickly soggy. Just missing that final snap that makes this style elite. Still, credit where it's due. This is a valiant effort, and not an easy style to pull off outside its home turf. I see you, Omaha. You're closer than you think!
