It only took around 10 minutes for my order of 50 wings to be ready, which is pretty reasonable since I didn't call beforehand to order and it was fairly crowded inside. My waitress was extremely friendly and was very descriptive about the variety of sauces and sides the restaurant had to offer. We ordered the buffalo dry rub, mango habanero, desert heat dry rub, And the naked chicken tenders w/ a side salad. The wings were slightly dry and a bit over sauced with the wet wings we ordered, the "6" piece naked tenders were small and dry and was overloaded with a salty seasoning (would not recommend ever). Placed an order online for pick up in the restaurant. Had to wait an additional 15 min at the restaurant after our order was supposed to be ready. Get home and we are missing a part of our order. Called the restaurant to request a refund for our missing food; manager was extremely rude and unconcerned with our part of our paid order being missing. He was unwilling to do anything for us. Just left this location and I am disappointed in our experience. We ordered the nachos with brisket and they came out extremely dry. I called BWW, and after listening to the greetings of press 1. press 2. press 3, then being on hold for 5 minutes, I finally get to a human. I asked what time their happy hour was, and her response was "I THINK 6-8 pm." I then asked if she could find out, and she came back and said 3-6 PM. I never leave any kind of reviews for restaurants but I felt this would be necessary to put out. I've gone to this bdubs location throughout my life and it's VERY disappointing to see how much this place has fallen off a cliff time and time after again when I try to give it the benefit of the doubt. Last Thursday I went here after my sisters graduation since she was in the mood for some Buffalo Wild Wings. It had been awhile since we've gone so why not you know? It was about 11:35pm when we got there and they told us there'd be a 25 minute wait. Which cool, it was busy and graduation parties had been occurring at the time. No biggie at all. After those 25 minutes we were sat and looking around the place it looked EXTREMELY messy..messy to the point where tables had so many plates and cups on left on there with no one carrying to attend or even bother cleaning up. So that had me a little concern already with the cleanliness. Anyways, we get sat/greeted and we get our drinks pretty fast, we order loaded nachos as well and they came out 10 minutes after we sat. So far so good right? Throughout the entire time being there we never had drinks refilled or really had been attended too at all.. after 30 minutes we were ready to order our food as we had already finished our appetizer. We order our food and it takes about 45 minutes to come out. I mean, to the point from our booth to the kitchen we literally had to point our food out to our server to ask if that's our food.. he said yes of course. So we get our food and we're pretty disappointed, my sister doesn't want to even eat anymore so we agree to ask for a manager on duty. We then get the manager over quickly and we let him know about our service we received. All we got was a "okay,have a good night." That's it? That's how guest are treated at this location? Even to the smallest of criticism these employees can't take? Then he took the food away and never came by again. After we just asked for the check and we paid for the nachos. When we were on our way out our server came back to bring the credit card back and tossed it right on the table without even saying anything or looking at us. I understand this was one of many very busy days any place that's opened past midnight will go through (it's a long night I GET IT) I'm a server myself so I know how it goes. But seriously some better training,better sense of urgency and hospitality needs to be added into the environment. I know it's not a 5 star restaurant or anything. A little confused, because this is not how BWW's usually operates... or at least not how I am used to them operating. Then I think... oh, she was just trying to throw me for a loop. I also ordered lime for my tea instead of lemon, and our server didn't give me a dirty look... so I am pretty certain she didn't spit in my tea. Anyway, she was back so fast I had just decided what I wanted to eat. We then ordered our meal... I got the lunch special #2, 6 spicy garlic wings with fries... and the drink is included in the price.... I also only like flats when ordering my wings and when I told our server that... she didn't scoff at me. I began to think something was terribly wrong... After the server left the table I could tell my friends were starting to doubt me... so I told them that I am sure that it would take forever for our food to arrive... and before I could even finish defending myself... guess what? Also, they don't give points for ANY alcohol purchases...unlike the corporate stores...or ANY other BWW's across the country (Im a flight attendant & eat at different ones 2-3 x's a wk). The new menus suck - hard to read, awkward to handle. Restrooms always look like a bomb went off in them. One of them (a guy) kept staring directly at me all the time - sorry but that bothers me. The other one (a girl) didn't put the least amount of effort into trying to be friendly and had a negative attitude. I had just sat there, she never said hi or introduced herself or anything, never brought or offered to bring water and, instead, really rushed me into ordering. All I said was "I'll order a drink in a minute, I just have to eat first. Can I please get some onion rings to start?" This Buffalo Wild Wings stood out to me where I had to write a review because: 1) Customer Service: Our server: Nakia was great! We never had to ask for our drinks to be refilled. She wasn't pushy when I wasn't ready to order. She basically read our mind when we wanted the check because the Houston Rockets were playing in the Playoff that night and we were planning to stay until half time. She wasn't upset that my boyfriend and I took up her section for awhile. Definitely a wonderful visit because of her. 2) Food came out fast! Literally took only about 5 minutes for our Spinach & Artichoke dip to come out after we ordered and it was pretty busy. And only 10 minutes for our wings combo with fries to come out after the appetizer. We did ask for my boyfriend's traditional mango habanero wings to be tossed lightly in sauce, but there were no problems when we asked our waitress to fix them. I understand when places are busy during dinner rush that there is potentially a long wait time. Its understandable. But it shouldn't be an every time occurrence, which has become the norm for this place every time I visit. I placed an online order to pick up food instead of dining in, because you know, pandemic. I arrived about 10 mins late, the place was PACKED. Every seat filled, no social distancing or distance between tables. It was a full house. Only masks were on the waitstaff. Huge lines. I was told half my order still wasn't ready. So I had to wait over 15 mins to get my food which I was already about 15 mins late for picking up at that point. I wasn't the only one waiting like that as well, and everyone looked about as pissy as I was feeling. So of course by the time I got home everything was cold. And was missing half the things I'd ordered, and the stuff that was there was haphazardly thrown in a box that was less than half filled (it was basically a literal small handful of fries). There's no way to request a refund or even contact them regarding an online order. Not even order history on their site. So unless I call the manager, I guess I'm SOL there. This place gets worse every time I come, and they have given up even the pre-tense of attempting to social distance due to the pandemic. The people here are so rude. We ordered online and could watch when your order was being cooked up until it said ready online. We ordered around 6:30 and our order was ready by online standards @ 7:54. We drove there to pick them up and was told we had to wait in a line of 40 deep or until our name was called. Hostess couldn't help and some chick working in the back was talking crap to me for even asking questions. Manager did come over and apologize for the rude workers, wings were not good. The wait times are horrible even for pick up orders.
