(Like the bread & butter is good but, not something I personally would go out of my way for) Good service, i don't have any complaints there. Hostess was nice & server was nice. Walked in was greeted but told they only had 1 fryer working. So this meant only chicken tenders & fries from the fried menu. Mind you not ALOT more stuff than expected is fried. We had to switch tables because the booth we 2st were seated at was poorly cleaned. We asked for a another. We were moved. The gentleman that took our out was very attentive & kind. I had steak tips, they were overcooked. My sister had bourbon glaze salmon & shrimp, salmon was overcooked, my kids & neice had Alfredo pasta & tenders, they had no complaints so I was fine. Maybe try again when they have all Fryers working or when they have better non-furred food options.

Overall, the service was mediocre except for the rounds of alcohol. He was definitely on top of that and trying to upsell drinks. I had to remind him twice for a set of silverware and the lemons he'd keep forgetting. He'd occasionally check on us for rounds of beer, but completely overlooked the need to refill bread, iced tea, and water until I had to ask for it. The sampler appetizer was good and my ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare so this is the reason I considered 4 stars. I tried the seasoned rice for the first time and not a fan. It tasted dry to me, but the green beans were good. Overall, service 3/5, quality of food 5/5. The servers are inconsistent so you may end up with one that's great and another that's mediocre. I think it also depends on the location.

There is a huge menu selections and I opted for the shrooms burger with fire fries. The burger was decent and I enjoyed the fire fries. However I knocked off a couple stars because my friend ordered the ribeye steak and it took the chef 4 tries to finally cook it correctly. The steak is as pretty thin hence it was probably hard to cook it medium rare. Not only that, the steak didn't taste seasoned and it was tough and bland. Definitely don't order a steak here. However I hear from my other friends the pizza at bubba's is good though. The manager said she would take care of my friend since my friend had a bad experience with the steak but when the bill came the manager didn't "take care" of it. I had to tell the server which was another inconvenience. Overall the manager and staff were trying their best but the chef back there needs to learn how to cook a steak because it was just awful.

There was a person standing out very close to the fence no smile not greeting nor offering eye contact. I and atleast 3 other patrons that I witnessed walked past them into the building to be turned around and directed back out side to talk to them. Called in to be seated.. table was being cleaned. I watched a 2 people employees sitting on the edge of 2 booths on their phones laughing chating. After 2 mins 1 of them left the other continued to clean the area. We were taken by host to our seat. Host graciously notices table was very wet and quickly wiped it dry for us. We sat I advised server it was my first time there, ordered. Server was quick to the point busy night I get it. At this point appetizer made it to the table. Person cleaning is still sweeping . Walking away, checking phone sweeping. This whole time the giant booth and table next to it are empty, but the broom stick is leaning onto our side crossing over onto our booth, by a little bit but still not appropriate. Food comes and it looks excellent. Person is still pausing walking away. Broom is still being placed on my end. I grab my phone to take an image.. Person quickly comes and snatches the broom and takes it away.While we are eating, another server comes and clearly is checking with their phones light under the tables to make sure the person swept up correctly. It was obvious that they needed to go back under the tables and chairs again. At the end of night, I was full happy and ready to go home. We asked for it to go plates.I was offered the option to tip and I did. We were two people, no alcohol, waitress visited us maybe twice,no refills, quick to the point service. Waitress never returned with a receipt. I wasn't even going to reach out to anyone until I didn't get my proper receipt.I ended up asking front desk, because I couldn't locate my server and attempted to help but seemed unsure. I found my server, and upon my request printed me a copy. I did try to reach out to pluckers. I left a callback request online. Still waiting for a callback. Probably will not be coming back evenings during the week.

We had: Strawberry cheesecake Açaí bowl - 10/10 - it was perfect in every way. Bits of cheesecake, granola, strawberries and a drizzle of honey. This bowl alone could feed two people and three wouldn't be a stretch. I also had a strawberry vanilla soda type drink that I wish I got a larger size of because it was so good. Think a float without the thickness, it was refreshing and unique. Caramel Pecan Dream - wow 10/10 - it was so RICH and the consistency was amazing. The little bits of pecans were the perfect contrast to the creaminess of the shake itself. Burger and sweet potatoes fries - 10/10 - they do classics well too, no real notes but it was delicious.

The Montecristo breakfast sandwich was burned, with one piece of ham, one piece of turkey and no visible cheese for $12.50. The meat has a terrible aftertaste. Poor quality ingredients. The half a cup of dry potatoes for four dollars was lacking, at best. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I shouldn't be angry when I open $35 worth of food

Bathroom has one stall and it's kept clean. Food: the person I went with had the salmon Benedict and he loved it paired with the current bread because it nicely absorbed the eggy sauce. He thought it was genius. I had a feta omelette that at first I thought was light on the cheese but it was actually stuffed with feta and spinach. I replaced my bread for a biscuit and it was tasty. Service: everyone was nice and accommodating. They all work very hard and come around regularly to check on you and top off your coffee.
