From the second we sat down, she brought an energy that instantly made the whole experience better. Super attentive without hovering, quick with everything, and somehow still made it feel personal instead of just going through the motions. Drinks stayed full, food came out right and fast, and she checked in at all the perfect times. On top of that, she's got a personality that actually makes you want to stay longer--fun, confident, and clearly knows how to take care of her tables like a pro. If you go to Hooters, ask for Aisha. Hooters has been having some good promos and deals. They had BOGO wings for Black Friday weekend. I ordered 10 naked wings, got 10 boneless for free, and I also ordered some cheese fries. The wings are smaller than Pluckers, but with the BOGO deal, the value was fine. The wings were tasty; I tried the honey BBQ, Caribbean jerk, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan. All were really good. The tots were over-done and the cheese was very basic like something you buy in a jar. I ordered the Blackened Mahi Mahi sandwich. I thought that sounded interesting but it wasn't. It was supposed to be served on Texas toast since they were out of the Brioche buns. It wasn't served on Texas toast. It was served on a type of hoagie roll. The fish was not fresh. It tasted over-cooked. And the coleslaw tasted like something store-bought. I didn't even finish it. That was very disappointing but what do you expect? They specialize in man food and a Blackened Mahi Mahi Sandwich is NOT man food. My bad. Our waitress was friendly and service was good. I've visited this location a couple of times and have had decent experiences both times. It feels almost like a traditional Hooters location. Moreso than some of the others which have opened or remodeled and modernized. Although they have done away with the passing the check on the wire to the kitchen here. The food is pretty consistent, which is to be expected. I try not to that about some of their wing sauces contain HFCS...and the service is usually pretty friendly, but that should be a given for any Hooters. My typical order is their naked wings with French fries or their hand-breaded buffalo chicken sandwich with the Cadillac or Habanero BBQ sauce. read more

I was so disappointed for my experience as an old hooter's girl. I came here with friends for Valentine's and our service was terrible. Our server Jasmine was nice but did not check on us after we received our food. Took her almost 20-25mins and we originally wanted drinks but we were almost done with our food already. This Hooters is really close to where I live. When I have visited the restaurant I've had a decent experience. But what I'm giving two stars on is the delivery food. With Covid nowadays a lot of what I eat from restaurants is takeout or delivery. And consistently with Hooters delivery I am always left disappointed from this location. With the attached picture, this is a 10-piece naked that I got with two separate flavors. They couldn't even take the time to SEPARATE THE TWO FLAVORS! When I opened it up they were mixed together. Was it too much to ask to put a piece of the liner paper between the two different flavored wings? I didn't want them mixed. And this is one example of many of this Hooters location with the sucky packaging. It may not mean a lot to others but I really would appreciate better thought into this. I had almost given up on Hooters. I've been to a few locations in the Clear Lake area and service and the food have been declining. Service seems to be slower and the food was okay at best (pre and post COVID). However, today's visit to the Pasadena location has renewed my faith in this chain. The service was great and the staff was very attentive, polite and genuine. The general manager and hourly manager both came by to check on us, as they did with the other guests. The food was also spot on. The wings had extra sauce and were hot when they came out. I love the spicy garlic sauce and it did not disappoint. Came to enjoy the game and the one inside low tabe was "reserved" and we couldn't sit there ( which is funny because the times we try to reserve we are told they can't do that) soooo, we sat outside. Ordered our apps and drinks. About waiting thirty minutes for the outside TV to be turned on, the manager tells us the TV's are not working. He offers to compensate by giving our apps free until he finds out what we ordered, comes back with a "I'm just sorry, guys, I can remove one app. Really? You special hold tables inside we can totally have AND enjoy the game, AND the outside TV doesn't work!!!! Then to top it off, the apps were really just more room temp than hot. Hooters is just meh. It has not always been that way, but over the years a definite decline has occurred. This location is new...it's clean and well laid out. The service I received was average. One of my complaints was that my waitress was under 21 years old so when asked about drinks on the menu, she could offer no suggestions. Kinda strange. The food was ok...nothing special in my book. However they do offer a good happy hour with good prices. Tons of TV's are available for you sports fans that need a good place to watch a game or two.
