I'm so sad I have to write this review. Yesterday my husband and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings. We hadn't been in over a year or more but we've always loved it. Unfortunately yesterday we decided we will not be back. Not because of service because the service was great but the food was not so great. We both ordered wings, he got his with wedges and I got mines with tots. The wings were tiny. They looked like those party bag wings that you get from the supermarket but some pieces were small. The wedges were like the bottom of the bag type wedges. The taste was normal, nothing spectacular and again service was great we were just disappointed in the size of the wings. read more

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. The place felt dirty and unclean and after being sat we were not checked in on for 25 minutes. The drinks alone took another 15 minutes and when the food finally came out it was sad. There was barely any chicken it was mostly bread. At the end the server even asked us to rate her nicely on the survey so it would seem they even think they are giving good service! After waiting 10 mins to see if she comes back there's nothing so another server gets us drinks, me and my party continue to wait another 25 mins before asking where our food was (5 appetizers) because this is now an hour after sitting down, were met with an annoyed attitude and a "I'll check" 5 mins later the food comes out and maybe 1-2 things were warm, the rest cold. For a sports bar on the season opener for the NFL this restaurant should have been better prepared. I waited over 25 minutes before I got any type of service and the place was less than 50% occupied, our server came over (almost shocked to see us sitting there) took our order. 10 mins go by and we get our drinks, sorta, I asked for a whiskey sour, he poured me 2 oz of sweet and sour mix. I explained to him this is not a whiskey sour he explained to me it was. Now closing in on 50 minutes waiting for food we got served the worst mozzarella sticks, I could have purchased better from Acme. The disappointed look on my son had me looking for the server to cancel our order for only then he showed up with our food. I asked again where is my soda which I have yet to receive and my son asked for another refill on his drink, we ate our food cleaned up the table even wiped it down before the waiter came back with his refill, no apologies no excuse nothing I asked for the bill and paid full price and still gave 20% tip read more

It takes ALOT for me to write a review in the first place. Walking in, there were 4 other groups waiting for a host to greet them. After being seated we waiting 15 mins for a server to acknowledge us. We ordered drinks that took another 30 mins to come. Chips & guac appetizer had absolutely no flavor. When our food finally arrived after an hour I order lemon pepper dry rub and desert heat dry rub. They literally just threw a heavy handed amount of seasoning on both wings. I ate one of both wings that were BEYOND salty from the heavy seasoning. It was covered all over the plate as well. Server never checked back on us not once u til we flagged her down to take the wings off the check and to pay. We would have ordered more drinks hence her tip would have been greater but everything took entirely too long and there was no care. Another table asked 3 times for someone to come greet their table so much that another server took the table because they had been there nearly 20 mins being ignored. Came to watch a basketball game but turns out they don't have espn+. Well no worries, I'm sure they'll have quick service. Nope just one waiter amongst 6 tables. After waiting 30 minutes for our Southwestern Veggie Burger, they forgot to put pickles on the side like we asked and charged us for a swap that is supposed to be complimentary. We came to watch the fight however they were not airing it. We were seated at a table that wasn't wiped off. For drinks we ordered cranberry with double vodka. The drink tasted more like cranberry juice sans the vodka, so we ordered straight vodka shots. We ordered wings with Asian zing sauce and I ordered chicken tenders with lemon pepper sauce on the side. The Asian zing wings were spicy which I like; they weren't too hot to handle. The lemon pepper sauce on the side wasn't a good idea; the lemon pepper sauce wasn't good. I wound return I would just give the wings a try instead of the tenders. read more

My husband and I ordered from here via GrubHub and we were extremely disappointed with our food when it arrived. I requested the naked tenders with sweet barbecue sause and tater tots. They provided the barbecue sauce to me with NO LID so when I received it, the barbecue sauce was all over the inside of the box. I also never received tater tots, they gave me french fries (which isn't what I asked for...) In the chicken quesadilla, I did not want any salsa in it. I look inside the quesadilla and see the salsa inside. I asked for two barbecue sauces on the side (and paid an additional $1.20 for them) and they were never included in the bag. I also ordered a Diet Pepsi in a bottle ($2.00) and never received it..... My husband requested ranch for his wings, he never received it. Finally, he wanted boneless wings with parmesan garlic and nashville hot sauce. He ended up receiving BONE IN wings with NO SAUCES..... On top of that, our food came about 20 minutes later than the estimated time so our food was not even that warm..... We were very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. After a long day of work came into this place to order to go. Placed my order and waited. After 30 minutes, the hostess tells me that my food wont be ready for an hour. I asked to speak to "the manager" Lawerence. He refused to come out and speak to me. I had to ask multiple times and had to tell them I would go find him myself for him to finally come out. They refused to refund me! Lawerence "the manager" told me they would process it later TF??? The service was slow. All the food came except for my Grandson's French fries and my wife's wrap. The waitress said they would be right out. We were already done and the fries and wrap still had not arrived. We asked for the manager who was not very helpful all he said was he'd take it off the bill. Just after that the fries came. 10 minutes later the wrap should up which my wife refused. The food was ok, nothing special. I ordered chicken tenders with mild bbq sauce, the sauce was hot not mild and in a very small portion and when I got the bill I was charged .50 for it. The restaurant was not busy maybe 6 tables. The manager only wanted to make excuses for the service. He said they were training new cooks. As I was leaving I told him we would never return. He stated I should have asked for him earlier. Then he said he was busy cooking, bartending and busing tables. I only saw 2 waitresses so I'm sure they were short staffed, but that doesn't excuse the lack of bring someone their order. She was very attentive and paid attention to even when the drinks were low. Over all she mad the experience great, it was not crowded being it was a Wednesday night. This the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been too. I ordered my food to go and wasn't told until pick up they were out of fries and just replaced them with tots. My son does not eat tots but I just said ok took it and left. Get home opened my chicken ceasar salad... no chicken. Overall, I like Buffalo Wild Wings. I think some items are slightly overpriced for what you're getting, but other items are pretty fairly priced. I had some trepidation about these wing places, after having a very fair experience at other places. I tried their mild wings, that my mom forgot to get sauce on the side - that way they would be crispier (we order them well-done)... Regardless of, i enjoyed the sauce and the wings. It was mostly what i expected. It wasnt bad. I really enjoyed it. Now of course they have 3 thousand sauce options, and i wouldve ordered something spicier had i been the sole decision maker. I would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings location to anyone. To be honest, I have never been a fan of their wings as they are mediocre at best. Only some of the sauces are decent but overall terrible. There's a Chick-fil-a close by, just go there for your chicken urges. To be clear, I've been to other BWW locations and this one easily has the worst service which I think justifies my 1 star review! I've been to this location a couple times already. I was even here for a live Fantasy Football draft which would've been the only factor in me rating this higher. Service: This location is never that busy to warrant such terrible service. Expect to wait an hour for food. I was ok with this the first time, but realized this is the norm at this location. It also takes at least 30 min to get alcohol. There's been a couple instances when the waiter/waitress took 10+ minutes to tell me that a keg kicked or wasn't available. That should be information I get much sooner! Went to Buffalo Wild Wings for our annual Fantasy Football Draft. We typically reserve a table at least 4 weeks in advance (yes, I know some teams reserve the day the previous football season ends). We were a large party, as the league commish allows 15 players (or teams) into the league. Add to that the extra guests (spouses, friends, etc.) that also join the draft, we usually have around 20-22 people. We were sat in the middle of the restaurant in the bar area. To start, we were given a broken easel to hang our draft paper. We had to tape it up on the easel, and it was constantly falling. As we looked around all of the TV's, we could not find one TV showing the Phillies game. We are IN Philadelphia, and there were no other professional sports games on. Like, what? I think what really put us over the edge however, was that we were given some cheap markers and a player list. Only the player list was just a printed out sheet of names organized by positions on regular paper. REGULAR paper, meaning NO stickers. We had to HAND WRITE every single players name onto our shaky easel! It was pathetic. How cheap do you have to be to not supply a sticker sheet to a group of 20+ people coming to your restaurant on a random Wednesday night? Next year, we will be choosing a new location. read more

BWW broke one of my most simple rules today, resulting in this 1-star rating. That rule you ask? They provided extremely lousy service and automatically added an 18% tip. I came here for a work sponsored lunch with a group of 8 people. Yes, I realize that typically means an automatic tip. If service was half-way decent, I would have left as much if not more myself anyway. Instead, we had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order and another 10 minutes for her to bring our drinks out. After taking our orders, the food came out in a reasonable period, and then we never saw our server again, until I had to flag her down for the check, which took another 5 minutes to retrieve. I expected a bit more attention given the restaurant was nearly empty and it was the lunch hour. Normally, I would have argued to have the tip removed, but we were all running late thanks to the "extended" poor service. Instead, my next monthly work sponsored outing will be at Millers down the street. Hopefully, this review comes out as more than just a rant, but a highlight of extremely poor service. My friends and I came here today to grub on some wings. As soon as we came in we were awkwardly greeted. Awkwardly as in, we did the greeting and waited for a table. Somehow people behind us got tables (maybe reservations...? Seemed like walk-ins however). After about 10-15 minutes of waiting which isn't so bad, we sat and waited for our server. It was pretty crowded today so it was expected. However we were pretty unsatisfied with our server. While she was taking our order, she stopped mid-way and playfully called out to her coworker and took a table in the middle of our ordering. She didn't come back for a good 10 minutes. Busy is one thing, but selfishly taking as many tables as possible and offering crappy service to us is another story. The wings were average. I got the Mayan special, which was very syrupy. Everybody else's were pretty dry, the Asian zing was the only exceptional one. Oh yeah, my friend found a feather in his wings. Not a big deal, but not tasty either.. One thing I can give a plus to, is how they definitely don't shy away the alcohol in your drinks. My long island ice tea was pretty good! Our server barely checked up on us. She had a very charismatic personality but very inattentive got our checks wrong. We had to find her to get our checks situated; she disappeared a lot. Buffalo Wild Wings has sadly gone downhill, as I use to come here many times back in high school. But, like BWW, all good things must come to an end - didn't have to happen. read more

It's no surprise that I was thrilled to hear the BDubs was opening a new restaurant in Philadelphia. It's a bit of drive from Center City, but it's right off Roosevelt Blvd. It's typical of the other locations - a ton of TVs, lots of tables, ample parking. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of beer options as well as cocktails. All are nicely priced. My recommendation is to go with the beer of the month (usually something like Miller Lite) as it's $2/pint or $3.50 for a tallboy. My Queso Wrap was quite delicious. The usual wing sauces available.
