Went here for lunch with my cousin we are not familiar with the area so we decided to give it a try I mean, how bad could someone mess up wings... we were wrong. I came here for lunch today and all I can say is a waste of money... my server acted like we were bothering her since we first sat down, the wings were served ice cold after waiting 30 minutes. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They seated us and then asked us to move over one table because the server wasn't there. They took my order of buffalo chicken tots and the server thought I asked for French fries. I'm pretty sure she was high, but that's a different story. She came back and said they dont have the Buffalo tots, which I find hard to believe. They forgot to bring out our food and when it arrived, my food was cold. We waited 20 mins for our check, and the manager came out and defended his server, rather than apologizing and comping our meals. When the checks DID arrive, I was charged for a soft drink, which I didn't order. Not the person to hate but... Buffalo Wild Wings is terrible! Server was great and very embarrassed by our experience. When we arrived, there were only 4 tables seated. We ordered fairly quickly because there was a big fireworks show letting out and knew they would get busy soon! When we placed our order, there was still hardly anyone there and 30 mins later, no food!! I messaged the business coach and he starts looking in to it. At that point, I ask for the manager which I had not even seen since we got there; she finally came over but at this point, I am over it. Called in my order at 4:26 pm today (03-21-2020) I ordered a 20 piece boneless wing split between original hot and hot dry rub flavor. I asked for carrots and ranch / blue cheese to dip. Left them my first and last name along with my phone number. It came out to 24.xx$ and they said it would take 20 minutes to make. After arriving at 4:46, they acted like I never called or placed an order. Service here is awful if you live in Port arthur I think it's faster and better service in beaumont. They are not put together the managers don't know what they are doing, AT ALL. About 2 months ago they got in new mangers and wouldn't give something called "Seniority" and kicked out most of the people that had been working hard and getting it right. Overall, customer service/attentiveness has gone down. I ordered a ton of the same wings and one of them wasn't what I ordered /could personally eat due to allergies. I just simply the cashier at their to-go station to correct the error of her shorting me wings, but she proceeded in taking my entire order away from me and giving me a new boxed meal of fried fat drenched in sauce of things I did not order (and did not want). I'm not sure why she didn't check before handing the food to me as now they have messed up twice. My thought was she thought I wasn't going to check. Boy, was she wrong, especially since up to and after this point I had to keep reminding her what I ordered -- which, by the way, is the standard original meal they are known for -- "traditional wings." Not to mention, the place was not even busy nor was the to go station. In fact, a waiter was standing around apparently bored at work.) Anyway, the lady didn't seem to want to correct her error because she tried pushing for me to take the fatty, greasy box of food and relay that it was going to take "a whole additional 12 minutes" for them to make what I actually ordered. Well, call me crazy, but I expect to eat what I paid for so to her dismay, I told her I'd wait for them to make the food I ordered. I mean, I'd been there all this time to watch a whole show on their many flat screen tv's inside! In her defense, she offered me a drink while I wait but I declined. I truly wanted her attentiveness to ensuring my meal wasn't messed up a third time. I never expect people to do more than their job, but their lack of recovery for their errors honestly took much longer of a time than I can convey in this review. It probably would have been more fair, at this point, for to compensate me for a bit of a retention effort as "offering a drink while a customer waits" is pretty standard when they ARENT screwing up your meal. Their food is very overpriced and they haven't had any specials to even persuade you to choose them, which is odd for such a large chain. They cook with far too much grease and not enough actual flavored sauce on the wings you ordered. I asked for a side of additional sauce to which the woman rolled her eyes and gave them to me. Oh, and they forgot any celery/carrots on the side, which I was kind of looking forward to having. Long story short, CHECK YOUR FOOD before you leave. Dont think that is awkward. You paid for this! I will no longer be bending over backwards to treat myself, family, or friends to this place. I hope their manager/owner enforces a better experience so no one has a bad one anymore. read more

Last time we were here we came in and made a to-go order for 2 small bone-in wings and French fries. It took over 30 minutes for our order to be brought out to us. When the to-go guy brought it out to us, a sticker was attached from the kitchen that had the "promise time" printed on the sticker (I guess for the kitchen staff) and it was 17 minutes past the promise time. My husband ordered all drumsticks for his bone-in wings. When we got home it was normal, half wingettes and half drums. Also, we live 6 minutes away. When we got home the French fries were STONE COLD. Like soggy and cold, horrible. We have ordered from here several times before and never had this problem. My husband sent in a complaint email to which a manager called him and said to come in, give our name, and we would receive the same meal discounted off our ticket and my husband's name would be "in their book." We came in to order and were told the manager he spoke to wasn't here and therefore we had to come back a night that specific manager WAS there. That is NOT what we were told on the phone. They said our name was not in the book. My husband was a restaurant manager for 10 years, this was not an acceptable service experience. Finally after going back and forth with the manager for over 10 minutes, the manager on duty finally called the other one and confirmed we were in fact supposed to have the meal comped. He said it would take 8-9 minutes. In the end it worked out but really what a headache for some simple wings. :( read more

Excellent service from Garrett who gave us extra napkins, fixed the issue with the frozen Hummas in our Garden Crasher appetizer & gave us more pita bread. Super nice guy and was on point. The wings are better quality here than Wing Stop where there is less meat on the bone. Kids Mac and Cheese was edible but not enjoyable, per our 7yr old Mac-lover. Husband loved the Buffalo Blue Burger to the point of halting conversation. Love the new layout and big screens. Very cool. read more

Not impressed at all!! We ordered 4 sauces, honey BBQ, parmesan garlic, teriyaki and spicy garlic (boneless) plus a side of onion rings. I tried each flavor, the last two only one bite it was sooo bad I couldn't eat anymore if it. The other two flavors, I had one piece they were ok but not good enough to have more. The pieces were way too crunchy and had more costing than chicken. The onion rings looked and tasted like they came frozen. The service was good our waitress was very friendly. We did let her know we didn't like it and she offered to let us speak to the manager but we declined feeling it would be pointless. We won't be going back. read more

If you are looking for a fun family orientated sports bar here is your stop. Unfortunately, I was looking for a dark sports bar to have some beers with the guys I came on a Friday night to watch the Mavericks and Lakers and posted up at the bar. The first thing I noticed was how bright the lights were. Wow. I almost needed sun glasses. I figured they would turn them down once it was later, but that didn't happen. Also, as a sports watching venue, they need to invest in some more enormous televisions. You don't come to a sports bar to watch games and feel like you are at home, you want some huge mother-F***ing TVS. On the service side, everything was great. The waitstaff as a whole are nice, friendly, and smiling. For food, this is your typically BWW food. I just wish it wasn't all out of the fryer or microwave, but again, BWW doesn't try to be a health food store either. read more

We have tried to eat here multiple times, but the hostess/host is always incredibly rude. Every. Single. Time. Walk in? Dirty look. Ask for a table? Dirty look. Waitresses are normally pretty nice, but not knowledgeable. Food is always frozen, but it's BWW so it's expected. Management needs to evaluate their staff's friendliness.
