This place just sucks. Ordered a large traditional wings and a snack size yesterday. We were stiffed by three wings on the large and was given those gross excuse for a wing. Not a drum or a flag. Just inedible gristle. After this I am finally done. Even their Twitter page can't be bothered responding to you. I'm headed to Wingstop on Spring Green from now on. I just don't understand how this specific franchise of BWW can be so horrible compared to the hwy 6 (sugarland-SL) version of exact same store? For starters, the SL store actually gives us our cauliflower wings tossed in 2 different sauces, places they in two small boxes, and places labels on both. Here we got 1 giant box of fried cauliflower and they forgot to give us our sauces when we picked up the food. The 1-star is for the obnoxious "customer service" lady who answered my call when I told her they forgot all these things and to explain why they do everything differently at this location. She said I'm sorry ma'am we forgot to give you the sauces they are sitting here in another bag. I then had to ask for a refund to avoid driving back for just two sauces since they didn't offer to deliver me another batch of wings or help me out in any way. Evening was ok - nothing fancy. Came and watched the 4th quarter of Game 1 of the Rockets playoff opener - so got in around 10:30 - 10:45pm. Appetizers: Cheese Curds - love these but they are waaay to salty. Chips & Salsa - pretty good. Entree: I got a large order of wings. 1/2 Lemon Pepper and 1/2 Teriyaki. Wish there was a way to cut down on the sodium on the dry seasonings. I do enjoy lemon pepper but I had to shake off the pounds of excess salt. Friend ordered a spicy black bean burger with extra pickles. Of course the restaurant ran out of pickles so we never got them. Also ordered a salad. Friend had no complaints on food. I ordered an unsweetened ice tea and my friend had ice water. Her water had a fruit fly floating in the glass. Didn't make that big a deal about it but it was still gross. Luckily that was not ingested. Overall experience was ok. Waiter (Lexi) was nice but I think she may have been the only one working the bar side of the restaurant. We came an hour before close so I'm not surprised if she was the last server in our area still on the clock. Thought about ordering dessert but everyone looked exhausted so we got the check and left. After the first 20 minutes of not even seeing a waiter in our section, my Fiance ordered through their online app. Shortly after, a waiter appeared and told us we were supposed to order through the waiter. After anther 10-15 min, we got our waters. After 40+ minutes of being there (total) we still only had water. Shortly after that, most of the food came out, but we were missing the sauces and a couple of orders. The sauces and the rest of the food eventually made it out. 1 water was refilled 1 time because my Fiance found someone and asked for a refill. Me and my pregnant wife visited this location on 9/15. we order 30 wings and out of those wings we bit into a RAW under cooked chicken wing! We called the manager over and he didn't even seem to care that my pregnant wife bit into a piece of RAW chicken!!!! All he said was "oh you ate half of wings, I can only give you $5 off." Last time we were here, sat in the bar area and eventually left after 20 minutes of not being served. The managers and a couple servers were too busy chatting to be bothered. We gave them another chance, this time ordering take out to maybe avoid issues. Silly assumption on our end. Was told 30 minutes until our food would be ready. First time here at this location. I get it's not a high end restaurant, but what a turnoff to walk in to the counter staff talking to each other and no one at the hostess station. The counter staff looked at us but never said anything. They stopped talking when one left and the other was texting while we stood within feet of them and were looking at them, no acknowledgement. I asked if we seat ourselves and she said I don't know if we have a wait (half the tables were empty). Still took time to get help, even with a floor manager standing and talking to an employee. Unreal. Seated at a dirty table. We moved and that was dirty too. Had to hunt someone down to get it cleaned. A family after us had to request it as well when taken to their table. Floors are filthy, feet stick. Saw floor manager fix a table and then walk past a 6 seater that was loaded with trash. She is now talking to another associate on the floor. No sense of urgency.. I was hesitant to write this review since this establishment has already low reviews and didn't want to hurt the ratings more but Buffalo Wild Wings has crossed the line. My husband, Rick, ordered a 12pc of there regulaur wings for the superbowl at 11:15am and the ordering app said it would arrive at 11:40 which was not a problem at all because our family friends would arrive at 12pm. I would usually cook wings myself for this event but I was feeling quite down since our favorite team was losing. 11:40 rolled around and the food didn't arrive, I would've been fine if the wings was a little late, but when I checked the app it said my driver was still waiting and I was quite confused but decided to wait it out. The time was currently 1pm and my driver still was waiting for the food, everybody already arrived and they were only eating chips, cheese, and whatever else I could find to stall for the absense of the food. A little while later, my driver cancelled the order probably because they were tired of waiting, and I got furious so I called the address and they said they had not received a order from me till now. This was definitely a blatant lie because my driver was standing there for two hours and in those two hours i'm sure he asked if my food was ready, if they said no, they haven't received a order from me, the driver would've probably contacted me but he didn't! So, this means Buffalo Wild Wings either ignored my order and just got lazy or nobody was checking their order list which I doubt was the reason. Mind you, we didn't even order much - a snack sized and a medium sized wings between the both of us. At this point there were only about seven other occupied tables in the dining section so we were confused as to why the service was so awful. Once we got our food we noticed that it had obviously been sitting at the window for a while. The sauce on my wings had started to dry up and congeal and mine and my husbands dry-rubbed wings were barely warm. At this point it was 10:30 at night so we ate quickly. Our group of 5 went on a Monday night and I had a better experience than what the other reviews state. Our waitress was courteous and checked on our table several times. We ordered the chile con queso appetizer and it never disappoints. The mozzarella sticks are also good. For our meal we had potato wedges and wings. The flavor of Choice is always garlic Parmesan. We were adventurous and also ordered Caribbean jerk and Asian zing. It was filling and even took leftovers to go. There is plenty of parking. I was kind of in awe at this location. You see a big ass buffalo on top of the whole restaurant lol. The inside was very clean and well kept. I liked how they got into the Halloween spirit with all the ghosts and cobweb decorations and such. The food here is just as good as any other BW3 location, but I found the service here to be exceptionally good. I recommend getting Michael as your waiter. He's very patient and will get you whatever you request on the side promptly. I'm not usually in this area, but I will recommend getting him if you do get a chance to come by here. read more

A typical chain-sports-bar type place, nothing standoutish about it. Actually went there on a game day and it was packed to the tee! We actually bossed our way into a table, there were a bunch of people standing around waiting so one person from our party went to scout for vacancies and found a table, so we occupied it and slowly received service. I was told the area we were in was first-come-first-serve so that made me feel a little less of an ass about 'jumping' in front of other people.
