The only times I've had B dubs is on their special promo days, otherwise I wouldn't pay for these. I had gift cards, so we decided to go use them on Tuesday when their wings are 60 cents each or something like that. Other than our most recent trip, I've only been to eat here twice since it's been around. There was a little bit of a wait, maybe close to 15 mins. We got seated in a booth where it was cold. I'm so glad I had a fleece zip up on..you could just feel the breeze coming through the window. Our server was Colten, he greeted us, but it just felt like he didn't want to be there. He honestly tried though. I ordered a drink from the bar & he forgot to put it in, so that was a bit of a wait. There was 4 of us and our whole orders consisted of 2 burgers and 2 orders of medium wings (15 wings each). It just felt like forever...probably close to 30 mins for our food. Though the appetizer did come out quickly. I just wish they let us know what was going on instead of walking by our table and let us wait. We ended up having to ask our server what was going on and was told that the kitchen was backed up on orders and ours would be coming out shortly. I honestly couldn't enjoy my wings as much as I wanted because I was so cold sitting by the window and ended up taking them home. I may try again when it's warmer our for the in dining experience. If I am craving them in the winter, I'll just order for pick up. As far as taste of the wings & the cheese curd burgers, the flavors were definitely there. I ended up getting mango habanero and parmesan garlic. They aren't stingy with the sauce. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. I'm sure I just exposed myself to multiple strains of COVID waiting for 45 mins in a PACKED lobby for a food order that none of their employees seemed capable of tracking. No apology, no effort to rectify the situation, no hustle....just a bunch of ill-trained employees standing around with blank looks on their faces as disappointed, confused customers continued to pile into the lobby to wait for an indeterminate amount of time for orders that didn't materialize for the majority of us. After 45 mins I demanded a refund and left. Here's a thought...when things are going this badly, have a manager do some damage control or provide your employees with some advance customer service training. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings food use to be good, but some where along line they just stink. Basically frozen wings reheated slap ton sauce on them and charge you arm and leg. Walked in, was seated immediately and our server Selena was fantastic! Checked up on us every so often and our food came out and our food was fantastic! We go to BDubs a lot, and may never go back. The staff argued in front of our group of 26 about who was going to serve us for 10 minutes. Our food came 90 MINUTES after we ordered it. The fries were cold, the food lukewarm, the resteraunt was FILTHY, and one of the dads saw 2 employees getting high in the men's bathroom. I should have taken my first bad experience with this location as a hint not to come back. Tried giving them a second chance. I will NOT be back. 4 or 5 months ago me and my husband went on a weekday before the dinner rush. Appetizers alone took 1 hour (curds and pretzels) whatever things happen. Then 40 min later after appetizers chicken arrives to the table and is cold. Spoke to the manager said "I just got here I have to get the employees under control" -_- WTF we didn't eat and just left..... second chance ordered some food for pick up. Husband gets food home and the pretzels have mold Spores! Green and black! How can you miss that putting it in the box sending it out?! Luckily neither of us have sever allergies but that could really cause issues for anyone with weak lungs or mild allergies. If that's what's in pretzels what does the rest of the kitchen look like? Manager was a lady this time and was kind and gave us a refund. The point is there is ZERO excuse to serve anyone food with mold. I try not to be that angry annoying costumer I let small things slid because I understand stuff happens that's life. This is to big to let slide.... I suggest re training on proper sanitation and food handling. I haven't been to a Bdubs in quite a while, so i decided to go on Tuesday because they usually have a special. As I walked in, it seemed slow so I sat myself at the bar area. My server was tentative and nice. As I waited to order, I noticed they had changed the special to half off wings instead of individual priced wings which is a good concept. My cousin and I ordered the large sizes which consists of 20 wings. We also ordered fries and buffalo chips. Overall, the food came out at the right time, the facility was clean and newly remodeled since I last came, and the service was good except she forgot the fries despite there being only 2 tables towards the end of the night. Our family frequents BWW often, sometimes we orchestrate our children's teammates to come with. Our trip to this one on 6/10 was bad due to the service. We waited a long time at one point for refills. When we discovered our waitress was at the bar looking at pictures of another patron, I went to ask for the refills- no big deal. She was clearly put off at being approached and made a snarky remark. Then, when she looked at our table from the drink station, my friend saw her mouth frustration bc she believed only one of us needed a refill(3 did). The couple times we've ordered from here the service is awful, food is extremely slow, and then the worst part is that our food looks like a cheap diner just slapped it on a plate. Today, they forgot to put lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles on our burgers! How do you forget to put the most basic ingredients on our food?? Thankfully they open the order before giving it to us and that's how we noticed to add all of the above. If i could give Door Dash negative stars that would be more accurate. I have never ever had a worse experience with any food delivery establishment than I did tonight. Not only did we order at 7:15 (even earlier most likely) and not get our foods until 8:15 on the dot our food came cold and the boxes were open. We ordered a six portion of wings and it only came with five the wings were dry and completely lacked any sauce. We ordered extra ranch and they have us a few things of it but no one was even half way filled might as well have given us 1 full thing instead. My biggest grievance is that they COMPLETELY forgot one of our orders entirely and were not cooperative when we reached out asking for our money back. Went there with a big group and they put us in dinning area it's extra loud on that side and I don't know why. They don't take reservations and they don't seat you unless half the party is there? Horrible horrible service. I ordered for pick up and the women said okay great 15mins . I arrived within 25 mins and my food has not been ready. An hour passes ..... And I still have no food. While others are being helped , picking up there pick up food. (by the way the place is busy) but I thought since I preordered it it would be okay. After asking twice about my food the manger is finally up front and we ask what's going on she mentioned a comment that the order was place but there was not "ticket" made so the food was never ordered. This is ridiculous, I would think they would know how to handle busy nights especially if it's such a well known place. Really disappointment . The only time I came here were on the days of their wing specials. You really can't go wrong with wings whether it be traditional or boneless. They have some pretty decent sauces but the service here is really hit or miss. I feel like I mostly receive bad service more than I do good. Did the blazin' challenge and had more to boot. Been here a few times and the staff has always been friendly and cordial. Love the trivia. The blazin' wings were tasty, but the mango habanero wings I had were hotter, to be honest. They were out of the ghost sauce so I didn't get a chance to try that (love the hot stuff). Very disappointed in the fried mushrooms. They were the size of squirrel testicles, and not worth the $5.50 I paid. Overall, I'll still keep coming back, although you do pay a premium for waiting here.
