We came here to watch some Thursday night football and the place was surprisingly pretty dead. We come here frequently so the bar tender knows us and the service was great! To start i got the feied pickles which were a solid 7/10 with their sauce. They could have been a little more crispy. Next we got a bunch of wings in garlic parm, honey bbq, buffalo and spicy garlic. The honey bbq was my favorite and the spicy garlic had a nice kick of garlic to it. We also got some potatoes wedges which were average. Despite the excellent service from my bartender / server - I really don't think I can justify coming back again to this location. It's just too inconsistent from visit to visit. I could have complained I guess after already sending back a moldy tasting beer (I'm guessing something with that line; another type of beer was fine), but these were probably the driest and smallest wings o r ever eaten. Just unfathomable that someone sends these out to the customer and is ok with it. The first time I got carry out the staff person wouldn't even let me in at first because we had walked from home and I hadn't brought my ID, they weren't going to let my husband order and get his buffalo ranch chicken wrap. The staffer finally let us just stand by the door and watched us as if we were going to rush to the bar and order cocktails while we waited for his carry out order. This is without a doubt my favorite place for sports and wings. I'm fact, I'm a stock holder of BWW. I would love to give this a better score but it's terribly difficult to do so. Please allow me to explain.. When you walk in, you are blocked from the rest of the restaurant by a 12 foot tall hostess stand. Which is never staffed, and no one can see you standing there waiting. Very frustrating. I'm still a huge fan of the wings, but no matter how many times I visit the service is SO slow it makes my visits less frequent and highly frustrating. If you are a member of the Blazin Rewards app, very rarely can you get your receipt to load onto the app for some reason or another. Host at the door didn't want to seat us until more of our party arrived (four of us arrived very early to "get" the bigger table in time for the game). We were finally seated after having to talk to a manager. Our waitress was great, but they were dramatically understaffed. Food was cold and extremely slow. Cold burger, cold wings and cold fries. Sent burger back. Replacement burger took another 30 minutes (so they didn't charge for it). Drink orders were slow. Ashley was working solo that day as a server/bartender -- we think maybe a coworker may have called in sick.
