I order savvy for personal and work occasions. They always deliver! Usually pretty fast making the orders, always correct and ALWAYS tasty. The fried chicken sliders are amazing with spicy mayo sauce and fries! Onion rings are nice and crispy. Milkshakes are very thick and mixed well! I stopped at this location to pick up a carryout for my brother. The location is challenging. There is no drive through and sits on a corner where it's almost impossible to make a legal turn. When I visited, the restaurant was so dirty, I couldn't sit down. I only ordered two sliders for him, but ended up being there about 25 minutes. Perhaps they were short-staffed that day. Both came with almost no sauce and were very over cooked. Like dry dry dry chicken and beef. Neither really had much flavor either. It was a very basic and underwhelming experience. I also tried the fries, which were okay. However, they are served with a single serve ketchup container. When I asked for another they said they would need to charge me. New location so we stopped to give it a try. After paying for our order (a 6 pack of sliders and a small fry), we sat down to wait for our order to be made. I was thinking it was pretty expensive ($25.00). Looking over our receipt, I realized they overcharged for the sliders by $4.00. When our order was ready, I pointed out the order. They did alopogize and said 'my bad, I will make it up to ya next time you come in'...I just shook my head, grabbed dinner and left. The sliders were ok - no complaints there. The next afternoon, my husband stopped in at lunch. He mentioned what had happened the night before. They just shrugged their shoulders and walked away. What was so awful was service,there's a young black girl who was very rude,she took my 20.00 bill and went to the back office where I'm assuming she gave it to her manager,not a problem. I was made aware by two younger Chefs who who are culinary genius and they asked if I'd go in experience the service and they were correct. 9 mile rd. in Ferndale,is a Restaurant hub with twenty or more restaurants and restaurant employees that eat at each other's restaurants But!!! We will not be going to Savvy Sliders for before work eats,her behavior will not be tolerated in our restaurant community and as for manger I think he or she should strongly reprimand her or ostracize her for restaurant community,she has no training in customer service and a very poor attitude towards the customers. I thiught I made this review already but here goes. We stumbled upon this place while ona road trip for a concert and this was close to our hotel, it was quiet for a Sunday. The ambience was cool and bar type feel with big booths. Pizza was actually very good. I would definitely go back. Beer was nice and cold. They had alot of taps, good specials on drinks. Thought I should try this place again since I wasnt impressed the first time. I should have thought twice instead, still unimpressed. The first time, the food looked decent but it was the faste and texture that wasn't good. The beef sliders were a bit tasteless and was like chomping on a shoe. This time, again the presentation was ok but the cheese burgers didnt didnt have the one ingredient that makes it such.....cheese! On top of that, they had too much mayo and ketchup. Tried this location twice. First time I ordered and waited 30 mins for food. This time I ordered online thinking I beat the system. Nope took 50 mins. So, I am eating right now. Just waited about 22 minutes in a pretty empty restaurant. I thought, ok, at least it will come out hot. Food was all cold. Fries tasted like they were sitting a while. So disappointing because I bet it would be good hot, or warm. Friendly and attentive gals at the register. BOI!!! These sliders are on !! Don't be in a rush, cause you're going to have to wait 15-20 minutes, but they're fresh! had three sliders and fries and could only eat 2. They even season the fries if you want, lemon pepper, Cajun or house. Lemon pepper is NICEEEE!! Added the boom sauce, which is a lil spicy. The savvy sauce on the sliders or the bone tenders is on POINT!! The tenders are cooked crunchy and they're amazing. The one star is because the Pepsi tasted OK. I ordered a number five box I called ahead to ask what kind of meat was it. After repeating the question three times because the girl told me it was chicken I ask her to ask someone else. She came back and told me it was lamb So my husband went to pick up the order. I did not place the order over the phone we did it in person. What this place calls a lamb kebab it's actually a little patty that was overcooked and burned & Flavorless. The ticket read correctly, I only wanted garlic sauce grilled onions and pickle on my sliders. I asked my husband to check them before he brought them all. Sure enough they had put lettuce and tomato on it. So he waited for them to cook two more and they told me to keep all the food. The ones they re-cooked were the only ones I tasted, quite awful. They did not put any sauce on my buns like I requested, No pickles and and three or four little pieces of onion.but gave me a side of sauce about 2 tablespoons, that I payed 70 cent for. The only reason I decided to try them, is because Bucharest Grill no longer sells their delicious sliders. The onion rings had a sweet taste that I didn't care for. . I called and talk to the manager, and told her I did not want any free food but I wanted to inquire about what I was given. She told me that the patty was beef.
