I order savvy for personal and work occasions. They always deliver! Usually pretty fast making the orders, always correct and ALWAYS tasty. The fried chicken sliders are amazing with spicy mayo sauce and fries! Onion rings are nice and crispy. Milkshakes are very thick and mixed well! Both came with almost no sauce and were very over cooked. Like dry dry dry chicken and beef. Neither really had much flavor either. It was a very basic and underwhelming experience. I also tried the fries, which were okay. However, they are served with a single serve ketchup container. When I asked for another they said they would need to charge me. I had high hopes that maybe another chain could rival five guys or any of the slider joints, unfortunately this one just didn't cut it. New location so we stopped to give it a try. After paying for our order (a 6 pack of sliders and a small fry), we sat down to wait for our order to be made. I was thinking it was pretty expensive ($25.00). Looking over our receipt, I realized they overcharged for the sliders by $4.00. When our order was ready, I pointed out the order. They did alopogize and said 'my bad, I will make it up to ya next time you come in'...I just shook my head, grabbed dinner and left. The sliders were ok - no complaints there. What was so awful was service,there's a young black girl who was very rude,she took my 20.00 bill and went to the back office where I'm assuming she gave it to her manager,not a problem. I thiught I made this review already but here goes. We stumbled upon this place while ona road trip for a concert and this was close to our hotel, it was quiet for a Sunday. The first time, the food looked decent but it was the faste and texture that wasn't good. The beef sliders were a bit tasteless and was like chomping on a shoe. So, I am eating right now. Just waited about 22 minutes in a pretty empty restaurant. I thought, ok, at least it will come out hot. Food was all cold. Fries tasted like they were sitting a while. The one star is because the Pepsi tasted OK. I ordered a number five box I called ahead to ask what kind of meat was it. After repeating the question three times because the girl told me it was chicken I ask her to ask someone else. She came back and told me it was lamb So my husband went to pick up the order. I did not place the order over the phone we did it in person. What this place calls a lamb kebab it's actually a little patty that was overcooked and burned & Flavorless. The ticket read correctly, I only wanted garlic sauce grilled onions and pickle on my sliders. I asked my husband to check them before he brought them all. Sure enough they had put lettuce and tomato on it. So he waited for them to cook two more and they told me to keep all the food. The ones they re-cooked were the only ones I tasted, quite awful. They did not put any sauce on my buns like I requested, No pickles and and three or four little pieces of onion.but gave me a side of sauce about 2 tablespoons, that I payed 70 cent for. The only reason I decided to try them, is because Bucharest Grill no longer sells their delicious sliders. The onion rings had a sweet taste that I didn't care for. . I called and talk to the manager, and told her I did not want any free food but I wanted to inquire about what I was given. She told me that the patty was beef.
