My husband and I come to this location at least two times a week, and to be honest have ALWAYS had great service (Jessica and Devin). Last night we came in and Anita was our server originally. Not only was she extremely rude, but took my ID to the computer after we ordered drinks. This is not an issue as I'm from oregon and the ID is different. But she came back and threw the ID at my husband and didn't tell us if we would be receiving the drinks we ordered. This began an entire ordeal with her where she ignored us and wouldn't help us but helped every table around us purposely. That being said, the bar manager (red hair) was wonderful and we traded service to Jessica, again wonderful!! As someone who works in the industry, Anita was awful. Ordered Togo today for obvious reasons, (coronavirus for anyone reading this from the future) Our order had a tiny issue but as soon as we let the manager Chris know he was very apologetic and took care of the issue. The first time we came here our server was AMAZING. He was probably a 40 something year old man and he was slightly skinny and tall. Absolutely great. Now we just went tonight and had a server and she talked to these people at a table behind us most of the time because she obviously knew them. Other servers were doing their jobs, she was sitting and talking. She also didn't bring us queso, which isn't a huge deal but it happened. We didn't get our order taken for about 20 minutes and that would make sense if they were busy, but they really weren't. The great thing about BWW is the quality is always dependable. The big issue is service, but the service here was very snappy. There was an issue with the food coming out, but apparently there was a mix up in the kitchen. A couple managers came over to apologize, and took care of it. We will never eat at a buffalo wild wings again after the second horrible visit. We walked in and it was slow. We were seated and we waited 30 minutes and no one ever came and asked our drink order. There were 2 bigger parties that were seated in the same area and they doted on them. My husband got up and spoke to the staff up front and they didn't offer an apology or ask if anything could be done to fix it. So we got up and left. I then called the number listed for the gm and the female that answered said they didnt know who i would talk to and then hung up on me. If they mess up...you only get $5 off and a "have a good day!". We came in, table of 10. Our server took our orders. When the food was brought out, one order was completely incorrect, and one was missing sides, and two were not even there and no one had a clue what they even ordered. The two without meals had to wait till everyone else was nearly finished eating before being brought their meals. Then out of those two orders, one was incorrect and one was missing sides AGAIN. Only one guest was offered a refill, everyone else sat with near empty cups wondering when the waitress or someone would come back by...they all left without ever having them refilled. No one offered to go boxes. The chicken tenders were pink inside and no body came by to ask how our food was or give us the chance to request that they be heated longer or something! As we sat waiting for over an hour of all this going on, we heard the manager feeding the table next to us with her bullshit apologies and excuses. What makes me the most disappointed is that she left our waitress unsupported and unable to deliver any sort of customer satisfaction or improved experience. I believe the total was $10 off the table all together. You seriously couldn't have done any better? We still tipped because we know they have families, but that kind of service is not ok. There were empty tables in there. If you're unfortunate enough to eat at this location, I hope you never have to go through the disgusting mess we did. Mistakes happen, we all understand and that wasn't even the problem. It's was the lack of service, lack of anybody communicating with us and treating us like paying customers. We had to wait forever to order, wait forever to get the food, wait forever for our last two guests to get their food, then wait long enough for a toddler to put himself to sleep in a chair just to get a check, AND then wait some more for anyone to come pick up our cards and bring us receipts. This is probably my favorite place to eat at when I go to Salina! My family and I go here often, specifically for the wings. There are many flavor options so I never get bored. Also, if you're not a wing fan, they have burgers, fries, veggie burgers, wraps, and more! The price won't break the bank. Every time I go there, I end up getting a doggie bag because I can never finish my food. Lastly, the atmosphere is very friendly! It's a sports bar so they have at least 10 televisions with different games going on, making it a great place to get lunch and watch the game! The waitresses are always friendly and willing to get you as much ranch as you would like! Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that is looking for good food! read more

We were really disappointed with our experience today. We went for a late lunch around 1:00. We were seated and I asked for a high chair for my 16 month old. Our waitress never brought one so I took it upon myself to find one after waiting about 30 minutes. When our food came out, they never brought silverware to our table. I had to go up to the front to ask our server for some. My food never came out, so again, I had to find out waitress to ask about my food. She never came back to the table to check on us after taking our order. I ordered street tacos which should have been quick to make. They brought them out after my husband and two children were finished. I had to quickly eat so we could leave because the kids were ready for naps. My food was good, but I ate it so fast I didn't really get to taste it. Overall it was poor service that made our lunch unenjoyable. I do like the wings, but I have tried several main courses at BWW and none were good, nor were they a good value. I am going to post a photo of my salad which cost almost $10. This wouldn't be an overpriced salad except it is rather small and the toppings are almost nonexistent. It seems like it should come with some crackers or a garlic toast or something like that. Salads at Applebees and Chili's are much more substantial at this price. The service was not especially rude, but it certainly wasn't warm or friendly, either. Every single time they gip us on the ranch sauce, the celery, or both, even when we mention this and specifically ask for it to be included. Last time we also got the garden crasher & couldn't believe how little was in the box! Seriously 2 tiny carrot sticks, 3 celery sticks, 4 or 5 thin slices of red peppers, a few slices of cucumbers, and 6 olives with the naan bread. We stopped in happy to see a Bdubbs in town. The server was a sweetheart named Maryn and great salesperson, one i know they would be proud of. Our drinks were never empty and she was always working. I've been to a few different BWW's in Kansas. This one has been open for roughly a year and I've visited probably five to ten times, mostly for carry out orders. Every time I've ordered here they've messed something up. Be it forgetting sides, forgetting entire orders were placed, screwing up the orders themselves, they have royally messed up my order every single time I've been there. The most recent time I ordered, I got a small order of traditional hot wings. Upon arriving at home, they were dry. Completely dry. I'm not sure how a place can screw up so often. I won't return. Piss poor service from the kitchen. The wait staff is at least tolerable. The only saving grace and the only reason they receive more than one star at the Salina location. What a joke. read more

Went for Saturday night fights. One projector was fairly dark. We're asked to seat ourselves, only one dirty table available. Took about 10+ minutes for a server to ask if we had been helped, he was clearly extremely busy and apologetic. We moved to the bar in hopes it would be easier. Chili con queso was good as usual. There were open seats at the bar and 2 bartenders and they couldn't get drinks refilled within 10 minutes. I watched other people come up to the bar to complain that they hadn't gotten any drinks at their table and it had been a while, Taylor wasn't very apologetic about it and spent "spare time" watching the fight rather than refilling drinks. but the female bartender stayed busy, helped promptly when asked, and was apologetic for the wait. Waitresses had to be told to prebus tables so they had glasses to put beer in. As a former bartender, it made me want to pull my hair out because even I noticed people needed drinks and weren't getting them. Before you stand around and watch TV, check to make sure no one needs a refill... and when someone waits 10 minutes and has to ask you for one, make sure you get it before watching tv. As large groups started to leave throughout the night, service did not improve despite quite a few less people being there. read more
