Back in for lunch about 12:30 PM. Not terribly busy, I went straight in and had a seat. Overall this particular restaurant does look like it's showing signs of wear and tear. It may be one of the older ones in town? My waitress was very friendly took my order almost immediately got my usual American cheeseburger with no bun. The fact that the tv started leaking and we couldn't even get our sever to acknowledge us or any assistance is wild !!!! Wasn't till the leakage went from full flood to trickle says something. We arrived at 1115, so right after it opened. There were 2 tables sat, we were the third. Both already had drinks. 3 servers were walking around, and 1 with a red shirt so I'm assuming kitchen staff or a manager which is even more sad if it was. We sat for over 15 mns. Asked if we'd be helped and it never happened. We left and drove across the street to pluckers. Highly recommend. It's not surprising they have 1.7 stars on here. read more

i usually never have anything bad to say about this location i've always came here as it is the closest to me. My last visit here was on a sunday afternoon and needless to say i was disappointed. My fries and wings were terrible you can just tell these were left over from the night before. My fries were not even soft in the middle and they were dry. My boneless wings were not even hot they were not even warm and the breading was separating from the chicken which indicated that there were left over and just re fried to seem fresh. My husband and i are not the type to make a scene so we ate our buffalo chicken tots (which was the only fresh item we got) paid and left. Now, don't get me wrong, ... I love the food from B-dub, ... but they use Doordash, and Doordash sucks. "Dashers" just drop your food off on the ground, and drive away. No knocking, no ringing of the doorbell, no matter what instructions you give for delivery ... Dashers just don't care. B-dub, KFC, and a few others around here all use the same inferior service. Stopped in this Alamo Ranch location for a quick lunch. This location ended up being worse than the HWY 151 and 410 location. The place was cleaner than the 151 and 410 location and didn't have that funky smell like the other location. That's were the positives end. The food was super mid!! It was self seating which isn't cool. But it took me 5 minutes and counting before I could get a soda in my hand and the place was empty except for some locals at the bar. The food came out in decent time but the whole stuff had an attitude not sure what that was about. Then the icing on the cake was i caught an employee taking a video of me while I was eating at-least it looked like it... not 100 percent sure but it was weird. I sat at the bar and the service there was great. The gal working the bar was named Lovely or Lovey. She was very attentive and responsive. I ordered a small order of wings with the dry rub desert heat and a side salad. The wings were grossly overcooked, and ironically, as dry as the desert, and no amount of ranch dressing was going to help them. The veggies were wilted. And the side salad was just as bad as well. The restaurant said they were waiting for the driver and when I said he was there they responded with "we were calling out and no one responded." I later got a notification saying another door dash driver picked up the order that I had canceled and was on his way. I usually just go here for a beer and a snack on the weekends at the bar when I have the time. Other than the bad smells when you walk in the door it's not a bad place, the bartenders have always been great for me, cold beer and decent food. I think the place needs to be cleaned top to bottom though, it's pretty funky in there towards the front. I'll continue to visit as long as the bar area stays clean. read more

Absolutely awful location. I wouldn't even recommend it if the food was free. They had probably 6 or 7 tables, large amount of staff, yet when we sat our waters took 15 minutes. Food 30. We had no utensils, so we asked for some. We waited another 10 minutes for utensils. By then our food was cold, so we asked for it to be remade. Our waitress brought out my food to me 15 minutes later, but did not bring out my husbands food. She didn't mention anything about it. We gave her a few minutes, then after another 10 minutes I asked her where his food was. She acted confused on why I was asking, like it was perfectly normal for food to come out at separate times so far apart. She then brought his out another 5 mins later. Multiple tables got up to leave, our service was awful, and tables were there not bussed, despite there being a lot of staff. The Alamo ranch location was empty and we still had to ask for a server as we were never acknowledged. The taller female bartender had attitude when we asked if she could find us a server. It took me over 10 minutes to stop laughing so that I could write this review. I honestly have never- NEVER received a salad like the one I got today. We ordered for pickup and when it arrived home, I opened the lid to find what appeared to be leftovers from someone else's meal. The container wasn't even half full. This salad looked like it had been chewed and spit out and then chewed and spit out again. The lettuce was brown, it was all wet, chicken barely had any sauce, only two chicken strips were floating in this cesspool and two chunks of bleu cheese. The bacon was mushy too. What a terrible experience and waste of money. I took photos and they actually make the salad look better than it was. Oh B-Dubs, how I have not missed you. It's been a minute since I've eaten any wings from this chain, but I decided to redeem a $10-off any order promo and a free 6-piece birthday wings. One 10-piece traditional wings and one 6-piece traditional wings totaled only $3.02 after discounts. The mobile pick-up order I placed was promised within 30 minutes. However, I suspect that the wings only took a few minutes to be packaged from the communal wing drawer because they weren't piping hot nor did they taste freshly fried. For the 10-piece traditional wings, I chose Dessert Heat and Mango Habanero. For the 6-piece traditional wings, I chose Chipotle BBQ. Flavors are always good here, but the size of the wings themselves are dismal. Most of the wings from my order were small and half the size as those served at Wingstop. The accompanying bags of carrots and celery were also disappointing because the carrots looked old and dried out. The carrots also are no longer carrot sticks, but rather baby carrots. The celery, however, seemed fresh and tasted fine. I would definitely not come here at full price; the order I placed would have costed almost $22! This was the worst food I think I have ever paid for. Everything was so salted that I could only force down 2 wings, which caused my throat burn - not from the buffalo sauce, it burnt from the salt. The salsa was worse. The salsa was saltier that the chips. Never had that happen before. The service was fine, nothing exceptional. Ambience was OK - had the NBA finals on - which I got to watch a little before I left to get the sea water taste out of my mouth. Yuck. The music was uncomfortably loud, and the bar crowd was rowdy to the point that it felt on edge -- not the kind of place you'd want to relax or bring family. Buffalo Wild Wings CEO please help this location!!! We got there at 6:30 pm to meet some friends for dinner and finally got our food served at 9:30 pm. Our drink and food order was fast but it took FOREVER to get it. Our poor food server was giving all kinds of excuses for our food and even more for the bar service. We even went to the bar to expedite our drink service and the bartender told us that they were too busy to serve us individually. The tables and menus were not clean and very sticky. I also noticed the AC duct dripping on the table near us. The ladies bathroom needed some attention as well. Overall a very very bad experience! read more

By far the worse BWW I've been to. Upon entering no one was at the host's stand. We waited and 3 employees passed by jus looked at us and just kept going. Finally, we were asked if we wanted the bar or the dining room. We opted for the bar and then were told we could seat ourselves (no problem as most place are like that). Thought out our people were just walking in and sitting anywhere because there was no one at the host's stand. As they walked in they looked confused until they just decided to either sit down or walk out. Our waitress greeted us and she was prompt. She was attentive. However, directly by the bar area there is a back corner that is hidden off from the rest of the restaurant. 3 servers were actively eating, on their phones, watching games while waiting on tables. Where is the manager? A waiter with a Ditka 69 jersey had headphones in. At one point all 3 servers and the bartender were back there in that corner booth just sitting and eating. Usually we order Bdubs to-go but in the event that my boyfriend's parents were in town, we dined in per their request. Bdubs is not known for there customer service but our waitress, Fernanda, really surprised us with her friendliness and attentive service! She's cheerful and super sweet! The wings are great, as usual. Between the four of us, we got 1 large order of wings, 1 medium order, and 2 small orders. We also got a basket of cheese curds and 5 beers. The buffalo medium and buffalo hot are both good. Our waitress let us try the garlic Parmesan sauce and that was great as well. The mango habanero will leave you in tears so proceed with caution. I'm known for eating really spicy foods and that left me tearing up. The cheese curds are a must for appetizer or side! We were impressed with our experience. Great food and great service!
