First and foremost, shout out to Cara for being EXCELLENT. One of the friendliest and most down-to-earth servers I have ever had. All issues were corrected immediately and she was super nice to my son. Food was really solid. Mozzarella bites were delicious, although only slightly lukewarm. Wife had the Backyard Salad (be wary if you don't like spice, it's got a slight kick) and I ended up eating half of it because it's so good. My son had the smash burger with all veggies left off and the sauce on the side. Happy to report they got it correct. I had the cheesesteak. It was very, very good. I love when they have cheez whiz on them and this has queso so it's just as good. Bravo. Guinness pour was subpar but that's ok. I'll go to The Cottage if I want a good pour. They were out of two of the beers I wanted what the manager came over and apologized immediately. The third beer I did order was on tap. Ambiance is standard "backyard bar" feel. Music on the speakers and lots of TVs. We were here for the England vs Panama World Cup match and they switched our TV to the match without issue. First time here, we came to watch the England match. One of the employees, a fella, made sure to talk to his manager to put the match on inside for us. Our waitress Cara, also made sure it was on, she was an absolute delight. She said she'd only been working here a month but she was super friendly and attentive, we'd love to have her next time! Food was good, my beer was incorrect, but quickly corrected. They didn't have a beer that my husband wanted that was on the list. Both Cara and I believe the manager came back and apologized to us for it (even though it wasn't a big deal) The backyard area and balcony are a neat touch. First I would like to say this is not my first visit to this establishment. I have been a local at this spot for years we 5 years, and it has been a very pleasant and social experience. Unfortunately, this is my first time there in over 6 months. The service and attention from the bar tender and my waitress on the evening of 8/14/26 was very disappointing. Let's just say the ambiance was great, but service failed especially with the drinks. I would recommend getting more servers and better bar tenders very soon. They seemed to be more interested in their socializing than the customer experience. read more

We enjoy going here to watch mostly baseball, I am a big Braves fan. My SO is a Rangers fan. But we also enjoy watching the Aggies in the fall. We were there recently and even though the Spurs were on Kent made it happen so we could watch the Braves too and we appreciate that. Our waitress was great but sadly I don't remember her name. I've visited this location many times. I love the atmosphere and mist of all I love when Alexa stops by our table and talks to us!

Was there yesterday for a few hours. Upon closing our tabs I notice my friends name is on my receipt. My friend had already closed his tab and left. I advised the waitress they charged the wrong card. We had 4 tabs open. My friend closed his and us three were closing ours. They end up only charging 2 cards out of the 3 because they added my husbands tab to mine. They said they fixed my tab to my name and voided it on my other friends card who paid n left. This morning we wake up to both mine and my husbands cards being charged. They charged husbands card for my friends tab whom had already paid. Tried all day Saturday calling and no luck. read more

1st visit with the kids, 2nd time there. Love the establishment and the patio area is amazing. Service was terrible both times. How many times should we ask for water and kids drinks? 4x from 2 different servers before one of our group went inside and got water for the table. Server would turn to walk away before everyone gave their order twice. We'd get half the drinks and request status on the others before they'd arrive. Been going here the last few nights (staying at a hotel near by). Service is meh. However last night, I had the worst experience. I was having some drinks and some wings then I closed my tab. I was handed a receipt that said 118 dollars! I was baffled. The bartender charged me for 20 shots of rum and coke. I initially thought it was a mistake no big deal. She then stood by it and argued with me. I asked her she she even thought 20 shots in 3 hours is physically possible to which she laughingly replied "no". I had the best service from Alexa she was our bartender this evening and she also seemed to be managing the bar. Whenever she was busy the bar back guy Richard was very nice and sweet to us. They both checked in consistently and made sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this bar to anybody looking for a great experience !!
