    Dubai chocolate pizookie

Chris was our server and still proved why this location is the best! Always recommending the Tri tip and pizookies. But now we got a new fave, the Dubai chocolate pizookie! Ambience is perfect for date night or family sharing, we got a booth and shared wings, buttery shrimp and Parmesan toast.

Always have a good time at this restaurant. Service was quick, waiter was nice, food was good and hot. The place wasn't too busy as we went on a Wednesday but it still felt lively and my boyfriend and I had a good time. We genuinely enjoy eating here.

We have never tried one, and know wish I hadn't. We had very high hopes. Let's get straight to it! We had the brewhouse bites sampler to begin with. Our waiter was great, but we asked for bone in twice, and we were brought boneless anyway. My family doesn't do boneless! The spinach artichoke dip was just ok, but Applebees blows this out of the water. The mozzarella sticks and burgers were quite good though. For our meals we had the chicken Alfredo, slow roasted tri tip beef dip, and all American smash burger. We weren't in the mood for pizza. Let's start with the most disappointing dish. The tri tip beef dip lacked flavor and seasoning. Then the insult to the dish was the amount of au jus they served us. I'm not lying but it was like three tablespoons of it! The sweet potato fries were good though. The Alfredo was just ok. Just go next door to Olive Garden. The burger was the better of the dishes. But compared to burgers from other establishments, theirs are waay better. I don't get this place. The food is expensive and mediocre. We paid over $100 dollars for lackluster food. We won't revisit.

I had put myself on the waitlist before heading there. I told the greeter I was on the waitlist and she could care less. Seated us right away. Ambiance is laid back. We got lunch specials that came with a pazookie. I tried the pizza which wasn't really hot at all.. warm at best. My chicken wasn't piping hot but warm as well as the mashed potato. My kids had the same thing as me. The only thing that was hot was our pazookie. Which was delicious The tea wasn't great and the soda tasted kinda off. Like the mixture wasn't quite right. I think I will stick to water.

Came here two weekends ago to try out the unlucky duck drink. It was delicious! Takes like punch and two can share. I got the steak with wedge salad. It was good but I hated that the blood was mixing with the dressing, eww. We also got a pazookie, good. The staff was attentive and the bathrooms were clean

From the moment we sat down, our server was fantastic--super attentive, friendly, and more than happy to accommodate my endless requests for extra sauces and sides. Great service really makes a difference, and she definitely added to the experience. We started with the lemon pepper wings, which were tasty well-seasoned dry rub, and cooked just right. However, the Philly sandwich didn't quite hit the mark for me. It felt a bit plain and lacked the bold flavors I was hoping for, so it didn't stand out compared to everything else we ordered. The real stars of the meal were the calamari and mozzarella sticks. Both were perfectly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and seasoned just right. To wrap things up, I got the three-flavor Pizookie, choosing strawberry shortcake, Oreo cookie, and caramel. While the caramel one was disappointing it had a burnt taste that threw me off the other two were absolutely delicious. Overall, an enjoyable meal with standout appetizers and good service. I'd definitely come back great quick meal with many options to fill all the cravings.

We went to BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse specifically for happy hour. They have house wines and beer discounts on their happy hour menu along with appetizer and pizza specials. They have a lot to choose from so we choose to go sometimes specifically for Happy Hour as opposed to a full meThe food is great, I love the flavor, the service is always good and the value can't be beat. Wine, beer, a soda, two deep dish pizzas and three appetizers for right under 55$. In addition we had enough points for a free Pazookie because we are reward members. Wow!! We were full and happy!! I recommend their happy hour, it is one of my favorites around!

That's odd because it is open-seating without a hostess stand. I'm glad we just rolled with it. Also, seating is quite limited, even with the patio. We walked around twice before another couple got up, and we grabbed their seats. Now, with no hostess, this is a recipe for exactly what happened to us. No one came by the table for well over ten minutes (possibly fifteen). Once they did, we had very attentive service. None of that changes the fact that the guy who told us to "sit anywhere" walked past us four times without acknowledging our presence. The food is only average. The schnitzel appetizer was unseasoned and tough. The fried bologna sandwich for my wife was extremely good. She was not as fond of the potato salad. It did not really look like it was picking a side - neither German-style nor southern. She said it had some characteristics of German-style, but there was a definite mayo-based dressing. As for my pastrami sandwich...the pastrami was quite good. Honestly, I do not understand why it is so hard to find good pastrami in a state like Texas (you know, with such an historical mix of cultures that virtually spread it across the globe). This pastrami came in at a solid B. The remainder of the sandwich was completely awful. Tough bread, minimal cheese. I don't eat rotted cabbage (sauerkraut) or thousand island, so I put mayo on the sandwich. As a side note, whoever writes the menu should know that a sandwich with those four components is called a "Reuben," rather than "pastrami sandwich." Anyway, good beer, as should be the case with any brew-pub kind of place. The location is on a narrow, residential street. There is really only street parking, so you REALLY have to want to come here to deal with that level of nonsense. It was an interesting visit, but definitely not worth a return. Ever.

A perfect day to eat outside , the six of us sat at an outdoor table. Our server was friendly and the menu had something for each one of us. We ordered fried mushrooms for the table and it came out pretty fast. The mushroom texture was kinda rubbery and others said the beer cheese dipping sauce had no flavor. We then put our drinks and lunch orders in. I really enjoyed the peach fruit geyser-beer. Thereafter, service went downhill. We noticed all customers that came and ordered after us were getting their food before we did. We were starving ! We had to flag down our server to find out was going on. After a long wait, our plates slowly started coming out. The turkey avocado BLT was pretty good- thick cut seasoned turkey, delicious thick cut bacon, I don't remember tasting much of the avocado, and I enjoyed the sourdough bread and fresh salad. Hubby had the chicken and waffles- he said it was ok- they were chicken tenders as opposed to fried chicken and the waffle was very dry. Food was just ok and service was very slow. Not sure we'll be back...
