First of all when you have Wings in the name of the business you should have great wings. It's been a while since I've gotten wings from them since their burgers are damn good. So last week I went to watch a game and ordered wings for a change to see if they got better.I've seen bigger wings on a humming bird. Came out as a bun and a patty... both meals were cold after having waited 30-40 min. Should have grabbed a beer from Walmart and hit the chick-fil-a drive through. Firstly, Elijah was our server and he was the bartender- TOP NOTCH! If our rating were based solely on our service, it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, that's not how the experience unfolded once we encountered the manager.... We ordered wings as an appetizer and when they arrived we were both a little surprised at how small the wings were but we ate most of them as we were extremely hungry and it took some time for the wings to come out from the kitchen. We were almost done - only one wing left and it was one of a few that were the worst of the batch when we saw a manager walk past. We called her (Stephanie) over and wanted to show her what type of quality we had received and her response in short (quoting here) "...There's a wing shortage. Google it." When we said, "We just wanted you to take note of what we received..." her response was, "We're hiring if you want a job in the kitchen." With wings, Guinness, burgers & fries, and tip we spent $95.00 at BWW and instead of saying "Sorry for the quality, thank you for letting me know." We were insulted, treated like we should be grateful for what we got, and basically told that if we didn't like the quality of our food, too bad. We used to be frequent visitors of BWW in Sanford but now....not so sure we will be returning. If by chance you do decide to go, ask for Elijah. Came her for an early dinner but they only had 2 cooks. No chips so no nachos or guacamole. On the tots, the chicken was cold and tots barely warm. Pickles were good but made with no love, just thrown in the deep frier and came out stuck together. The wings were hot and really good. Decided to take the tots home and heat in the oven. Our hostess Krista so nice and so helpful. She did a good job despite B Dubs short of staff. I would definitely come here again. It was very clean and nice place to hang out and watch for a little. EPIC FAIL!!! ! This will be the last of many times that we've tried to patron this establishment. The food is okay most of the time. Last night, the sandwich was sloppy & the wings were undercooked. But what is most disturbing & unforgiving is the sorry service! They were not busy (no real surprise there after seeing g other reviews), but it took them over an hour to have a to-go order ready. We gave them an extra 15 minutes by arriving a later later, & the order was still not ready by the time we arrived. We waited for almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged. It wasn't because of a line of people waiting to be seated or get their orders. Rather, it was because two employees were behind the reception area holding a conversation. They looked up, saw us standing there, & continued on with their discussion without so much as a "Be with you shortly". When they finally asked me what I needed, they showed no urgency in trying to give us the order, & they never apologized for ignoring us or not having the order ready on time. This isn't the first time we've been here & this happen. The service is the worst ever! This location would do better to dismiss the entire wait staff & start over!! But this lack of service usually stems from the top...I certainly believe that a FAILURE to correct this behavior is a managerial matter. Yet, at this point, it's a matter that's all yours! My wings were okay for lemon pepper and my Mom loved the mango habanero. However, we ordered and got the vegetables but waited and waited for our meal. I mean it's a standard B*Dubs, food is comparable to them all. B*Dubs is my go to sports bar across the country. Only reason they get a mark down is because this is possibly the smallest B*Dubs I've ever been in in my life, (it's about the size of a Taco Bell). Once seated we're informed by the manager, Alexis, that the grill is shut down for the night. We can only order wings or a salad. THEY DONT CLOSE UNTIL 10PM AND ITS ONLY 8:30PM. Although no disrespect took place, an attitude was present being that the server had been irritated by my continuous requests. This place has good food but unfortunately the services is so bad. I hate to give bad reviews but today was enough. Everytime I order to go food, the orders are incomplete, missing sides or wrong quantity. We ordered our food from Doordash and tracked the entire order. The food took over an hour to cook, mind you I only ordered a kids meal boneless and a grilled chicken wrap. The Doordash driver picked up the food and it was delivered in less than 10 minutes to us. The food arrived cold and my grilled chicken was as hard as a brick. I would have been better off trying to eat a rock than to eat this grilled chicken wrap. I was unable to eat my order, and had to throw it away. This was absolutely at no fault to Doordash, and all on Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon calling and speaking to to the Manager on duty, Teresa, she told me there was nothing she could do and that it was Doordash's fault after repeatedly telling her that my grilled chicken was ROCK HARD which is obviously their fault. She was completely rude and disrespectful. Having previously worked for Buffalo Wild Wings, I know that it was in no way the correct way to address a customer who has received poorly made food from the restaurant. YOU CAN DO BETTER. I ordered the black bean burger. It was dry as a fart and burned to a crisp. I sent it back. No 3 minutes later the manager brings back what appeared to be a new burger, but looked just as charred. I asked if this one is as crispy as the first one and the manager replied, "No I cooked this one myself!" I asked her to put it in a to go box which she did. I wasn't amused because I do not go out to eat often and felt ripped off. But this isn't the worst part!
