Very interesting place. Auto stuff all around with real cars on lifts and booths and tables underneath. An F1 on the wall (engine removed). Lots of paraphernalia on the walls, large movie posters, 20' banners hanging. Cars all over the place. Real cars. Really a cool place. Our Corvette Club of Utah officers' meeting was here. We had a private room that had car stuff, a 65" TV and a sound system. We didn't use those, but I wanted to list what was available. It was a Wednesday evening and the place was pretty full. Our group had 12 people. Our server was pleasant and efficient. I had the brisket nachos. Watkins Glen Brisket Nachos All the menu items were on an auto and racing theme. But it was smothered with shredded brisket, jalapeños...well, here's the menu description: Corn Tortilla Chips, Queso, Bonneville Bourbon BBQ Sauce, 18-Hour Smoked Brisket, Avocado Salsa, Cilantro Crema, Pickled Jalapeños, Black Bean & Corn Salsa, Cilantro. It was good. And there was a ton of it. $19. I then had just the "plain" cheeseburger, the "Chop Shop." They have some very interesting burger flavors, but seeing how big these nachos were, I just wanted something simple and not as large. The burger was OK. But it had this smokey flavor to it that tasted more like something slightly burnt on a grill. The Brioche bun was good, nice and fresh and fluffy. Aside from that smokey flavor, the meat was OK, nothing special, but OK. The fries were good. Fun place. Bar food that I would give a 3+. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. They claim this is a Bar & Grill, however the bar is extremely small like 8 stools and two itty bitty tv's that don't play sports other than auto racing, so if that doesn't s what you are hoping to view while having lunch or dinner this isn't the place. It was fairly dead on Sunday afternoon around 1pm when we came in. I ordered the 500 Club Quesadilla and it was pretty good, there were tons of jalapeños in it firing up my mouth. I really liked the Chimichurri Ranch but not the Smoked Tomato Salsa. They give you the tiniest container tho. I had to ask for more. My daughter's Grilled cheese didn't look too appetizing and was not warm when it came out. My husband had the CHASSIS SHRIMP PESTO PASTA and said it was really good. Service was decent. This place was very unique! Cars were everywhere, on walls and on car lifts. It did seem very busy though with almost too many times on the wall. Our waitress was very friendly. In fact, our kids were fighting over a drink they were sharing and she brought over an extra drink for them so they didn't have to share! Loved that. I had the teriyaki rice bowl (do not remember the name of it). The dish was so tasty. Lots of bell peppers, the rice was good, and the chicken was so tender and tasted great. This is one of those 3 star reviews that I'm not super happy to give. I came here expecting/hoping to give it 5 stars. The atmosphere is of course super cool and unique. While we waited to be seated the employees said it was cool for me to walk around the restaurant and show my kids the cars. They even let us go into the private dining to see the Lamborghini Diablo better. Speaking of the employees, they were all very nice. Our waitress noticed that our two boys were fighting over the single lemonade that we'd ordered for them and offered to bring us another free of charge. Unfortunately, the worst part of the experience was the food, which is sorta the most important part with it being a restaurant and all. I got the crabby patty burger, which is a whopping $20. It was intriguing as it borrowed aspects from sushi rolls by having eel sauce, crab, and tempura shrimp on the burger. The actual burger patty however was thin, fairly dry, hardly seasoned (if at all), and burnt all around. I've had better burger patties at fast food joints. Honestly, it reminded me of a 4th of July BBQ with your dad that doesn't know how to grill very well so he's just there putting charred burgers on everyone's plates. It was not inedible by any means, but I don't think it's worthy of being sold in a restaurant. The sweet potato fries I got with it were actually very very good. Perfectly fried, lightly salted, and still a little soft on the inside. My issue here is, up until today there has never been a time in my life where I've felt compelled to count the amount of fries I've gotten with a plate of food. When I got my food, there were a pitiful 9 fries on the tray. For what was in total a $22 plate, it's a shame the best part of it was hardly included. I'm certainly not opposed to coming back, as my wife enjoyed the plate she got (some sort of bowl with teriyaki chicken), and they have sushi that looks pretty good, but I'll be sure to steer well clear of the burgers in the future. read more

Ambience/place is 5 stars, no doubt. They have collectibles of car helmets and several racing cars on display, how cool is that? I could spend some time there only browsing their collections. Service was quick and super friendly. Sadly food needs improvement. My impression is that they offer too many options so no time to focus on their best items. BBQ pork was lacking flavor and buns were soggy. Steak Tacos was not that bad but sushi was like grocery store sushi. This was by far one of the coolest Restaurants I have ever been in! The Food and Service was Great, there's a Large Bar upstairs and a Smaller Bar downstairs and Lots of seating. We got the Edamame, the Ferrari Sushi Roll and my husband got the Brisket Sandwich. All were amazing and the Brisket is fresh, juicy and yummy! Came on Father's Day for brunch around noon, but wait was short for our party of 6. Staff was friendly, but I could tell they were overwhelmed. I'm not sure as to why since they had only been open for a few hours and not THAT many customers. Some of our orders came out wrong, but staff was apologetic and happy to correct. The food was okay - nothing special. This place is more for the vibe and theme - not for great dining. I particularly did not like being under the car lifts and vehicles - others might feel differently ‍ Overall it was okay and I understand it was Father's Day and we went to a very stereotypical car-enthusiast restaurant, but it didn't seem that busy with lots of customers - Staff and kitchen just seemed overwhelmed. My friend brought me here for dinner for my first visit ever and I was so glad I had looked up the menu online beforehand so I saw the picture of the stuffed shrimp appetizer because it was soooo delicious! It should be called stuffed avocado because it's completely wrapped in slices of avocado and filled with shrimp and shredded crab inside and topped with tobiko. I'll have to have it every time I come here! We also got the brisket tacos. They were pretty good. I think I'd prefer the shrimp tacos next time. The brisket was in long, stringy pieces but it was tasty, just not my preferred cut of meat. I tried it because it was my friend's preference. Server was excellent! Atmosphere was fun. Came here on a Saturday evening, around 5pm. It gets busy around 6pm fyi. Really awesome interior. Cars on the walls, cars on the ground, cars above the dining area. Fun to walk around and check them all out including the pictures on the walls. Ide have to minus a start for food and another for service. Our waiter wasn't really enthused and didn't know a whole lot about the menu items. He would be at our table, but looking around elsewhere - mind elsewhere. It's fine, it happens. Cool place to bring the familia! We came on a Friday around 4:30-5. Got seated pretty quick. My nephew was in awe of the cars. Only reason why we came was because of the cars. We went to lunch here and it was delicious! David was a great server and gave us our orders promptly and had great recommends. We had the spinach dip & chips appetizer - WOW! It was packed with flavor. The chips were freshly fried and still hot. They did not have that "fried in old oil" taste like a lot of fried foods have. I had the brisket tacos. There was so much brisket in my first bite that I could barely chew it all! It comes with 2 sturdy corn tortillas on each taco, so you could divide it up into 6 tacos instead of 3. The tacos were packed with flavor - pickled onion, bread & butter jalapeños, smoked tomato jam and that's not even everything that comes on the taco! My husband had the brisket grilled cheese and he loved it. The portions for both of us were HUGE! I could only eat 1 taco and he could only eat 1/2 sandwich. The tater tots were hot and crispy, fried to perfection. I did not like the fry sauce, it had a horseradish taste to it. Next time I would get the cheesy tots. My wife and I came here for my birthday dinner and I was amazed by the amount and variety of cars they had on display. They also have an extensive menu so if you know you are coming here I would recommend checking the menu in advance so you don't have to waste time trying to decide when you get seated. I ordered the 4x4 BBQ Pork Sandwich with French fries, the sandwich was good but unfortunately the bottom part of my bun was so saturated by the sauce that it basically disintegrated when I eating it so I had to eat it quick if I wanted to have any bun at all to hold the sandwich together. The sandwich did taste good, but not sure if the soggy bun thing was just isolated to my order. I really liked my time here! The niche design of the restaurant is super cool. It's was a ton of fun seeing all the cars and memorabilia scattered throughout. The car repair shop themed uniforms and car rags for napkins was a cute touch. It was a longer wait 35+ min for a table of four. Our server was attentive and did a good job suggesting options. Now the food 1. Sushi nachos were fantastic. We didn't know that adding mango and jalapeño was extra but they were good additions to the plate. Even my dad that doesn't like sushi liked these. 2. The blt and egg was so tasty. BLTs can sometimes be dry but this wasn't. The egg was perfectly medium and the yolk broke over the bread and it was perfect. 3. Rib plate was not great. The ribs were underseasoned and not as tender and you would want. The Cole slaw also had a weird aftertaste. Skip this 4. My dad got the brisket tacos that I didn't get a picture for but were also a good bite. 5. The tots deserve their own recognition. They were perfectly fried and crispy. The table had a bottle of fry sauce so you could enjoy a much as you wanted. This is a great spot for a fun night out or a family lunch/dinner. It could have been a bit cheesier, the cheese wasn't quite melted all the way but it had good flavors and the bread was good The wife had brisket tacos, they had great flavor and the avocado salsa concoction was pretty good on them. Bro in law had the brisket Mac and cheese. It was a good size portion and he couldn't finish it all. Sister in law had fish and chips. The fish was halibut and the breading was good, but a little thick of her liking. Overall a neat experience of being able to sit under cars. Very cool atmosphere! Would go back for sure. Order sushi nachos as an appetizer and they arrived at the same time as our food. the sushi nachos had minimal meat. when mentioned to the server that our appetizer arrived at the same time her response was we don't have a sushi person so that is why. Order the special (Patty Melt) asked for no sauces when the entree arrived it was covered in sauce. Husband order the Cobb salad and the blue cheese crumbs were just a chunk of blue cheese. Our server never checked on us, never refilled drinks and removed plates without asking if we wanted boxes. We typically go to the Draper Location and rave about the service and food. We also appreciate that the manager at the Draper location always checks in on our table at some time during the meal. My littles weren't impressed (ages 11, 7, 6) - but my husband and I LOVE this place! (Ages 30-ish haha!). I can't even pick a favorite but here are our go-tos: poke nacho, bbq pork ribs, the avocado cheeseburger, & bread pudding with ice cream. The staff at the check-in are always suuuper nice. I haven't had the best of luck with the servers though (we usually get forgotten). I'm super impressed with the wide range of menu options they provide. I feel like there's something for everyone. We got seated right away on a Saturday afternoon. Their menu has so many options it's truly hard to pick something! I feel like there is definitely something here for everyone. I decided to try the big block cheesesteak but got mine without peppers, onions, and mushroom because I don't like them. The cheesesteak was pretty good! The flavor was good but I do wish the bread was more toasted, it was pretty dry tasting and you could see the unmelted butter on the bread. I got tator tots as my side instead of regular fries. Someone I was with got the regular fries and they were so much better. The tator tots tasted like they were cooked in old grease and they weren't great. I wish I had got regular fries because they were so much better, next time. Overall the vibe of the restaurant is fun and unique. Our waitress was fast, friendly, and attentive.
