Wanted to take my family out to eat to celebrate an accomplishment by my wife, and could not have been more disappointed. Ali was not attentive, left me without a beverage while eating hot wings for twenty minutes. Food took 45 minutes.(They were not busy) Asked for silverware to cut my kids' food, Ali just dropped off forks. Restaurant was cold. Terrible experience. Well being inside was a terrible terrible experience, haven't ordered in about two years. Figured I'd try again and I ordered to go, they said 30 minutes it ended up being over an hour and my food was ice cold and I have never had to season my own burger , 30 dollars later and I'm so TIRED of st Mary's food chains sucking but ontop this place anywhere I've ever been is crap , Fricker's is better lately. I was hungry while I was in Saint Mary's and wanted to get a to go order of food to go home. I went in Buffalo Wild Wings to have some chicken wings, partly because I love them and also because they brought back hot bbq sauce. Been since 2020 since they took it off, so I was happy it was back! Ambience of the place just like any/ever Bdubs. The service was good, i placed my order and 20 min later or so, I was out the door with my food for my family. When i finally had some of those wings in the hot bbq sauce! Joy! This spot was by far the best BDub I've eaten at. The traditional wings without any rubs and just a few dipping sauces were fantastic. Our waiter was excellent and made some terrific sauce and Ohio brewed beer selections. I wish I remember his name. We dined here for the super bowl and sat in a booth in the bar area. Second time getting takeout from this location. Not sure what has changed, they used to have really great food. The last few times we have got food from this location, it has been horrible. One order was simple quesadillas with no modifications, however, they were completely made incorrectly, with toppings we did not want nor desire to have on a quesadilla. Last order we got for a takeout was a simple cheeseburgers that used to be very juicy and good, Now they are completely smashed with no flavor they are dry pucks. Not sure if management has changed or if they got some other person in the kitchen that has no idea how to prepare food. They don't seem to understand that we are not getting a discount for the lack of quality of food. We are Paying a very high premium for this food, which I am extremely disappointed in. First of all, when I walked in, I thought perhaps I had accidentally entered in through the freezer... It was soooo cold! I am typically warm everywhere I go, but our entire table kept their coats on the entire time. Service was a little slow, but we were there early and it was during the week. I'm sure they were understaffed. Our food took longer to come out than I would have expected and other than a few minor things, our server got our order right. Came to eat on Tuesday 6/3 with my husband and a friend. Our waitress(who had a terrible attitude)took our drink order then came back to say because we had out of state IDs (TX and PA) she needed to take our IDs back to the manager. We asked the manager to come to us because we haven't had this happen before. (For context my husband and I are 28 and 29 and my husband is black, I am not-this may not seem like needed context but I disagree) as soon as the manager came he took our IDs and was gone for over 30 minutes. He looked right at my husband and accused him of our IDs being fake. Mind you he didn't rudely accuse me or our friend just the person of color at the table. When my husband asked him if he was serious he again accused him of having a fake ID. We took our IDs back and got up to leave, the manager asked my husband if he wanted to lose his job(not sure the context here and seriously a disturbing thing to say). This is all to say, if you are a person of color in St. Marys Ohio avoid this Buffalo wild wings and stay safe from both possible food poisoning (this restaurant was not clean) and the lovely profiling staff. read more

First off I'm a BW's fan and been 100's of them across the country. This is by far the worst one I've ever been too! Corporate needs to step in and replace the owner. Many reviews complain about the AC being too cold! It is an ice box. In the middle of summer ppl are bringing in costs and sweaters! The waitress said it's ridiculous and everyone complains! Why is management so ignorant and wasting money! 4 ppl walked in and left when we were there. The owners are loosing money on energy costs and customers. Food was slow coming out and fries were cold. We were 1 of 2 tables. We felt bad for the waitress as she's trying to make a living with terrible atmosphere and management and food. To be fair The burgers and margaritas were very good. read more

When I arrived, the hostess said "ignore that. It will be 10-15 minutes". When I arrived there were two men, one an employee with his mask pulled down, blocking the doorway, so not only was I prevented from entering, I was unable to socially distance myself from them without standing outside. We stopped in last night, around 7:30/8... When we pulled up, it actually looked closed-there were no outside lights on at all, but we could see the inside lights and TVs on. We went in and the hostess looked at us and looked around, then just started walking away. She hadn't said anything so we didn't follow her, so when she finally noticed she rolled her eyes and said "ummm come on!" The waitress seemed like she was in a hurry and we were inconveniencing her. We ordered quickly and the food didn't take long at all, but when the runner brought it he just dropped it down. We had only ordered two orders of boneless wings and an order of the Dirty Dub Tots, and didn't receive the tots. I tried to tell the runner and he just looked at me and walked away. The server tried to catch him but said forget it. The runner must have realized and was back quickly but he just dropped them over my husbands shoulder from the back of the booth instead of the end of the table. The wings had very little sauce and were vastly variable in size-how some were even considered boneless wings, I'm honestly not sure. We waited on refills and, again, it seemed like a huge inconvenience for the server to help us. She asked how we were doing and literally didn't look at us or stop at our table as she said it.
