So apparently if you are visiting Oklahoma from another country you can't have a drink at the bar in this Buffalo Wild Wings?! I went in with my passport (the same one I used to get through immigration, TSA, and also drank a beer with it at the airport) and they said they wouldn't accept my passport because it wasn't a U.S. passport ? So how are you able to go out in Oklahoma if you are just visiting? This same passport was accepted at bars in California. It was around 8 o'clock on Sunday November 3rd. This was an interesting experience... Our night started with our server telling us that all the cooks had quit and the managers were cooking the food. We had already placed our order at this point so it was too late to leave. When the food arrived, my friend's chicken was undercooked, still pink, and felt like rubber. We tried to be understanding because I'm sure it was stressful with the cooks quitting, but I think they should have closed down the restaurant instead of serving poorly cooked meals. I'm giving this a 5 star purely for the service. I ordered a meal Togo and had problems with my car so I wasn't able to drive. I called and the manager Courtney handled it amazingly. She offered to refund the full meal or allow me to switch it to delivery. I was impressed that there were no questions asked, the order was taken care of and I left a happy customer. I actually like wings but one really bad experience is all it takes to write a restaurant off. Mine happened today August 13th. I've known Tuesday is half priced wings for a while , they decided to switch it to buy one get one . All the same , I ordered mindfully so I'll get 20 wings such that I and my partner can share some wings . They got us 40 (30-45 minutes after I ordered). I said yeah , I want half of it . The waiter got his manager who tried to explain to me what "but one get one " means . As a Person getting PhD , I understand some things but her inability to process that I want 20 wings was baffling. Then in a rude fit , she took the entire order back and the waiter asked us to wait for 30 minutes more . I obviously paid for drinks and walked out but can't get over how rude the manager / waiter was and their complete disregard for our time. Our food was there, and they refused to give it to us ? Like wow , That's literally the worst experience I've had in any restaurant in general ! ----- Update : I came here again , the staff was really nice this time , service was prompt . I think the food here is very good! The atmosphere is very top tier and overall food was great my sister is vegetarian so the cauliflower wings were her go to and they were excellent. The salads I don't recommend getting but when you to this type of place you expect to get wings anyway! read more

Came here with friends and got the reservation immediately. Have ordered onion Rings - very oily - no good. Potato widgets are too good with sauce. Hot wings - very good Wings with Thai curry - good as usual but should've dip in more curry. Service is excellent. Timely and quickly. Only problem is it's not good for kids as it is very crowded and noisy. Nearly 30 televisions around. Recommend it anytime. read more

We decided to drop by for some wings and my boyfriend wanted a beer. I was excited because I haven't been here in a while but we got seated and then forgotten about... after 30 mins of waiting I went up and asked if we even had a server. This other server then came up and asked if we'd been helped yet and so we went ahead and placed our orders and everything so that it wouldn't take another 30 mins for us to get food. This buffalo wild wings cannot get any order right. I've been here/ordered from them multiple times and every single time my order was wrong. It's not a hard order.. traditional wings and fries. Half the time I don't get an item. The other half the sauce is wrong and I get attitude for asking for my original sauce. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt and try eating there again but this is the last time. If I could give it zero stars I would. First of all I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this one was awful. The one in Lawton is amazing. When I received my chicken it tasted really funny and could tell my chicken was old and not fresh. Tasted like they left it outside in the 106 weather before they gave it to me. I have been throwing up non stop since I got home from that place. I couldn't even go shop after lunch I felt so bad. Ruined my entire day. I'm for sure I got food poisoning. Came in tonight with two friends. We were the only people in the restaurant and received terrible service. The waitress was rude and took a very long time with the most simple tasks. We had to request silverware, straws, refills on our drinks. We ordered chips and dip as an appetizer and she returned 20 minutes later to tell us they were out of spinach dip. We had to wave another one waitress to the table for drink refills and she walked up to the table and said "what?" Are you kidding me?Once our food FINALLY arrived to the table the order was incorrect. At the end of this dreadful experience the bill was nearly $60 for two people.
