Went to BWW around 8 on Sunday and they were not busy at all. We were seated and waited for 15 minutes. No one ever came to take a drink order or even acknowledged us. Topeka Buffalo Wild Wings is a joke. They hardcore skimp on everything. Our waitress had to tell us there was in fact sauce on the wings and that we didn't get someone's plain wings by mistake. This is a million times better than the BWW in Manhattan. Its very spacious with lots of booths and tables. The staff are neither rude nor overly friendly or personable. The most recent time I went, I had some blue colored mixed drink that was awesome and the nachos with chicken. The nachos weren't anything fancy, and maybe it was because I was drinking, but they were so freaking delicious. Very good, reasonably priced! My nacho burger was juicy & loved the salty seasoning flavor! Fried pickles were good & fried well, w amble breading! Which all that seems to be a problem for other places! Everyone else loved their food! Children eat for under $5! (includes drink) Not happy that my adult soda is the same price as a lrg draft beer! I am a Buffalo Wild Wings fan but this is the worst one I have ever been to. The chicken was burnt as well as the sauce was pasty the cheese dip had to have been sitting in the expo window for at least 10 min it was solid on top. This place was excellent. After being ignored and walking out of Hooters just down the street, we went back to what we know at bdubs. we were not disappointed. The waiter was perfect. We were seated and had drinks ordered in seconds. Drinks arrived within a minute or two and our orders were taken. This guy was on point and deserves a raise. He was quick to bring refills to the table when he saw a drink was getting low. Checked on us several times during the meal and everything we ordered was very tasty. Never been disappointed by bdubs and looks like it will stay that way for the foreseeable future. We just got out of a movie and wanted to get a bite to eat. We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. The place was about half full, we walked in sat down nothing really eventful. Waitress came over, we ordered and then the fun began. It took over 15 minutes for one app to get there. It was cold and the smallest portion I've ever seen. Then, another 15 minutes before the waitress came and said our food have been dropped on the floor. So another 20 minutes goes by before we get our food. Two or three times a month my wife and I start our weekend with cold beer and wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. However, this particular Friday afternoon we were met at the door by a very rude female BWW employee, this woman turned out be the manager. I asked for a table on the patio and she abruptly turned around and walked off without saying anything. So my wife and I walked to the patio and found her outside waiting. She tossed the menus on the table and turned to go inside. I stopped her and asked if she was the manager. She said yes and walked inside. Flabbergasted, my wife and I left the location. Went there last night on the special wings Tuesday. The place was very busy. Got seated and served promptly. Enjoyed their regular wings, French fries, and sodas in an environment loud enough to cause hearing loss. Ordered an appetizer of the mushrooms and they were good so we ordered another and they were doughy inside. Send them back and don't bring us another order thank you. The waitress didn't bring my salad either before or with our wings; no don't bring it now it's too late. She was good with the drink refills and brought us a takeout box for the leftovers (there weren't that many). If you stick with their wings and fries and take those old Army ear plugs you should be OK. read more

If we could give negative stars we would. As a server, I rarely...no...I never complain about service but upon entry we waited easily 10 minutes to be greeted. We we're sat and then asked to move to a different table. Then, at our new table, we waited another ten minutes to be approached by any wait staff. Louder than your average restaurant you will find your ears painfully ringing from dining here. Staff does not want to be there or dealing with you as evident of the service. No one working here looks or is happy and that carries over into your dining experience. The cleanliness is also to be desired. I love this chain, however this is one of the more puzzling locations. Cesspool; the food is bad, the service is worse. We sat in this dump eat, drinking, and playing trivia (the scores are rigged, by the way - don't even bother with it) for 90 minutes. We saw our waitress three times: once when she took our order, again when she brought our food, and finally when we begged her for the check (and that took the entire last half hour of our visit). --- EDIT ---- I'll leave my original review down below this edit, just so others know what I used to think of this location. As of today, however, my mind has drastically changed on this BWW. A majority of the staff at this location has been replaced or just left. What used to be a reliable game-watching hangout for my fiance and I is now a place that we are disgusted with. We came in on 12/31 at about 2:00, following a game that had recently ended. It was not difficult at all to find a table in the bar area, nor was there any waiting on the other side, yet somehow it took over ten minutes for us to be noticed by someone. There was one employee who would trade off between visiting with someone sitting at the bar and walking to tables around us to pick up dirty dishes here and there. The waitress who finally decided to take our order was friendly but it took another 20 minutes before she walked by us, remembered that we had placed an order and brought us what I will recall as the most disgusting-looking Tablegating Sampler that I've ever witnessed by a Buffalo Wild Wings establishment. The nacho cheese for the pretzels had a thick film that did not even break when we poked at it to verify what it was. The spinach dip had some sort of brown film over the top and the mozzarella sticks looked overcooked, with half of their cheese spilling out of the sides, gaping holes at their ends. I hated to complain, but I really was not going to eat that food, nor did I think it was fair that we waited so long for that crap. My fiance complained to the waitress, she flipped out saying it was the worst day of her life and walked away. Shortly thereafter, a manager appeared at our table with a presence that told me he was not going to waste his time with us. He was defensive about the location being busy and in a condescending tone told us he'd just take care of the bill so we could be on our way OR he could remake it for us. Look, I didn't expect the man to grovel, much less apologize profusely. But a little bit of understanding and a relatable attitude would have been appreciated. Instead I felt like he came at us with two forceable options to get us out of his way. Not to mention, he had some wait staff to get back to flirting with -- priorities, right? We will not be returning. ------- My boyfriend and I used to come here on almost a weekly basis because we both worked second shift and would want some wings and a beer after 11PM. BWW is the only place in Topeka that can provide that desire as well as give great service while doing so. Over time we have gotten familiar with the night staff. They are a great crew, quick, precise and we've never had issues with our orders. One of the bar managers, Josh, is quite possibly the best bartender or server that we've ever had. Love this location, but this was the WORST eating experience I've encountered. After having technical issues ordering on the B-Dubs mobile app, I decided to call in my order. My call was at 9:11 PM. The order consisted of 20 boneless wings. Half garlic Parmesan, and the other Medium. The server confirmed my order over the phone, and said that it would be ready in 10 mins. I arrived at 9:23 and asked for my order. The greeter said its almost done. He never asked if I wanted to pay. I sat for another 15 minutes, as multiple servers walked by and asked if I had been helped. The manager noticed I had been waiting for an excessive amount of time and asked if I had been helped. I told him that I was waiting on my order, but hadn't paid for it. When the manager recited my order, I noticed that it was registered wrong (10 total wings: 5 med. and 5 garlic Parm.). I let him know what the correct order should have been, and he updated the order. I went ahead and paid. Finally, 39 minutes after my call to order (9:50), a server came out to tell me that the kitchen had made a mistake and brought out my wings. They were in boxes of 5s. She explained that they had to make the same order twice to make it correct (to get 20 total). When I got home, half of the wings were cold (5 med. and 5 garlic Parm). Manager didn't apologize for the extremely excessive wait time, or offer some sort of compensation. This location has lost my business. Hi this was a terrible experience. I had to use my own $20...She/he could have gave me a deal with the PlayBook Feast and I could have saved mad cash and she forgot my straw. I was not going to give her a tip but Bela made me. So I gave her a dollar with a note written in buffalo sauce that said "U Suck".
