The other day, I stopped here for lunch with a friend. This place is a bar/restaurant on steroids. There big screen TV on every wall and available surface playing sports. This day one of the FIFA games was being show. And the place was packed. I had a chicken Caesar wrap with spicy chicken. One thing is clear, in anticipation of the crowd, most of the items were made ahead of time to allow for quick table service. On one hand, when a soccer match is on and beer is flowing, the food becomes second to the fun of the game. So it was different heating a cold wrap that had been sitting in the refrigerator, Warmed for a few minutes and then served. Fries that were begging to cooked, but the best root beer I had that day. Lesson: don't go to the sports bar/restaurant when are actually hungry because the game is more important to than the food. Also, when near a large mall, you are effectively in fast food grease alley and I had to accept that as I was so hungry that pigeons looked like food. read more

Love to eat wings whenever I get a chance. This location is directly adjacent to the south center mall in Tukwila. Plenty of parking and a huge dining room. They show sports on TVs all throughout the venue so if you want your Fikse of baseball, basketball or football this is a great place. We had about a 10 minute wait for a party of four. After looking at the menu, I saw that they had cheese curds. Being from Wisconsin this was a staple. I'm surprised we didn't eat them for breakfast. These were well fried and portioned and Kame came with a great dipping sauce. We decided on the traditional wings and got a 20 piece order of Asian Zhing flavor. The other two decided to have a more spicy option. Reasonable wait for the food and our server came by to check on us. The wings were incredible. Perfectly done with the right amount of sauce. I like this place actually. I know it is a chain and has bad reviews...but I have always had a good time. But I usually come around lunch because my work is close. The staff is friendly. Service can be a little slow but they communicate well with me and I don't expect the moon. Food is good. At least what I get...bone in wings. I like the Parmesan garlic. Beer and drinks are good too. Fair prices especially lunch specials. Lots of seating, big TVs and sports on. What's not to like? Can sit in the bar area or in proper booths. Only thing is the sports memorabilia should be signed...would be wayyyy cooler. I didn't see any actual buffalos roaming around unfortunately. This is a normal BWW. People seem to complain about the service here, but that wasn't my experience at all. Yes, things felt a bit disorganized at times we had around three different servers checking on us but honestly, it didn't take away from the experience. If anything, it showed how attentive the staff was. Everyone who helped us was friendly, quick, and made sure we were taken care of. The food also delivered. The wings were solid crispy, flavorful, exactly what you'd want and the fries were just as good. Nothing overcomplicated, just done right. I'll be honest, I don't go to Buffalo Wild Wings expecting anything memorable... but Ali behind the bar completely flipped that script. From the second I sat down, Ali was actually paying attention to what was going on instead of just going through the motions. Drinks came out quick, food timing was on point, and somehow he managed to juggle a busy bar without making anyone feel ignored. She even knew the regular customers orders before they sat down! In contrast, I was NOT impressed with manager Trey. It's a sports bar, and while the playoffs were on, they were muted with music blaring instead. Multiple customers requested this to be changed and I even asked to speak with Trey, yet he never made an appearance. Disappointing behavior from a manager. Arrived to pick up my online order around 530pm on a Thursday. Nobody was at the front host desk for over 10 minutes. When someone finally arrived, I asked them where I could pick up my online order and she directed me to the side "pick up" desk. I continued to wait for another 5-10 minutes, watched multiple staff look at me (including to what seemed to be a manager) and nobody came to help. It was very odd. So I went back to the front desk station and just asked if I could grab my food since it was sitting right on the shelf. She ended grabbing my food and signing off for it, but the whole process was very disorganized and chaotic. When I opened my wings and started to eat them I realized it very, very dry and it didn't seem like they had salt and vinegar on it... Came hot and crispy and the chicken was not a frozen patty but freshly made and fried to perfection. Its not commercially made but an actual piece of chicken like chikfil-a. Loved it to the max.
