I'm a BDubs fan, but this location has one major problem. I don't know if they use too much detergent or just don't clean the glasses, but every drink tastes like soap. I normally drink lemon water with my wings and had to switch first to soda, then to lemonade to get the detergent taste out. I stopped eating here because of stomach issuess. It's been a little over a year since I've been here and for some time, this was one of the few, if not only place you could get wings. Because of that, the food wasn't too great, until Wing Stop came to town and the food got a bit better but not by much. Our server was nice and personable, the drinks were nice and fizzy (which is a problem in some places), but our fries were lukewarm and so was my wrap but the wings were hot. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. After 2 1/2 hours we had to beg for everything we got. We repeatedly asked to speak to a manager but the guy who said he was a manager did nothing to help. One of my favorite spots in Tupelo. Great for watching the big game. Love the wings and they have a pretty good beer selection. Service is hit or miss, but that is to be expected here with the young crew. Get here early if there is a major sporting event, this place gets packed. read more

In the past we have loved dining at BWW but in the past few months the service has diminished terribly. Tonight 9/15/19 we watched servers with their phones out texting or looking at social media while the restaurant was neglected and tables were let covered with what the previous customers had left and at the same time the entrance filled with customers. To top it all off what I assume was the manager had his phone out scrolling and laughing with the others. I wouldn't give bad review but this is the third time in just a few months we've gotten the same rotten service. Wake up BWW. Your customers are your business. read more

I travel to Tupelo for business and it is nice to see they finally have a decent place to watch sports. Tupelo lives and breathes sports so the BWW is great for the community. I went there last night and you are welcomed by that warm southern accent. The staff looks to be high school students and are very bubbly. If this BWW was in a bigger town I probably would give it 3 stars but I am rating it based on relativity. The food is typical BWW food. Nothing great but nothing terrible. The crowd was very enthusiastic even though there wasn't a game on. People just seem so happy to have a place with more that 15" tvs at the bar. The restaurant has only been open a few weeks so they still have some bugs to work out but overall I think the people of Tupelo will continue supporting this restaurant. read more

We waited 15 minutes for someone to get our drink orders. Another table came in 10 minutes after us and got drinks two minutes later. They've already left and we don't have our food. The food was great...I had boneless wings 1/2 mango habenaro, 1/2 Thai Curry & he has traditional wings honey BBQ. The staff were all very professional & friendly. Don't waste your time and money on this location. First of all, I went in there at 9:00 pm, got our drinks and appetizer. Sat around until 9:50. During that time we had been offered no refills and hadn't even seen the server in that time. Meanwhile, other customers that came after us had gotten their food, eaten and left. Finally I went to find a manager. The male server I found rolled his eyes and was VERY snotty but went and got a manager. She was not much better, she kept cutting me off, wouldn't let me tell her what happened and finally she just walked away from me! So I went back to the table. About 3 minutes later our food finally arrived, but it was incorrect. The waitress did not apologize for the mistake. A second manager came to the table so I told him about the horrible service and the nasty, snotty attitude of the employees. He never did offer any kind of apology either. We also we expected to pay full price for our food. Absolutely the most horrible service I have ever received in my life. If it was possible to give negative number of stars I would. They do not care about their customers at all or about their reputation here. Seriously, don't waste your time. This place should be shut down or at least get a new staff and management team. My wife, daughter and I ate here Saturday afternoon. My wife and I had the traditional wings and my daughter had a burger. It was very noisy inside but the staff was friendly. The wings were good. They were not undercooked as I have had at other places. My wife had onion rings and they were crisp and very good. I had the mac-n-cheese and it was really good. All of food is delicious, especially the Buffalo Wild Wings. TV's are everywhere, so you don't have to wonder about your favorite sports team's score for one second. This is my favorite place to eat in tupelo! I have lost count with how many times I have visited and every single time has been excellent! Of course it's large and sports are on all the flat screens no matter where you sit you can watch.. but besides the comfort and good vibes the place gives, the service and food are just as good, or even better. I always get the boneless lemon pepper wings and they are always delicious. I've recently been ordering the frozen daiquiris to enjoy with them, and they've been consistent with those as well. Waitresses have always been with my table very promptly and has always got our order correct and honestly I have no complaint whatsoever for this place. This place is HORRIBLE! It's very spacious, but too many employees take up the space. There were about 6 employees just standing by the kitchen doing nothing the whole time. Some were just in the way, and were quite irritable. All of the employees were trashy and unpresentable. My waitress was invisible most of the time. Also, other customers' food was brought to my table twice. The food was mediocre. Frozen French fries, Pace salsa, Tyson frozen chicken breast, Heinz Tartar Sauce, Tostitos tortilla chips. The fish tacos (made with Tyson chicken) and served with Tostitos was horrible. There were 2 fish tacos, and I hate less than half of one. I could have made a better fish taco at home. The rest of the family seemed to think the same. No member of my family finished their dish. We brought the leftovers home for the dogs - they eat anything. $60 for crap! The service is the worst I've seen in a Long time...$ 18.00 for boneless wings is rediculous, no chicken in them....they were cooked so long they were hard as rocks!!! After waiting an hour and a half for our food we complained to the manager,( waste of time) we were not offered a remake and he made no apology!!! Will never eat here again!!!! This restaurant in tupelo has terrible customer service. Been here a couple times and the first time I asked the bar tender to put on the Cubs game 45 minutes before it started. Then reminded him 30 minutes before and 15 minutes before. Finally it started and it was still not on so I had to leave. Then the next time I was here I came to watch northwestern vs Ohio state. I watched the first quarter and northwestern was about to score when all of a sudden they changed the channel and I couldn't get them to put it back on right way. They say that they have to play sec games even though the place was fairly empty. By the time they put it on a small tv they had already scored. I guess rather than taking care of their customers they set policies as to what games have to be playing regardless of who is in the restaurant. If you want to watch football I would highly recommend staying home or finding another place to watch the game you want. read more
