I love all the TV's set to sports. I also love the buffalo sauce. Although, because they're"hand spun" , you can end up with unsauced wings. I wish that they gave you more of their delicious sauce. When ordering wings, keep in mind that a snack size will be enough if you get a side. I got onion rings on the side, and they were fantastic. My wife got fries. Humdrum, super boring ordinary. We had excellent service. I don't want to take away from the service staff, because they were great--our server in particular. We ordered drinks and loved the flavored limeades and lemonades with free refills. We enjoyed playing games on the game board and TV. The atmosphere was pleasant. So far so good. Until the food arrived..... Really mediocre. It tasted like it was straight out of a freezer bag. Honestly. It tasted exactly like Tyson's frozen nuggets with a bottle of sauce poured on. My daughter and I had boneless wings (aka frozen chicken nuggets), my husband had a burger that he wasn't wild about (he looked longingly across the street to Five Guys), my other daughter (a vegetarian, so she didn't have many options) had pretzels and cheese sauce. That cheese sauce was DISGUSTING icky vending machine grossness. We also had fried pickles. They were rather greasy. We didn't send the food back, because I think that the overall the food quality is just over-processed crap. And sending it back would've solved nothing. Later, we all had gastrointestinal issues. The place was busy as any place on a Friday night is in Watertown, filled with college students and the 10th Mtn Division. We were in search of cheap, quick food to take back to the camper for our last night at camp. The take out service was speedy despite the crowd and the order was free of errors. Usually I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Came to Watertown to get it since the Cicero location closed. Ordered the food online, said it was going to be done in 20 min (6:40) waited till then to go inside. Once I got inside they said it wasn't done yet. Finally got my food at 7:10, so took an hour since I placed the order. Had my dogs with me so I couldn't go inside to eat that's why I ordered it to go. So I ate in the car after receiving the late food, picked up my fried pickle cold and they forgot the ranch sauce. Check the receipt it's on there. Okay fine next, bit into the boneless wing and that was freezing cold. Boyfriends burger was also cold. So what was the extra 30 min wait for? read more

What do you get when you have a bunch of twenty year old running a restaurant? I have to tell you, if I wanted to be ignored and not listened to, I could have stayed home to do it and not have to pay for this privilege. Let me explain: You get seated, and you get your drink order, but at the same time, your waitress asks you whether she can get you a plate of nachos and salsa. At no time was it made clear whether we would have to pay for them or whether they were complimentary, but based on the other tables near us, no one bothered to take them up on it. Then, you get assaulted by a restaurant Captain, which I am assuming is a manager that allows you to try the sauces and the specials. This is your only chance to do so, and she makes it clear that it is a one time thing and that it is complimentary. It all sounds very simple, 2 adults, 2 children. Children will be having mini corn dogs from the kids menu, which features 4 small corn dogs. That's a dollar a dog, and each dog was the size of your knuckle to the tip of your thumb. Could your cabbage patch doll get full on that? So, beware, you'll spend double trying to feed your children there if they don't get adult meals. My wife got the nachos, it was an ample portion of nachos; however, it was cold. She said that the vegetables that they put in the nachos made it cold. Plus, the cheese looked like spray cheese and not real cheese, so, what are you really paying for? I was quite surprised because what restaurant uses spray cheese rather than real cheese on nachos. This is just sad. In addition to this, she asked for sour cream, which didn't come. We had to ask for it again, after the meal was delivered. As for myself, I ordered a plate of mild wings with celery and blue cheese dip with a side of fries. After which, I realized that I wanted to change the dip from blue cheese to ranch. Did she hear me? I don't know because she brought out both blue cheese and ranch. In addition to this, my mild wings turned out to be buffalo wings, clearly not what I ordered and my fries were ice cold. I was sorely disappointed. However, because I was hungry, I ignored the fact that it was Buffalo wings and not mild wings but the fact that my fries were cold was unforgivable. I had to send it back. When I got the replacement fries, they were perfect. Fresh and hot. Why couldn't this have happened in the first place. Here's where the fun begins, let's think food cost. So, the manager must have noticed that I got a second order of fries and asked the waitress why. She explained it to him but not before there was a lot of finger pointing in our direction. We had to ask for drink refills, and when I asked for both my children's drink refills to be refilled. Only one got refilled, I had to reiterate my ask, so that the other drink could get refilled. Another Captain then came back to check on everything and didn't really want us to say anything and narrowed it down to a yes/no question. It is interesting that when I answered it, he pretty much ran for it, before I could tell him anything else. It's interesting because this is the MOST expensive lunch that I have ever had in my travels and although, I don't mind paying for it and appreciate new culinary adventures, this is not it. This restaurant really needs to up their game in terms of service and food. Perhaps, a visit by Gordon Ramsay can fix things but then again, I would suspect that he might actually blow a gasket and have a heart attack. I did appreciate that every both had what I thought was an ethernet jack and two power plugs, should I have brought in my laptop. However, no wifi info was given or posted anywhere. When it finally came time to pay for my bill, I was told that the fries were taken off my order but when I checked, it wasn't. I just payed the bill because, quite honestly, I don't need to go out to have a twenty year old ignore me, I could stay home. Keep in mind, that the waitress that took my order, was different than the waitress that delivered my order. That was different than the one that refilled the adult drinks. Than was different than the one that refilled my kids drinks. That was different from the one that brings me my replacement fries. That was differed from the Captain at the beginning. That was different from the Captain that came back to check on me. So, my question is, who am I tipping? read more

Although this place started off kind of rocky, it ended up as being good. The server we had at the bar one of the times my co-workers and I went was a bit "forgetful". Three times in a row, one of my co-workers had to go up to the bar and get his drink. The manager was alerted about this and was more than happy to give everyone in the party $5 off their tab for the night and the one co-worker got a $10 voucher to use. So, I think the situation although crappy was handled very well. So, props for that! The other times that we've gone there have been quite pleasant. Not a bad place to come for wings. But, it won't convert me from being a HUGE Hooters fan. The parking lot is deceptive and will appear that the restaurant is totally full. But as you hit the door you will quickly realize that the cavernous room is mostly empty. The wait staff is nice but not expeditious (especially when the room is empty and there are more waitresses than customers). The wings are good as noted, but the salads on the two visits that we had were not good at all. It can be loud with the TVs and few customers. If you get cold easily, bring a sweatshirt or sweater like my daughter and wife do. read more

I give it two stars only because the beverages and food are so good when you're craving that kind of thing. Other than that, this place is lousy. They have a ton of servers standing around, but if you're sitting at the bar, the bartender disappears as soon as she plops the food down. I sat with my food getting cold to ask for a plate before I got up and went to one of the four servers congregating at the front door. When I wanted parmesan cheese for my appetizer, I had to walk back to them and they made it sound like a huge chore because it's shaved not grinded. I said, "Okay, never mind." Great restaurant to take friends and family on relaxing meal. Lots of television on with different sports channels playing if you're into that kind of environment. They do serve alcohol and 60 cent wings during the happy hours, which is a great opportunity to eat a lot paying a small price. If you're not a wings person, they have other great appetizers such as nachos or quesadillas. For entrees they serve burgers or salads as well. A thing about BWW is their HUGE selection of sauces, starting from mild to mouth burning hot. I've always been going with the mango habanero which is pretty hot with that sweet tangy kick. The BWW at Watertown has a lot of parking space, a lot of shops located around the area such as movie theater and a mall, so you can hit that up after or before a meal. The staff here are very friendly and definitely assist you in enjoying your visit. I went there last night with few buddies and we had a great meal and time. I've been here at least twice this far and service is usually not bad. I have not had to wait for a table in the couple of visits I have made. The wait staff is pretty good about checking up on the table. I like the low light atmosphere and various TVs throughout the restaurant.
