Not always the best with service but the food is consistently good. I love their salads!

Typical BWs food is good for the price. There hottest sauce isint that hot. But for a non spicy guy like me it's a good thing.

Had dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings. We love the the and energy! It was very busy but we were seated quickly. Our server was attentive and friendly. Our wings were a bit limp - make sure to specify crispy if u like them that way. Came with fresh carrot and celery sticks, plenty of blue cheese too! I had a strawberry coronarita- a nice drink but tasted like cotton candy and corona. Too sweet for me- I'd have it again without the Cointreau. If u like sweet drinks this would be for you - fresh lime and strawberry purée were tasty. I also had a house salad- fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons, red onion and yummy dressing. The wings were soggy after I told them extra crispy they forgot the extra celery that they charged me for. The cashier was rude and when she rang me up for the take out order I sat down and than she forgot who I was and tried to recharge me my order was 20 mins late and the Mozzerlla sticks were cold and hard before I got to the car wasn't impressed with this trip but I have had good experience there . With long being a wing fanatic, I decided to give BWW a shot in Watertown, NY while staying at the motel next door. Ordered the American cheese burger and the 11 piece order of wings. I received 11 pieces alright but the mix of the order was one drumstick and 10 wingettes. Don't know what was up with that!! The wings were OK but tasted kind of like they had been sitting around for a while. They were not crispy but just kind of hard to chew. The cheeseburger was very good as was the server. She continually stopped by to make certain everything was OK or checked to see if we needed anything else. So, I may or may stop there again. read more

I've been coming here for 3 years and nothing has improved other than the atmosphere. Service has gone down hill along with the quality of most of the employees. Any grooming standards for hair is usually nonexistent. The quality of the food has gone down hill. For a wing place they seem to lack knowledge on how to sauce wings. There's never a consistent amount of sauce either they are drenched or they are dry. read more

No matter what Army Post I move to..thank god there is ALWAYS a bdubs! They have a full bar, tons of flat screens around that not only play the sports games, but they also have games at the table that are trivia and poker. My husband and I and family can go there and sit for at least 2 hours eating playing games and having fun. The wings are AWESOME. Even the spicier you get, there is still flavor. Their desserts aren't anything special, but their apps and their entree's are great. Love the food and the atmosphere. We go a few times a month! read more

Usually good but when your food comes out wrong it takes them over 15 minutes to fix it and takes multiple try's for them to get it out the right way if they get your order wrong but the food tastes good when it comes out correctly. read more

Normally, I like BWWs as a restaurant, but this experience sucked. I went here with my unit from Fort Drum because my platoon sergeant was PCSing and we wanted to say goodbye to him. All I wanted was a chicken Caesar salad, but they couldn't do romaine lettuce because of the E. coli breakout that's been on the news (no big deal), so I substituted the salad for spring mixed with avocado. The waitress got my wrong twice saying that I ordered a quesadilla. On the second attempt with the wrong order the waitress that we had (by the name of Tara) brought the quesadilla. At this point, my platoon sergeant went to bat for me and said, "Ma'am, he's asked for a chicken salad twice already." Once my salad came out, their was barely any dressing on the salad and a second waitress hovered over my shoulder asking "Did we put avocados in your salad?" This is rather annoying because the job of the waiter/waitress is to ensure that an order is made correctly before serving it. At the end of the meal, I left a tip on 1 penny and wrote "you had my order wrong twice... a penny for your thoughts." When we paid and exited the restaurant, we were having a conversation with my platoon sergeant and commanding officer. Tara came out with a to go bag of food that one of the Soldiers accidentally forgot and she had the nerve to look at me and say "Thank you for the penny, you fucking asshole!" I went back inside and informed the manager about the experience. Needless to say, I highly discourage anyone going to this restaurant. If you go to this restaurant and Tara is your waitress, I strongly advise that you ask for a different waiter/waitress to serve you. read more

Just no to this place, though I've tried and wanted to like it so many times. Everything is so salty I can't stop drinking water for days. Nothing has actual flavor, it's all fried and salted and then doused in mediocre sauce. Service is slow during lunch hour even when it's not busy. Horrible service!! Don't know how the food is because we didn't get that far. My sister and I went in for lunch at around 2:30. They were visibly busy and said it would be about 30 minutes to get a seat. We then asked if they had any seats at the bar and were told no. We asked if they had seating outside and the hostess reluctantly brought us out to the patio which had plenty of seating. We waited there for at least 15 minutes (probably closer to 20), several people were out and back in, including another pair being seated and a server shortly after to get their drink order. We brought our menus back in to a hostess stand surrounded with employees chatting and stated we would take our business elsewhere. Their response: an insincere "sorry" and taking our menus back. Arriving in Watertown at 9PM after a 14 hour drive in a uhaul (yes, PCSing ), we were absolutely starving. Now, I haven't had the best experiences at BBW back home in Oregon - soggy burgers and brown lettuce, etc., so when my honey suggested BBW I agreed but dragged my feet the whole way. I have never had faster service or a more delicious BBW experience. Our waitress was awesome, super friendly and seriously quick. My burger wasn't soggy at all and I sucked it down after eating nothing but gas station snacks for days. I don't know if it was because it was late night on a Sunday, or if we just got lucky, but we sure enjoyed that meal! read more

Just stay away....me and my husband got food poisoning from here. Ended up in the hospital with 2 bags of IVs shoved in us for sever dehydration after all the vomiting we did. Second visit here and things have gone downhill fast. In fact, I ordered the very same items - chicken wings, pepper jack steak wrap and cole slaw. In less than a month the food changed so dramatically I wondered if I was eating at the same restaurant. When chicken wings goes "crunch" you know you're in trouble. I'm not talking crispy crunch but rather chewy (undercooked) crunch. Sent them back and declined a new batch. Yuk. Then there was pepper jack steak wrap - a month ago it had real steak inside, my recent serving was roast beef in a wrap. Basically warmed up deli meat. Edible but not what was advertised in the menu. Cole slaw was flavorless. The manager came out and said sorry but the wings WERE cooked. How the hell did he know - did he try them? I'm on the road 45+ nights/week and trust me I know when chicken is undercooked. Service was good as always but I doubt I'll ever visit this BWW location again. read more

I don't eat wings because I'm a pescatarian, but my boyfriend and I went here for a quick bite today (because we had a gift card) and the service was great! Our waiter, Tyler, was very attentive and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our food also came out impressively quickly. My boyfriend ended up not liking the Thai Ginger sauce, but he was just trying it out. read more

I have very minimal complaints. This was my first time at this location and 2nd time eating at this chain. I just hate it took me so long to give them another try. I had the buffalo chicken and my hubby and son had the boneless wings. All the food was delicious and fresh! I also had the swirl margarita one of the best frozen drinks I've ever had. They also had a hostess, "the captain," that went from table to table offering beer samples and to change the TVs to sporting events, which was awesome customer service! BTW great place to have a drink and watch sporting events and/or eat with the fam. I only gave 4 stars because our server seemed over whelmed/overbooked she sparingly brought drinks (I.e. She brought the waters and 15 min later my son's drink). I had to hurry and catch her attention to ask for things several times instead of her stopping by the table to check. Had a really bad experience. The staff is not trained . They didn't know when the happy hour for appetizers is and they also didn't inform me about the happy hour appetizer being half off only for dine in customers. It might be a company wife policy but when you call a waitress and tell her that you want apps for half off 3 times and she says "it will be half off" . Management is pretty bad too. It's a typical chain. Nothing special, but when you specialize in wings, it would be best to make them correctly. Sent our food back 3 times before finally giving up and dealing with the fact they weren't going to get it right no matter how many times we sent it back to the kitchen. The manager wasn't very helpful either and the waiter seemed like he would rather be hitting on the girls at the tables around us instead of dealing with a family that had 3 kids with them. I've been here a few times already. Each time the food is good, the service decent, and the crowd is great. But every single time, I get a little bit of tummy trouble afterwards. Not quite sure what it was since I've been there on the weekend (much busier) and during the week (early in the week as well as later in the week) and I vary a bit in my choices. Well, since they're known for their wings, I always do wings, but I vary up with sides and drinks, so I guess it's safe to say the wings caused my tummy trouble. The beer selection is decent though. Although a friend ordered the Killians Irish Red once and it smelt and tasted funny - almost like dishwashing liquid funny. But the waitress was very nice and did admit that they usually only keep a half barrel around because it's not the most popular beer so sometimes the taste can change - so she took it off our tab. Love the fish tacos, the server was nice but often left us with empty cups for a while. The wings are good and the atmosphere was cool.

My wife and I ate there earlier today and both agreed that it was a waste of $40. They brought us chips and salsa that were literally Tostitos chips and supermarket salsa. We ordered 24 wings and tried 4 sauces, none of which were really worth writing home about, not bad, but dry and overcooked. The booths are not comfortable, the check was dropped off in an "OK, your done" kind of way, and the staff ask every 5 minutes or so if everything is OK. The last 2 things are pretty typical for America. Hurry up and eat then pay and free up the table. The bothering me every 5 minutes thing annoys the heck out of me. It's always right as I'm stuffing my face with food, too. All in all I think the American bar themed restaurants is overplayed and extremely annoying. There is a way way better place for wings in Carthage at the Italian restaurant on the main street there. They have way better deserts and a more normal atmosphere. read more

Stopped with my hubby and daughter for some wings. My husband has been to the BWW chain several times at various locations while traveling for work, but this was the first time eating at a BWW for my daughter and I. We were seated immediately, even though it was a Sunday eve with a lot of sporting events going on, so the place was pretty busy. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. We ordered tex mex chips to share as an appetizer - very good!! and served up very quickly. We ordered 3 different kinds of wings and shared- they were all served piping hot and were really good!! I will definitely be back when I visit Watertown, and am now a BWW fan!! read more

come here every few weeks---tonight we were a party of 2, sat for 15 minutes before being noticed by a manager who took our drink order visibly upset that we had not been greeted by a server. server brittany came by shortly after, took our drinks, had a hard time hearing both of us, we had to repeat our orders 3 times each for her to hear. she disappeared, husband drank his soda, it was empty x 5 minutes, she came by, dropped down plates and left, not taking a new soda refill. took another 5 minutes for that. food was good as usual, crappy experience as he is deploying and this was last "date night" at a frequented spot, and lousy service noted at several other tables also. read more

This is my safe place, my haven. I go to a Bdubs everywhere I go simply because of how much I love their sauces and food. This Bdubs is always clean, courteous and if they mess up your order they will rectify it immediately. A big fan overall. Give it a go. read more

It's great, I don't think I've ever waited for a table here. I always have a drink on my table (even non-alcoholic). Some of the staff can be very slow, but that's kind of what you get at any chain restaurant. I recommend the fried pickles and wings of course! Even during the World Cup we got a seat in less than 10 minutes. read more

I was in between giving this place a 2 or 3 stars. I'll give it 3 since it was not all that bad besides the food. Wait was resonable. Waitresses were nice. But the food was very over-rated. The presentation of the food was awful and overpriced. Got wings that came in a little paper container, bad. Got a cesar salad, that looked like crap with fake meat.
