Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo

We hadn't been to Red Lobster in several years. Decided since the new CEO is making moves, let's give it a try. I must say, it was a good meal. Hubby wanted the Walt's Shrimp. He said they were good but way smaller than he remembered. I had the chicken Alfredo. It was good and flavorful. I'm about to warm up the leftovers now. And the flight...lol. Took me for a ride. Service was prompt, dining room was clean and our server was on it! Give em a try. Oh LAWD. Almost forgot about the cheddar biscuits. They still, steal the show! Fluffy and delectable

Loved my experience here for my birthday. This review is simply when I went on my birthday, which has been awhile but my experience was memorable. I wasn't in the best mood since I went to eat at another restaurant and they were closed for cleaning. Red Lobster wasn't my choice to go on my birthday, but hesitantly I did since it was nearby, was hungry, and craving seafood. For starters, our server was amazing! One of the best servers I've had hands down. She sang to me Happy Birthday, twice, and tried to write it on my Dessert Plate. I haven't seen her there since, so I'm not sure if she's working there anymore but I would love to be served by her again. Food was great & plenty. Snow crabs & shrimp were freshly hot. Portions were perfect, enough for me to take some home and later enjoy. Red Lobster definitely made my Birthday

We were craving some seafood so we stopped in for an early dinner last Tuesday. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was nice and quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ate at the bar, which we had to ourselves-- service was decent, and our food came out fast. The meal was pretty average--not as good as I remembered from past visits. I did get a small Caesar salad (not pictured) that was delicious with lots of toppings. However, I do not recommend the Cajun butter for your crab legs; it was very, very separated. The Titos strawberry lemonade was refreshing and sweet, and only $5 during happy hour! It definitely scratched my seafood itch, and I'm sure we will be back.

Pick 2 of shrimp meal. Grilled shrimp on bed of rice and shrimp scampi. It was delicious!!

I decided to have food delivered from, Red Lobster. I only live a few miles away, but the total time from when I ordered, to receiving it was approximately 50 min. Surprisingly, while the food wasn't very hot, it was warmer than, lukewarm. As I always say when it comes to ambience, it doesn't matter whether you eat at the restaurant or at home, the food, which was packaged securely for a mess free delivery, was absolutely delicious! I will definitely order my food and have it delivered more often :)

Grace was our server. Very friendly, helpful and speedy. Decided to try new choices and get my monies worth and I'm so glad I did. Southwest shrimp bowl was a sweet medium of hot and cold delight. Spring salad , pico , and sour cream was very citrus but the shrimp and orzo rice was a warm sensation. The mix was VERY good . The lobster bisque reminded me of a cheddar soup (really good) the chocolate wave cake and ice cream felt like calgon take me away. The passion fruit drink was strong and colors were bright, quantity was all I could ask for . Monies well spent . Kiss to the chef !

A last minute family get together ended here and was the best decision. My pals and I had a big table and we had the best server experience I have ever had (I believe he would refer to him as "D-man" or something like that). The service was quick with amazing food. My mashed potatoes were better than ever and the shrimp scampi was to die for. On top of that, our server always refilled when needed and even was cracking jokes with us! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was very clean and the bathrooms were very up kept, which is hard to find these days![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will most definitely be back soon!

I want to start off by saying we came on a Friday evening and they were packed, but it does not change my opinion even though they were shortstaffed I still highly recommend coming. If you're wanting to avoid a long wait and delete service, I would highly recommend coming at night on a Friday or Saturday and try to come before the dining rush in the evening . What to order: Ironically, I am allergic to shellfish, but I love coming here for the salmon. I just make it very clear of my allergies. I highly recommend the salmon it is absolutely mouthwatering and delicious. The biscuits are my go to and probably the main reason I come here I just can't get enough in a matter what anyone says the store-bought kind are not the same as coming to the restaurant . My husband likes shellfish and so this gives us a great date night and this evening he ordered the lobster do it and said it was absolute crap. Also highly recommend trying it. The food was delivered by the host and everything came out exactly how we had ordered it and it was delicious! Perfect temperature, excluding the salad bowl that came out piping hot but the salad itself was cold, and the presentation was on par. The bartender was quadruple sat in a row and was doing the best that she could. She was severely understaffed, and the only one working the entire bar area plus serving drinks or making drinks for the entire restaurant. She did an incredible job.

We have not been here in many years...but were pleasantly surprised with our experience. We made a reservation via Google and were seated within 5 minutes of our reserved time. Our server was wonderful. Our drinks, salads and app were perfect, fresh and prompt. The biscuits were better than I remember and obviously right out of the oven. Our potato was delicious, as were all of the endless shrimp we ordered. The place was clean and organized. Our bill was not unbearable and we felt there was good value. We will be back.

We were seated right away and the service was top notch. Waitress was always attentive. As for the food, well...... we over-ordered for sure because too many things looked good. I went to the restroom and i casually glanced at others patrons' plates. Some were just downright disgusting... Big ole crab legs hanging off the plate! Shrimp stacked so high it would almost fall off the plate. Huge plates! Pitiful i tell ya! I ordered the crawfish/shrimp ettouffee and it was different than any other i've ever had. My wife reminded me the menu says this was cajun food done St Louis style. My meal was great. Excellent flavor. The wife had some Cod and fried shrimp; again... on an over-filled plate. She had to give me a few pieces of it to help her out. My mother-in-law ordered Coconut shrimp, gave each of us a piece to taste and still had 6 BIG coconut shrimp left that she couldn't eat. If you're math-ing this, the plate had Twelve huge coconut shrimp with fries and some grilled corn. Add to all this a side of hush puppies cause my wife loves them and some cajun batter fried pickles for an appetizer, we had a ton of food. We have found a new place to go to. If you haven't tried this place, you should. I will definitely be back.

We were greeted and seated right away, which was a nice start to the evening. This was our first visit to this particular location, although we've dined a few times over the years at their Creve Coeur restaurant. Our server was also tending bar that evening. He was polite and attentive, although a bit soft-spoken, which made him a little difficult to hear at times in the busy restaurant. We started with drinks--my wife ordered her usual glass of Chardonnay, and I went with a Corona. For dinner, my wife chose the blackened red snapper tacos with green beans and beans and rice, while I ordered the seaside combo with cod and shrimp, served with green beans and potato wedges. Our food arrived in about 25 minutes, and everything tasted very good. My wife especially kept talking about how flavorful the red snapper tacos were. The seafood tasted fresh, and the sides complemented the meals nicely. Overall, both the service and food made for a very enjoyable evening. The only downside was the price, as the dishes are definitely on the higher side. Still, with seafood being shipped in from the coast/gulf, that's somewhat understandable. All in all, it was a good dining experience, and we'd consider coming back again for another date night.

Super friendly and very knowledgeable! True to Napoli's style, Service was top notch! Pretzel Bread service to kick things off, served with Spicy Mustard and Spicy Queso, both delicious. I'd have to say the queso was my favorite, but... we'll yeah it's cheese! Hayden let me taste the Sauvignon Blanc on happy hour and while it wasn't unenjoyble, I went with the non-happy hour Reisling for the win, which was delicious! Coastal Hour Crispy Rock Shrimp as an appetizer, which is about 1/2 the dinner size and perfect as a starter or even as a meal with a soup or salad. Really nice breading on the shrimp, not too thick. Good flavor on the sauce, not spicy. For the entree, Louisiana style Halibut with Crawfish and Cajun Sauce, Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. The plate comes out piping hot, please don't touch. I even had to cool off each bite of food. Well balanced flavors, cooked perfectly. No room for dessert, so I settled on the Smores Martini which was an amazing dessert choice. You get all the flavors of a Smores treat in a libation. Truly enjoyed this Thursday eve!

I ordered takeout from their lot and arrived for pickup within 1 minute of their notifying me it was ready. The wait staff was quite pleasant and highly professional. I didn't want the food to cool, so I ate it right away while sitting in my car on their lot, facing the trees visible from the lot's northeast corner. The shadowy sunset-lit view was pleasant to behold. I had passed on having a drink and ordered their incredible Carrot Cake for dessert. It was a pleasantly dense chunk of cake, chocked with nuts, icing, and served with a small serving of custard sauce. Yummy, to say the least, so nothing to complain about there. Their Maine Lobster Bisque was a scrumptious starter that offered just enough pieces of sweet lobster. Their generous serving of biscuits was also tasty, but a bit too crunchy for me (most people probably love them). I thoroughly enjoyed their Whipped Potatoes and dove into the last dish with excitement. It was one that I often enjoy whenever I have ordered them at different places in town and around the country - their crab cakes. I had some crab cakes just a few months earlier at another establishment, where they were just mediocre. On every count except one, Bristol's had them beat. Given their cost, Bristol's Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes initially looked skimpy, but I got my money's worth of seafood because they were full of meat and were delicately seasoned. I dipped them in the remoulade, and they were quite good; yet, I suspect that the meat in one or both of the crab cakes was a bit undercooked. I felt a cautionary averse sensation when I took my first and second bites, but I explained it away. I couldn't accept my body telling me not to eat those great-smelling, great-looking crab cakes. I ate them while telling myself, 'No way would this reputable seafood eatery sell bad clams.' I finished the meal and felt fine through the night. I never had the full constellation of symptoms that usually go with food poisoning. Still, the next morning, I woke to a severe case of facial hives that spread to the lymph nodes in my neck with an additional lump on the outside of my right shoulder and on my left rear trapezius. My face felt like an over-inflated balloon. My vision was compromised by the squint deeply carved around my eyes by the tight, hard lumps that expanded my face and disfigured me. I had no fever, but I didn't feel like writing a review or taking pictures of myself until midnight. It was that second night when my symptoms improved, but they were still quite pronounced. I was grateful I had been protected by angels when I didn't have to go to the hospital with worse symptoms. Also, the medical staff would mistakenly have classified this incident as an allergic reaction, but I know I will eat crab cakes for the rest of my life. It wasn't the crab cake concept; it was those crab cakes. But what could have been the cause? One can have nasty symptoms in the first 30-60 minutes or within 1-48 hours with different kinds of shellfish poisoning, but that was not my experience. Google best explained the onset of my symptoms within 12-24 hours: "Typical for common bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus or Vibrio found in raw/undercooked crab." So, if you order this dish, I'm sure your meal will go well for most, but if your body gives you that slight, nauseating signal to return that dish to the cook, I hope you listen better than I did. Finally, I do not care to put my face on the internet to prove a point, but if the proprietors would like to see my 24-hour facial pictures, I will gladly share them to validate my "woe-is-me" tale.
