Our server was great and we didn't have a long wait despite them being very busy. The table next to us had a little girl celebrating her birthday. They pulled out a saddle horse and had her sit on it while everyone sang. It was super cute. The bussers seemed short handed or maybe not thorough as the table next to us was ripped but left wet and didn't get Silverware. The little old man that was seated had to do everything. Food was awesome.

Outside Was Loud... I didn't like it much. Inside. It is nicer, but if you're a family, I would prefer a group; they have kid-friendly appliances. Booster seats etc. The second We sat down, and the waiter asked us what we would be drinking. The employees are respectful, The 11 Ounce sirloin is something that I LOVE. Food Was Great!

I was here around 7 pm and people were crowded. They knew how to handle it and I was able to grab a seat within 10 minutes. Everyone here knows what they suppose to do and system is really amazing here. I got 8 oz KS cut (medium). It was perfectly grilled and served promptly. The steak was tender and juicy! Although servers were all busy, my server checked often enough to see if I was doing okay.

The food and service here are very good. The country music is truly at ear-splitting levels. Last time I came here, I brought OSHA-rated ear protectors. A decibel measuring app on my phone registered 80 db. In my corner booth, and I was not under a speaker. 85 decibels is when OSHA requires employees to wear earplugs. I would say the employees would have a pretty good case for damages...ear damage.

The beer cheese was tasty, and the pretzels were soft & salted. I had a bit of guidance with the menu from my waitress who was very attentive. I ordered the flagship tattooed dog, and upgraded my fries to have the carnivore toppings. It came out and WOW. I didn't know how to eat it. I ultimately ate all of the fries to clear up some room to handle the hot dog. Ended up using a knife and fork because i was making a mess. But both the fries and the dog tasted great. My waitress got me a box before i had to ask, and brought me the check. It was a quick, tasty, pleasant experience.

On our most recent experience, things appear to have slipped off. The service was still good, and…read morethe relaxed atmosphere works, even though the booth I sat in was getting a little worse for wear with a hole in the back, and a lack of support. An odd sign in the entry notes that are no longer accepting their previously issued gift certificates (wait, so you took money for these and are no longer honoring them?), but it didn't impact me. The food was where things went south. It took 30 minutes in a half full restaurant. I ordered the namesake Tattooed Dog, as I've had it before. It arrived with onion rings... 4 of them, from medium down to small. The dog was mostly warm (not hot), but withered like it had been cooking for a while. The meat was placed atop chili that was cold... cold enough to rob the warmth from some spots of the dog. The bun was a soggy mess, and none of the cheese was melted, so it couldn't have been under the heat lamp. It looked fanciful when served, but it was very underwhelming eating compared to past experiences. My wife had the chicken wrap, served with French fries. In a day and age when competitors give out fries like they need to clear an overstocked situation, it was a small handful that would normally be found in a Happy Meal from the famous clown. The wrap itself was shy on the chicken, and heavy on the dressing inside. What used to be a nice place, appears to be sliding downhill, as if the kitchen has given up. If they've checked out, so have we.

The fries weren't cooked enough.... and when we requested no aioli, it came on it anyhow. We got the waffle fries and queso to share... and this was fire. I love the combo of fries and cheese, but the queso from 54th, was delicious. The prime rib dip sandwich i had was also very tasty. It was on some ciabatta style bread. You could tell it was actually a prime rib that was shaved and not just claiming to be something its not. My sandwich was delicious. Will check back if we are in the area again.

For a cocktail, I ordered Annie's Electric Butterfly. It was quite tart and strong. For the table, we had complimentary bread. It was warm and fluffy; the butter was good too. We also ordered the Shrimp Ceviche. This was such a great summer appetizer! The flavor profile was nicely balanced with jalapeños, onion, tomato, and cilantro. For entrees, I ordered the Blackened Chicken Pasta. It was a bit oily, but delicious! It definitely was a hearty meal. I also ordered a side salad with ranch. The salads here are so fresh, and the ranch is tasty. Already looking forward to my next visit.

We started off with a baked Brie that arrived sizzling and bubbling parred with a lovely pineapple chutney that gave both a unique flavor and refreshing presentation to an already unusual dish for a restaurant to serve. The accoutrement for this was a fresh baked bread that blended all three distinct textures of the dish into a decadent on slot that demands of you to savor each flavor as separate and as whole. This is something that will be a must to try again on our next visit. For our entree's both my fiancé and I were greeted by a mound of indulgence. To start my better half received a top notch French Dip of which I claimed half. This may haps have been one of the most memorable French Dips I have ever had. Generally I described these sandwiches as heavy to the point where I do not feel like I am relaxing while eating a meal but that I am trudging through a battle of bland grease needing to be waterboarded in an overly salty brine. This was not the case in the slightest. The aforementioned grease was no where in sight, bread soft like a pillow yet never came sogged by the arrival of juice, the au jus was a compliment that sung praises, the meat rich with flavor gave all I could ask for, finally the unique profile of the bed of house-made tobacco onions gave the perfect ending notes to this masterpiece. This all came with a monumental serving of fries, all battered to perfection and crisped to a light crunch. My own entree was a heavenly wedge salad that had transcendent blue cheese dressing. I adore when creamy blue cheese is joined with crumbles and this was just that. This dressing had me closing my eyes to be truly enveloped by the flavor. For anyone whom loves blue cheese out there, if you try this I assure you will not regret it. If you don't feel like a salad on your visit, my fiancé and I both indulged in the act of dipping our fries into the dressing. Truly magical. The last thing I will make note of is that I had been having a rough go the past week with work issues and WiFi outages. I needed a nice meal to help unwind and truly just relax. At first I felt concerned this wouldn't be the best spot for that goal. I'm grateful to have stayed for as time passed on, my anxiety of the week was being washed away and replaced with bliss. If you are hungry, stressed, or just needing a pick-me-up, there is no substitute for quality at BC Kitchen
