Ordered two all you can eat wing orders. Initial orders took some time; about thirty minutes. First and only refill we received came in 40 minutes after order was placed. Many tables were served while we were waiting for our " buffet" refill. In total waited over an hour for cold salty wings. It would be one thing if they were fresh and hot but they were cold and salty. Had to get up for my sons refill after he asked me 3 times when they would get him his refill. Terrible idea for a family outing. How can it be we arrived at 8:45pm and left at 11pm with a 16 piece wing order from a supposed buffet. The food is good. The service was not unfortunately. Half our party received their food and it was cold by the time the other half received ours. We went in with a group of six on a surprisingly slow friday there was only two other tables and still it took 15 min for even our drink orders to be taken. I ordered the passion fruit margarita and they didn't have passion fruit. My boyfriend ordered a blue moon but they didn't have oranges. One of the couples that we were with ordered boneless wings but only half of the wings had sauce so they ordered more sauce and of course were charged but the tiny bowl it was brought in wasn't even filled half way so we had to order another. We waited an inappropriate amount of times before we could even put in our order. We finally waived him down and asked for them to put in to go boxes. He hoes and checks the food and brings it on regular plates with to go boxes to for us to put it in. Went for wing Tuesday when the wings are half price. The wings are very good but my wife order them with original sauce. However she said original hot so the sauce was very hot. went a few days ago with my boyfriend, sat in the bar area, our waiter louie was excellent and very attentive he made sure we had everything we needed. We noticed that only one girl was behind the bar and there was 5 waiters/waitresses waiting for their drinks, i ordered a frozen alcoholic drink and looked over at the bartender and saw her tapping the blender on the glass numerously until she broke the glass, a few minutes go by and we see 2 gentlemen go to the bar to order their own drinks because none of the servers were out there. Had a very bad experience at this location. Just went for dinner, drinks and the Texas Longhorn game. I walk in, and hostess decided to finish texting prior to seating me. Place had two tables in dining area, but still sat me right next to large birthday table. Finally waitress, who was nice but poorly trained, took my order. I'm clearly watching the Texas game on one tv, while all other tvs are on Buffalo vs Cleveland. This is Texas, no one's following those teams. However, manager decides to change channel on this sole screen to the same game on the other nine screens. All the while, my sandwich arrives, after over 25 minutes--well its dropped on my table. Comes with fries, yet no ketchup offered. Waitresses are all by hostess stand, gossiping, and so I have to wait 5 more minutes by the time I can get waitress' attention and request condiments. I manage a nearby community and Hotel with total of over 1000 units, restaurants and ballrooms. I will NEVER recommend this place. Ive enjoyed BWW in Bronwsville, and sad that this Weslaco location can be so crappy on a Thurday night. Servers need training, and management need replacing.
