I also got a root beer for drink. The wedge potatoes were tasty. Recommended. The dry rub chipotle wings are just ok. My wife got the cheese burger. Her burger was nice. At Buffalo Wild Wings, and Yelp has them at 2.1 stars -- and after tonight, I know exactly why. A half‑empty restaurant on a Saturday night should already raise an eyebrow. Sure, a party of ten usually takes a minute to seat, but when the place is basically empty, it shouldn't take 12+ minutes. Fine. It's almost 9pm, we're hungry, we sit. Then the waitress comes over looking completely overwhelmed and says, "Oh, I didn't know I had you guys. Not sure when I'm going to be able to get to you." At that point, I don't even blame her -- that's poor management and terrible training written all over it. My personal max is eight minutes before I start questioning things, and we were already past that. After waiting another eight minutes, I asked if there was a manager on duty. We were craving chicken wings, so we visited Buffalo Wild Wings for our Sunday night dinner. When we entered the restaurant, we were seated at our booth, and after reviewing the menu, we ordered Chicken Wings, Ultimate Nachos with chicken, kids' mac and cheese, and a House Margarita. The atmosphere was great with televisions all around the restaurant and games being telecast on them. Buffalo Wild Wings is a good place to enjoy a game night. We got our food pretty quickly. The nachos were good, but the real highlight was the chicken wings. We ordered 16 wings with Spicy Garlic, Thai Curry, and Parmesan Garlic. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, and when we mentioned the wing size, she explained that this location often has that issue and that several customers have complained about it before. She did take $3 off the bill, which we appreciated. The bacon burger was good and cooked well. Overall, the service was friendly, but the wing size didn't meet expectations. I placed an order for pickup tonight, scheduled for 4:40. I showed up exactly at that time, and of course my order wasn't ready. Fine -- things happen. But I stood there until 4:50 before anyone finally informed me that they were out of the pretzel appetizer I had already paid for. To give an idea of how hard these wings were, imagine opening a bottle of soda with your teeth, over and over again. The carrots had definitely seen better days. We stood at the hostess station for a few minutes before acknowledged although two servers made eye contact before the hostess made it over. Our server came back to check on us and this time I had to ask where the cheeseburger was as Husband was still paused and I wasn't starting without her food. All in all I can understand that I just wish something had been said sooner or his wings hadn't gotten cooked so far ahead of the sandwiches. I actually really like this B Dubs location because of the option to sit outside. Staff has always been really friendly, but you're going to need to be patient on gamedays. If they forget something in your order, just politely remind them. They get very busy. Food quality is on par with other BWW locations and parking is easy with their big lot. Bathrooms are pretty clean and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a table. I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews - but after reading a couple of the lower rated reviews, I realize it's because of impatient people in a hurry. I personally like to visit B Dubs to relax and enjoy my time there. If you're in a rush, you might want to just get takeout and go home. read more
