Been a while since i came back here but it sounded good at the time and the wife thought the same. Overall it's the same as before, great layout and design. Love the play on with Ford motors and related items to it. Service again was great. Very nice but kinda new and didn't know much about past items or at least a few of them as the menu has chance since 2024. Again it's been a long time. Last time we came here we got a giant pitcher of margaritas or something that came in a old school oil can it was like 48oz or something even showed her the picture and she loved the concept and even said that looks like something Ford would do and have but said she knew nothing about that item. We also didn't see it in the menu anywhere. So I guess they don't serve that anymore so that was a bummer. Food was still very good and prices weren't bad either tbh. I ended up getting the high octane burger because I love spicy things. Wish it had a little more jalapeño than it came with but it was still very fresh. The only thing that I can complain about is that the amount of French fries was pathetic. Either the cook has the smallest hands ever or the measuring device was broken in half. Other than that I hope they bring back some of the items they removed and will be back at some point. read more

Went for a day trip to the Tampa premium outlets and worked up an appetite so many restaurants but we had been to a Ford's Garage before in downtown St Pete's new it would be a great place for the kids. It's located right across from the outlets easy right turn in and plenty of parking. The decor is super inventive from the front door to the back to the bathrooms everything cars related. We were seated right away on a Friday afternoon, very pleasant waitress working her butt off. Food was hot and delivered shortly after ordering. Burger was cooked perfection, fries are very salted and peppered. The bbq sauce is very tasty. The prices are reasonable Would recommend trying if you are in the area! read more

From the vintage Ford décor to the industrial garage vibe, you really feel like you're dining inside a classic auto shop--in the best way possible. Every corner of the restaurant has something cool to look at. The service was very attentive and friendly. Our server made sure we had everything we needed and checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. The food was great! Our server, Natalia was welcoming, bubbly, highly skilled in ordering efficiency and recommendations for our family. I ordered a delicious bowl of Tomato soup to go with my Garden side salad. I requested the Lime Vinaigrette. It was delicious with all the fresh greens! We tried a "Dirty Soda" - too sweet for my palate, but others liked it. The sandwiches come out identified on toothpicks topped with tiny flags! Very cute concept! The children were entranced by the car honk followed by steam spurting from the back of the suspended auto! Had a great experience at Ford's Garage! The food was really good and came out hot, which is always a win. Our waiter was excellent--super attentive and made sure we always had drinks and anything else we needed. Funny enough, she turned out to be old friends with our friend's sister--small world! The restaurant was clean, and the food came out pretty quickly even though it was busy. We ordered a little bit of everything--chicken tenders, burgers, steak, and mashed potatoes--and honestly, everything was delicious. You could tell it was all made fresh and the chefs cared. Great food: we had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Black-N-Bleu Burger, both were wonderful. The atmosphere is energetic and visually stimulating (old vehicles and art). Noticed a table of elderly folks (possibly local assisted living) being taken care of by 'their' attendees who were also treated fantastically by the restaurant staff! On other end of the spectrum the staff also treated three young children to be able to honk the horn and blow smoke from the old ford lifted high above the bar area (the kids loved it)! Stopped in on our way to AMI and the food did not disappoint. I had the estate burger with truffle fries and it was super tasty. The truffle fries are definitely worth the up charge. My son got the buffalo chicken Mac n cheese and thoroughly enjoyed it with tons leftover for another meal. Hubby LOVED the burnt ends grilled cheese and said it had tons of flavor. The service was less than stellar, but the food made up for it. Restaurant is pretty loud, but has a great atmosphere focusing on all things ford related. The food here never disappoints. It's huge like most FG. Service was really good. It was packed. TVs had USF games. Nice. Everyone was wearing hoodies or jackets when we walked in. We ended up going to the car to get ours. It was freezing. Waitress said it's normal. The thing is the food arrived barely warm and went cold quick. My onion rings were never hot to the touch. Burger was warm in the middle. My wife's meat loaf plate was cold when it arrived and her food chilled quickly. In my thinking, plates coming to the table should be hot. From the kitchen. When I saw our server comfortably holding the plates I was disappointed. Food was ok. Burger was $14 but to change from fries to 5 onion rings was $6 extra. It's not with it. Meatloaf is ok. We visited on a Saturday afternoon on a whim. We were immediately seated. A polite and very friendly server came by and toon our drink order. A few minutes later here was our order: 1. Blackened salmon with jalapeño creamed corn, tater tots and an extra side of mashed potatoes with gravy. 2. For an egg allergy, the burger bowl with bacon, cheese, pickles, greens and a side of fries. Our sever came by and told us the jalapeño creamed corn was not available and offered us different vegetables. We figured we had enough sides coming so we chose just to stick with the rest of the order The food came out fast, but the fries clever came out. Notes on the salmon: slightly overcooked but fresh. Notes on the tater tots: delicious! Order bbq sauce to dip them in you won't be disappointed. Notes on the mashed potatoes: bland, and tastes like tap water Notes on the burger: perfectly executed. No bacon in the salad. Small amounts of flavorless cheese. Fresh greens. When we were mostly done with our meal our server came by with my drink refill and asked if we ever got the fries. I declined as we were nearly done. She immediately took them off the bill. Also when it was time for the check she asked if everything was ok and we were honest and told her what we thought. She apologized. We left a reasonable tip for the good service. So all in all, I'd say a 3 star experience. read more

It's the first time I've ever visited Fords Garage. This place was pretty cool. There were model T vehicles in and outside of the restaurant. Even the bathroom had tire sinks. The burger I had was very juicy. I got the model A burger. They did have a gluten free bun. It fell apart when I was eating it. The waitress was nice, and very quick to serve us. Today I was given the opportunity to eat one of the many burgers offered at this establishment at my job for employees appreciation day. The burger was really good I decided to go to the Wesley chapel location and order the same meal for dinner. When I got there I sat the bar (7:30pm) I was greeted by the bartender and asked what I wanted to drink. I asked for water. After that I sat there for 30 minutes waiting to place an order and get the glass of water I asked for. There was no sense of urgency from the bartender and he prioritized washing dishes and handling other customers orders that came after me. I was upset at the encounter I decided to leave and not make a scene. At first I wanted to request a manager and have a discussion about my experience but I know my words wouldn't have been kind. They had a seasonal menu that included STICKY RIBS & FIRESTONE SHRIMP which consisted of Crispy Pork Ribs Tossed in an Asian-Style BBQ Sauce Paired with Lightly Battered Crispy Shrimp Tossed in Spicy "Boom Boom" Sauce, Served with Yellow Rice and Asian Slaw. Let me say this dish was awesome. The ribs were very flavorful and the meat fell off the bone. The shrimp were fried perfectly and tasted great as well. The yellow rice was seasoned very well.
