Food- This restaurant is American food themed, from wings to burgers to different sandwiches. The drink menu has many options. Different brews to different drinks. I got the tub drinks with the duck and my fiancé got the apple pie cider. I also ordered a burger while my fiancé ordered one of the sandwiches. It did not disappoint. At the end I got one of the pieookies to take home and it was amazing. It was the strawberry version one. Service- Our waiter was amazing, she was patient as it was my first time visiting. I came here for lunch on a Friday, there was a lot of people fortunately not await at all. I ordered the spooky Pazooki because it was the seasonal Pazooki of choice. And then my friend and I we each got an item off the lunch menu. Stopped in for lunch on New Year's Day with my mom. Restaurant was pretty busy so we waited about 10 minutes for a table and were sat in one of the small booths in the main dining area. The restaurant is pretty big and plenty of TV's all over. To drink I ordered root beer which I loved. We both ordered the $13 Pizookie meal. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and Cookies & Cream Pizookie. My mom ordered the Deep Dish Cheese Pizza and Salted Caramel Pizookie. Both options were really good and we loved the Pizookie's. Only negative was the service. I asked our server about both of the items we we're ordering and he said he didn't like either of them but didn't give us suggestions for anything else. My mom's food came with a salad and our tables didn't have silverware, the person that dropped it off didn't check to see if we had any and our server wasn't around to ask. He finally walked by 10 minutes later and was able to get us silverware. Looked like all the tables around us had the same issue. When we we're done eating it took him forever to come to our table but he left the dirty plates and almost forgot we ordered the meal deal with the Pizookie. He was nice but the situation was pretty unorganized. I'd come back because I love the dessert and hopefully I can update this. read more

I forgot how amazing their food is! Came for dinner Saturday night and couldn't decide between a few items so I chose the protein bowl to be healthy. I'm so glad I did, it was amazing. Lots of flavor and didn't taste too healthy at all. My fiance got the chicken parmigiana and we thought it was just okay, the spaghetti and sauce were better than the chicken. Portions were large we both had leftovers. Our server was awesome and told us to join the rewards so we could get the free pizookie, yum! The new cinnamon one is the cinnamon buns and kinda wish it was a snickerdoodle cookie instead but it was still really good! A little pricey for some items but I want to come back and sit at the bar for their awesome craft beer selection and apps. read more

As always... amazing! This is one of our favorites in the area. The avocado egg rolls with their sauce are phenomenal! They have a mix of sweet, a lil spice and yummy avocados. Their pizzas (esp. the bbq are super good too). The kids ordered pizza and mini burgers (they loved it). We love their kids menu as there is a large variety and includes healthy options like broccoli and fresh fruit. Bonus, they give kids a mini appetizer with a little bit of fruit and goldfish (this place has one of the best kids menus I have seen). Our waitress was also fantastic and did a wonderful job. They are super friendly here and the place is clean too. Then to top it all off, their desserts are to die for. Their pizookies are our favorite! We live in the area and finally got the chance to try out BJs! This is one of the locations in the area that is open a little later than some of the other restaurants. We unfortunately had a few problems with our food, but the manager was very attentive and quick to resolve the problems. The BJs bowl was very flavorful and the ingredients were fresh, but the first cut of tri tip I received was about 50% fat and I ended up having to send it back. The 2nd cut I got was much better, but it was still a pretty tough cut of meat. I would order the bowl again, but probably with another protein! We also ordered Chicken Parmesan with Alfredo instead of the spaghetti that comes with it, and it honestly tasted like a microwave dinner. Shout out to BJ Brewhouse as my wife wanted to got here for Mother's Day dinner. They gave out stemless wine glasses for to all the mothers with a free pizookie coupon. I never had anything bad here and service is always top notch. They can be slow at times but understanding that BJs is very popular and always full for dinner rush. This time the wife and I shared the Avocado Egg Rolls and a bbq pizza. The avocado egg rolls come with a sweet dip that adds a tangy flavor to the avocados creaminess. Also got the orange cream soda that is so refreshing. I'm personally not a beer drinker but BJs does offer a wide variety of beers, most of them are local sourced or made by BJs. BJ's is consistently our go to place for good food and new beers. Food is reliably hot and very tasty. Not too loud, and the usual brewhouse decor. If you get cold easily bring something to throw on because after a cold beer it feels a little chilly. This spot was ok, a typical chain food establishment but with tons a great drink options! We got hooked on the root beer! Our order took a while event though the dining room was not full, we were guessing it might have been a lunch rush change over or just short staffed. We did have to get our own napkins and utensils after trying to get our waiter or hostess attention......The kiddos with us were munching down and had greasy hands from their burgers! Every time I have dined at BJ's, I've had a great experience. From the service to the food, I can't really complain. This is a franchise so I usually don't have high expectations. However, it's a great place to bring the family or catch up with friends that's reasonable priced in this economy but has many food options from pizza to pork chops! Whoa. Flavor this good at a chain brew house? Was not expecting this and cannot speak for them all, but something special is happening in Wesley Chapel and I am not talking about the wholesale store. I asked our server, what are you known for? To be honest I had not been here in many years. He told me of course the pizookie (pizza size cookie as decadent as it is creative), house brewed beers, and deep dish pizza. Therefore, I ordered all of them in the name of science and experimentation. I regret nothing. My beer was a hop storm and I would put its west coast flavor profile up against any of the usual suspects found in Cali. The deep dish menu was expansive, I went for a buffalo chicken. What sold me is the idea to drizzle some ranch on top as well. A real marriage of fire and ice if you will. Starts hot but ends cool. The dough was DEEP but so soft. If you are a NYC food my greasy pizza in half kind of person then do not order this. I loved it, but did find it to be a bit dry. More sauce on top would have been nice, which I did with my leftovers the following day. Crushed it. Finally, the Pizzokie. How did I have room? A can do attitude and not a quit bone in my body to try not one but two of these fiercely sweet staples. Imagine the softest cookie of your life melded with chocolate chunks and topped with more sweet goodness. I made a venn diagram comparing and contrasting the s'mores and the cookies and cream (see appendix f). The synopsis is both found ways to innovate such as actual toasted marshmallows and graham crackers on the s'more's Pizzokie. It was this above and beyond that earned it first place. Whether you are looking for a hit of dopamine from sugar or just trying to grab some warm food and cold beer with the boys, this place should definitely be on your list. read more

My friend and I had a good time dining in here on Father's Day. We were able to make a reservation for 6 PM which really helped because they definitely had a line of people waiting for a table. It was lively but smaller than other BJ locations I've been to. I had a beer flight which cost $8.50 or so, and a mini pizza that was basically like an everything pizza (although I removed the olives and mushrooms). I like deep dish, so I really like their pizzas but also they have tavern style pizza and pizza flatbreads in the appetizer section of the menu. I really liked the beers I picked for my beer flight (you can see the beer names on board in the picture). I also got the feeling that if I didn't like one that I picked, they would switch it out. We arrived for a late lunch. The restaurant was about 3/4 full, but we had a 20 minute wait for a table due to staffing which is understandable. We went to the bar for a beer and it took what felt like forever for the bartender to even acknowledge us. He kept carrying on a casual conversation with another patron without trying to break away to serve us or others. I debated on 4 or 5 stars and settled on 4 based on bar service. Had BJ's food for the first time at my boyfriends 2022 work Christmas party. They had it catered from BJ's and we loved it so much I decided right then I wanted to visit the restaurant. We had to wait maybe 10 minutes max for a table and were told they were having issues with the water so no ice water or fountain Sodas so I got their Root Beer to try which was a mistake as I did not like it at all, it tasted diet to me so switched it up for a half and half iced tea which was perfect. I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Cous Cous Mac & Cheese....the Mac & Cheese was a $2.65 up charge but well worth it....it has fresh basil and bacon on top with so much delicious yummy cheesy goodness. Their mashed potatoes taste homemade and are seasoned perfectly and super delish. I can't say enough good things about their crispy and oh so yummy Parmesan Crusted Chicken....I have been craving it ever since the Christmas party!! I had enough leftover for another full tomorrow as sides are plentiful and you get 2 nice size pieces of chicken with the meal. There is like a butter lemon sauce on the chicken woth fresh basil and sun dried tomatoes. Boyfriend got the baby back ribs and tri tip combo...I tasted his tri tip and boy was it fantastic....so flavorful and super tender, loved it. I didn't try the ribs but he said they were average. He also got a Caesar Sald which I tried and it was amazing....the dressing was extra good. And he got the Mozzarella and Tomato salad also and it was great also....highly recommend. Waitress was nice but kinda slow. Was glad she told us to download the app and sign up for rewards as it earned us right away a free pizookie which we ordered to go the Cookies & Cream one...haven't tried it yet but it sure does smell divine and they give you a nice little container of to go ice cream too. Wow we order so much food it did not match the size of the table After working up an appetite at main event we decided to head over to BJ's for half off appetizers. Of course we had to go through the rotating door then met the host to get seated. She did inform us that to get the half off apps we had to sit at or near the bar which they did have seating for us. Once we met our server and got our drinks in we started going crazy for the apps. One thing after another started coming to the table and we were in food Heaven. My family of 4 came for dinner on a very busy Saturday night. Lavina was our waitress and even though it was very busy, she was extremely patient, friendly and attentive. She never skipped a beat in her service and made sure that we were well taken care of, all with a bright smile. I wanted the pork chop special but sadly they ran out, so ordered the prime rib special. Boy they didn't disappoint! Once I tasted my prime rib I knew exactly why the ran out of the other special (IT WAS JUST THAT DARN GOOD!) My prime rib was cooked to medium perfection and melted in my mouth. Even my 6 yr old kept coming back for more because it was so tasty. The horseradish and au jour immaculate paired with delectably roasted veggies and loaded mashed potatoes sent my meal over the top. We have no complaints in each and every visit to BJ's! We stopped in after a day at Busch Gardens with my son and his wife. We were not starving so we mostly ordered appetizers. I had the ahi tuna poke and it was awesome! My husband loved his jambalaya and not being hungry ate it all. My son and his wife also enjoyed their appetizers. The service was not top notch for several reasons and it really wasn't busy. I think he was just having a bad day. He wasn't rude or anything but busy and did not serve the extras we requested. The best part of the meal was the salmon. I would hands down order it again. Our sweet potato fries came out cold but we spoke with the manager and received fresh hot fries. Our server was good and friendly but very busy so I would keep that in mind when coming on a Friday night. We had to wait for drink refills and additional condiments.
