I have eaten at 22 different BWW in 22 different states in the good ole USA. This one was strange, I went to the bar and was stopped and asked for my id. The employee said we need to scan it. Very strange and I asked why, he stated that it was Utah law. He came back about 3-5 minutes later and gave me my id back. Then I had to show it to the bartender again!!! Come on you mormons! Came here with a large group and super disappointing that this place could not handle the large group. First of all, service was extremely slow. Second, when we asked about ordering we had options to order either on the app or with our server. The thing that was unfortunate is that that was not communicated to our whole table, so a portion of our people got their food early while for the next 30 to 45 minutes, the rest we're waiting for their food. It seemed like everybody was very confused and nothing came out in a timely manner. I enjoyed the atmosphere of BWW. I was surprised the boneless wings were mostly hard cooked crust on some chicken. I love going to dinner with my family and as long as they're happy then I'm happy. The portion of chicken for the wings could be a little larger, tender and a choice given for crust or lightly coated. I wonder if the wings are pre-made elsewhere . Staff including management is not properly trained on ID's. My Idaho CDL was rejected from the bar top for saying "not for real ID purposes", which refers to the REAL ID Act law for flights and federal establishments coming in 2025. NOT because it's not a real ID, if they would have scanned it they would know this, but they didn't even attempt a scan after seeing that line. It's been the second time we get her as a waitress and I understand it's not her fault as far as the kitchen goes, but it's been twice now that either mine or my husband's food takes a long time to come or the order comes out wrong and she has to take it back. What happens when you combine hot wings and cheap, paper-thin cardboard to-go containers, and a 10 minute drive? You get soggy cardboard that breaks at the bottom and wings in the plastic bag holding them making it clear the wings were hot when they were packaged but cold when arrived. (again, 10 minutes...) Nice. Just imagine how much money you will save when nobody wants to eat here any more and you don't need to spend money on these cheapo construction paper containers! Good wings, though. A bit overcooked, but serviceable. I won't be back because I like wings hot, clean, and not covered in soggy cardboard paper in the bottom of a plastic bag. When I sat the waitress asked what I wanted to drink with out giving me time to look at the drink menu. What a great place to chill and watch the games! They prob have about 50 TV's lol. The Staff are always nice and friendly. You could go sit down at a table or the bar area. I usually get the traditional wings with dessert heat dry rub. You can also order sauces in the side. I'm not a huge fan of having my wings smothered in sauce. Tuesday BOGO deals are back!! Need I say more? You can get double the wings for the price of one which makes sharing with others cheaper and better! I have tried a decent amount their flavors but MUST ALWAYS have to get their Parmesan garlic. Just as it sounds I believe this is one of their top flavors that is a must try here! I prefer theirs over places like WingStop. I have tried their Thai curry as well which is usually a hit or miss. Sometimes they add way too much curry overpowering all your taste buds or has just the right amount. Their mango habanero is also pretty good with a spicy and sweet taste, but we warned that it has a pretty big spice kick to it! It is not one for people who can't handle spice. The waitress I had here was super nice and I can tell she was a hard worker! She was always attentive to my table, bu still busting around to other tables and even sweeping when she wasn't helping customers. I unfortunately forgot her name, but I am hopeful I will have her again. The place is decently clean when it can be. However, on a Tuesday night with the special deal, all the tables were very full and had a bunch of trash around on the floor.
