From the very start of my visit, I was greeted with a smile and seated right away. The waitress took my drink and app order within minutes and the food arrived hot. Decided I would check out BW3 on Polaris Parkway. I was greeted and seated by Jordan my waitress. I ordered a lunch special of 6 honey BBQ wings, carrots/celery with ranch dressing. Also ordered the onion rings with a dipping sauce. The celery/carrots with ranch dressing were perfect. The wings were perfect and sauced with the honey BBQ sauce which was delicious. Now to the downside of the visit. The Onion Rings which looked deplorable. I tasted a couple and they tasted just as bad. I asked my waitress for the manager. The manager came out and she immediately identified the issue of the burnt onion rings and old oil. She removed the items from my bill but for me the damage was already done. This is a small location compared to the other BWW's in Columbus. It was very quiet when I went too. But no complaints. :)

Went in for a quick bite and was sat by the hostess at a booth where the table so wobbly that there is no way you could put a drink on there without it spilling all over. We moved ourselves to the next booth where we were greeted by one of the rudest waitresses. When I told her we moved because of the unstable table, she proceeded to tell us that getting a new table was not in their budget because they had to buy new bar stools. Then went on to say we were lucky we moved ourselves to a table that had a server. Simply poor customer service and so we got up and left and went elsewhere for dinner. No way to treat patrons and an explanation for the table without even asking was uncalled for. read more

The food didn't take long to come out which is a plus in my book. The waitress was friendly and checked on me and my family frequently. Don't go unless you want a bite taken out of your food! Came in around 10:30 wanting takeout BOGO wings. I get my food, go in the car and there it was a sly hidden piece of chicken that had a bite taken out of it. Props for it being so well hidden. BW3 on Polaris used to occupy a cool place where it was always SRO. Then they moved to their new location which has no atmosphere or ambiance whatsoever. Then it got worse. Service has declined steadily over the years. Servers are the worst. Quality of the wings, which should be their best product, is terrible. DO NOT buy their bonesless wings!! I've been by here a bunch of times, but never had a chance to eat here. Today it was handy for some other errands. Plus it was BOGO boneless day, and they had a new flavor: truffalo. Yes, I like bad jokes, and new flavors, and good deals. Always a good deal at BW3 on Tuesday or Thursday: Tuesday is free wings, Thursday free boneless. The truffle Buffalo ones are tasty. The truffle flavor is fairly mild, as you might expect. There's a decent, stronger Buffalo flavor, and there's more heat than I expected for a truffle dish. Meaty wings, well cooked, with the sauce cooked on, not dripping off. I also got some for my friend at work, and some of the chips with queso, which I like. All good stuff, though not incredible. The place was almost packed. But let's start with presentation. The host out front has a face on him like he doesn't want to deal with customers at all today. I really wanted to say dam, you need a hug? Any way, I ordered an old fashioned and 20 wings. My beverage came in a dirty cup so I had to get that changed. The wings came out overcooked. It was My better half's choice to go to dinner, because it's Father's Day Weekend. I was secretly hoping to try some place new and then he said "How about Buffalo Wild Wings?" I could have said "How about not," but I had to smile and give myself a pep talk and say "Sure, it's Father's Day Weekend." And if I'm being totally candid, this is a small request from my other half. A shoutout to him, he does so much for us, I can go out to eat at a place of his choice. I got dropped off at the front of the restaurant and put our name in. Things seemed a bit disorganized from the get go. The two hosts were whispering and trying to figure out where they could seat us, based on our request for a high chair. After a few minutes they figured out where to seat us. The restaurant didn't look crowded for a Saturday night. There were only a few occupied tables in our section. We got menus and saw a flustered server go back and forth between tables. He came up once and said he'd be right with us. Ten minutes later we ordered two beers, one tall Bud Light, one short Mic Ultra, and a water, an order of fried pickle chips, and a kids' mac and cheese with fries. Another ten minutes rolled by and we got our beers. My beer was supposed to be a short, it came out as a tall. I opted to drink it anyway. Nugget's mac and cheese came out piping hot, and the fries were semi-warm. He proceeded to eat both. I asked him how everything tasted and he said good. Another ten minutes passed, no pickle chips. Kind of a bummer. Our server took our order five minutes later. I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sammie with fries, my husband got the Grilled Chicken Buffalitos with chips and salsa. Fifteen minutes passed, our server said "your order will be right up." I don't need a dissertation as to why you're sorry, but it would have been nice for a simple apology. I get things happen, kitchens get backed up, the restaurant is short staffed, things happen. I think most patrons are understanding, but communication is key and that did not happen. Finally our meals came out. Mine looked fine, but I'm pretty positive the cheese should have been melted on the sammie. My husband's was fine, minus they gave him fries instead of chips and salsa. I dug into my sammie. It tasted good and the sauce (bourbon honey mustard) was sweet and tangy. The chicken was fried and had a nice crust. The fries were meh. Not super warm, kind of flimsy. My husband said his Buffalitos were good. Our server didn't come back to check on us until after we were done with our food. My husband did ask for his chips and salsa and he ordered another beer. Everything finally came out ten minutes later. Pros: -Chicken sammie was good -Kid's mac and cheese was good per the nugget -Buffalitos according to my husband were good -My husband Cons: -Service wasn't good -Lack of pickle chips -Fries -Me getting BBQ sauce on my shirt Tips: Service needs to get better. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the known days to be here because you get the BOGO deal for either traditional or boneless wings. I've been here so many times, I actually downloaded the Buffalo wild Wings app so I could accumulate points and redeem them for free menu items. Last week, I finally reached a point where I could roll in on a random Wednesday and flex my 2450 points and get 20 free boneless wings. That's exactly what I did. I always start off with breaded dill pickles and the southwest ranch dip. These are always so good, it's worth burning my mouth on every bite every time. I told our waitress about the points (she wasn't impressed so I got competition apparently) at the beginning when I was ordering, and she helped me redeem the deal at the end of the meal which was a really smooth process. She was great and very attentive! The wings I split with my girlfriend, and we ordered 5 Parmesan Garlic, 5 Honey BBQ, 5 Mild, and 5 Teriyaki. The wings were alright. Not sure if it's because of the chicken shortage or if the chickens are getting chopped at a younger age now to keep up with the demand, but majority of these pieces were like half the size of the typical pieces. Don't get me wrong, they tasted great, but they were a bit hard and smaller than usual. But hey, they were free. My bill was only like $13 and I even received 750 more points for spending over $10 more due to another promotion they were doing through their app. Get the app and start accumulating your points if you go often! read more

Terrible experience and terrible management. To start the place was dead there were 3 tables seated and 4 or 5 at the bar. A waitress by the name of Tabatha was serving us. She came across a bit rude at the start but it was brushed off everyone has a bad day. She then got both of our drinks wrong and when she corrected it we thanked her with no response. She then got my order wrong and again fixed it after about 20 minutes but once again no response when thanked. Lack of respect and politeness was continues the entire time. After getting my order incorrect and correcting it the wings were cold. When I say cold I mean they were room temperature or lower, seemed like I was eating them right out of the fridge. The last thing she did is while I had 3 wings left I stopped briefly to take a drink, she legitimately no pun intended, took my plate with the food I did not finish and did not stop when I yelled at her. She is truly the rudest and most negligent waitress I have ever seen. I requested the manager and spoke to him, told him what happened and the best I could get was a "sorry I'll look into it". My husband wanted Buffalo Wild Wings for his birthday meal, so we ordered via Uber eats & got it delivered. He got the family wings deal and a side of large fries, so he got a bunch of different wings while I opted for the baked tenders (as I try to order on the healthier side). I made my own salad since I was home so could have it how I like it best & just added the tenders on top. Kind of disappointing for the price & didn't realize it came with fries (wasn't listed on the menu) so we could have saved some money as hubs couldn't have had mine. The digital ordering is something that was recently started in BWW. That's THE ONLY WAY customers can place an order. It's been 30 mins we've come in and no body has made an effort to make a mention of it except for leaving the plates on the table and asking 'Do you have any questions'. It would be nice if the waiters make the customers aware of this, since it is something new. There is info about it on the table but how many of us would pay attention to it?? Even if we did, how would we know that is the only way to order? It was not a joyful experience and definitely wasted our time when we were in a time crunch. read more

Came here on a Saturday evening, around 6:30, and I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. They had a $3 tall draft beer special (awesome), and I ordered wings with the beer. The wings were generous in size, especially the drums, and BW3's Mango Habanero wings could be my favorite wings out of everywhere I've been. These are spicy wings, with a touch of sweet, and I really like how there is a slight mango taste on top of all that. Be advised, Mango Habanero wings have their hottest heat rating, and these will be quite hot to anyone with a sensitive heat palate. The Asian Zing wings are a medium heat, and the ginger really pops! This is a very unique wing flavor that I wouldn't expect at an American restaurant; I would definitely recommend trying! read more

There 6 people waiting on to go orders with two tables filled in the restaurant, so it was not busy. When I went to pick up the fairly large order, they did not have it ready and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. The to go waitress went over the entire order with me, which I appreciated and noticed they forgot my order. She told me it would be an extra 15 minutes, I was in a hurry so I just took what was ready. They tried to charge me for my order that I didn't receive. I spoke with some people later that day that have had similar issues with the to go staff being rude and disorganized. Hopefully, they make necessary adjustments because it has potential. read more
