Welcome to today's video! This was filmed while I was still on vacation, and up until now, I'd never tried their wings. I sat out on the patio, enjoying a nice breeze, and ordered the sampler, which included sliders, bone-in wings, curds, and fried pickles. Everything was really good--the sliders were juicy, the curds weren't bad (not my top pick, but that's just me), and the wings were amazing with all their sauces. Even the fried pickles hit the spot. Stopped by while out of town for work about an hour before closing. The place was basically empty but I enjoyed the new hot and lemon pepper dry rub mash up wings. They were not incredibly hot and had a nice flavor. The bartender was good although I was the only one at the bar top. The place was decent size and had lots of games playing on a Tuesday. read more

Waited FIVE minutes to be seated. THEN my partner said we would like to sit at the bar, she said go on ahead! THEN she power walks into the back of the kitchen.. come to find out no seats at the bar. So at this point we are confused in why she said go ahead if she knew it was FULL. Bartender was also very rude, when I asked for help. Then went back to the front of the hostess area .. called out one of the workers for a MANAGER and she told me to wait for the hostess as I tried to tell her we have been doing a run around to get seated !!! Went for one thing... wings. Wing flavors a little confusing. Is mild and hot the same as original buffalo. Waitress didn't know and I wasn't suggesting she go find out so I took a shot at original buffalo. Wings came out fast and were all cooked perfect except for one. And there were a few small planks but they threw in a couple extra to make up for it. Subbed carrots for celery and no issue. Place was empty at 5pm on a weeknight. Bathroom was clean. And didn't have to wait for the check. She never came back to check on me after food came out. Never even offered dessert. And I actually wanted it but left without it. I'm wondering how this place stays in business. I ordered to go wings for pickup and they didn't have hardly any sauce on them. They looked nothing like the wings in their ads. The french fries were hard and had no salt or seasoning to them. I was hungry so I ate the wings (which all tasted the same instead of the four different kinds of sauces that I ordered) and gave the french fries to some birds. Never again. read more

Well, to start with, the service is never very friendly when I'm there. I ordered wings, which were way smaller in size than they used to be. There was no sauce on them, they were very dry. I paid $15.50 for only 10 wings. I ordered a side of fries for $3.99 and the portion was very, very small, like they had given me what was leftover in the bin. I asked the girl who was cashing me out for some ketchup. Now let me tell you, I have two sides of fries and a patty melt needing ketchup. The girl gave me one little packet!!!!! What is with that!? Got inside was directed to a booth, waited thirty-five minutes no drinks offered no one to come over and offer drinks or specials. I then got up and left. Waiting for as long as 35 minutes is unacceptable, not even a person to say please wait or let me get my manager. I will NEVER return unless I get a heartfelt apology from both the staff and the district manager and a reason for such a long wait. I asked for my wing sauce on the side, but the chef drizzled it on there! It's not that hard to mess it up. I had the Nashville Chicken Sandwich for lunch. The chicken was good but they used what tasted like buffalo sauce over the chicken and not the oil it was fried in with hot sauces and spices the way s real Nashville Chicken Sandwich should be served. It was good but it was really a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The waiter was friendly and on top of things. I like this place more for the atmosphere with all the games being played on the TVs and the inexpensive cold beer. Unfortunately, no beer for me today. It's a typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Been here twice with my boyfriend each time he visited, the first time mostly was quite nice. The branding of overall feel of the place when you walk in is wonderful, very sporty and unique. Staff was decent, not great not bad both times. Wings were delicious, amazing selection of flavors. The spiciest one is just kinda about heat, guess to impress your other friends dining. The ones in midrange are the tastiest. The first time we went as well before the menu change they had awesome burgers, we were actually looking forward to order it again but seemed to be gone in the new menu. The whole menu is odd - even just to hold and look through. A really awkward clipboard. Not like that's too important, but the food was still good especially the wings as always. Waited over 30 minutes after being seated just talk to a worker whose only comment was "has nobody been here yet?" People seated after us by 30-45 minutes to our left and to our right got drink orders, food and checks before we even got food. Manager told us he comped the bill, but never stopped to the table and talked to us, everything he said to us was while he was walking past. When we did get a server, she was cold and rude. Food came out cold. The restaurant wasn't even super busy, as we got seated right when we walked in. -5/10, and it's a shame because normally I like Buffalo Wild Wings but this location has put a bad taste in my mouth... This was our first time trying this place and we ordered takeout. We went home and ate and the first thing I noticed was how DRY the fries were. They were skinny with absolutely no taste. I had the Garlic Parmesean Mild Boneless bites and they tasted the exact same as a Tyson Anytizers frozen bag of chicken with some sauce on it. I struggled to make it through half of the food. You cant go wrong with the wings but everything else is horrible, including the service. The servers are very young, which is ok, but I don't believe they are trained to attend customers. I ordered 3 appetizers , no dishes. I ordered 40 wings, no napkins, I ordered boneless wings, I got chicken fingers! I ordered coffee, never got offered a refill, in fact, no one at our table was offered a refill for our drinks. No refills for chips? Be warned, the guacamole dip is tasteless. It's like a ghost town when you need the sever. Seating is fast but, you'll wait forever for the food. What do you expect from a sports bar? Finger foods of course, why should I complain? Lot's of left over to bring home because it was inedible. Why bother? I doubt it will taste better the next day. It's going in the trash anyway. Horrible experience. We went in for a late night dinner. No one greeted us upon arrival. We finally got tired of waiting and went in and sat at a table. Finally the manager stopped by and said "you server will be with you shortly" no apology or anything. Server was nice and engaging. The food arrived and was by far the worst meal I've ever had.wings were dry and old. Our order of fries was not fresh either. It felt like they warmed up last nights food and brought it to our table. nothing wrong with food to restaurant itself, but the manager man, he's a bummer. guy had a beard that was borderline gray and flattened black hair and couldn't even look us in the eye. he would say things as he was walking away and disrespecting the customers. all you have to do as a manager is make the bare minimum effort to show your customers you care. this man did not know how to do that, crayyyyyyzayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. basic respect, nothing major, just the basic requirements of being a manager:) read more

I'm? Dining alone. I walked up to the desk for a dine in table. I,m taken to a small table in the center of a section alone. I know we're supposed to social distance but I was in a whole section to myself. I felt isolated away from others. I told the seatterni didn't want to sit on that little table alone. She replied that "I could go outside" I said I didn't want to go outside, it's chilly tonight. She walked away. I stood up and a man came over I had no idea who he was because he didn't introduce himself as a manager or any other title. I explained what happened at which time I told him a high 2 chair was available. He replied "you want to sit there" and proceeded to walk me table. He attempted to show me how to use my phone to scan the menu to no avail. Then he walked away. The waitress gave me a paper menu. No one was seated at that little child-like table my entire time inside. Before finishing my meal I asked my waitress (who was great) to speak to the manager who was walking around, he never came back to my table to see what I wanted. She did remove my chicken sandwich off the bill because it took a while for it to get to my table. I may come back speaking up again for whats right when put in an uncomfortable situation. read more

I'm not sure what happened to this location. Went there yesterday and had the worst experience ever. We got 2 different draft beers and immediately realized they were fruity tasting. My husband then realized his beer had a couple fruit flies in the glass. It took a bit to get the server back and we requested 2 bottled beers. She took my husband's draft beer with her but wouldn't take mine. We waited about 20 minutes. During this time, we could see the server on the bar side of the restaurant talking to a table of two young women, which with the amount of time she spent with them, they were obviously friends chatting. The server disappeared and when she finally walked by, I stopped her to ask where our beers were at and to tell her I wasn't going to drink that fruity draft beer. She apologized, took the beer and disappeared again. It took another 5 minutes to get the beers. It took another 10 minutes or so to get our food. The fries were cold. We asked for silverware and only got forks. Not easy to eat boneless chicken tenders without a knife. The server was nowhere to be found, never checked to see if we needed anything. My husband had to go up to the bar to request more drinks. We had to stop the server as she was trying to quickly walk by, to request our check. The check was wrong, as she charged for the fruity beer I didn't drink. I will never go to this place again. From reading some of the other reviews out here, sounds like this is a common theme. Please change management, staff or close down and put something else in this location that cares about their customers. read more

We have loved going to Buffalo Wild Wings while on vacation, especially in Virginia, for years. We're excited to have them in our own backyard now. It's been open for a little more than a week when we decided to go for the first time. As everything in the strip its in is just opening for the first time, the parking lot was jammed and very little available parking. However, we got immediate seating at 4pm. The place was at near capacity. Our server was very nice and the food was great. We had some wings, build-a-burger and a steak wrap. All good! Can't wait to come back. read more

Sloooow service at takeout. I was stuck waiting a lengthy period of time (~15mins) for someone who had not ordered takeout in advance of their arrival but whom could not make up their mind as to what to order. Nobody else came up to assist myself and others behind me waiting to pick up their orders. When the person was finished ordering the server skipped over me to somebody who came in for their takeout after me and then took just took off and disappeared into the Kitchen not to be seen again. After another 10 or so odd minutes I had to finally leave because I was due to arrive at my Job. I made two attempts after having to leave to cancel my order for a refund. Both times the call was picked up and the phone was left off the hook so that I could hear kitchen chatter in the background but with nobody to speak with to address or resolve my concerns. Also, curbside pickup is non-existent at this location leaving you to have to go inside. Also, there was a lack of social distancing in the takeout area. No stickers or markers on the floor. Plus several dine-in guests (with a small child) were seated at a table immediately next to the take out area. What gives with the management at this location? Update 08-11-20: The charge posted to my bank account in the amount of $23.10 and it did not fall off my account after the initial authorization hold. read more

I have been here three times. It has been consistent. consistently inconsistant. The good: Nice waitresses, nice atmosphere and very clean. They had tablets for the kids to use. The bad: Long wait for the food (over an hour!), small portions (no left overs to bring home), the menu is not specific on how many wings you get. The food was average. Conclusion: If it's a wing place, then it should have unlimited wings like Wings USA. I can get an order of wings anywhere else. Why would I come here? For the beer? We attempted to try this place out a few months ago when it first opened, but it was a Saturday, and the wait was very long. We didn't make it back until last night but it was worth the wait. A really flavorful and fun place for a major chain. I am picky about many chains because the food is half-assed or it is just gross. However, BWW exceeded my expectations. Our server, Diamond, was amazing. She was prompt, funny, helpful, and attentive (brought us refills without needing to be asked, which I think is something that doesn't happen much anymore). I don't eat meat, only sometimes I will eat fish, so it was refreshing to see many pescetarian and vegetarian options. I ordered the fish tacos (with Caribbean jerk) which was spicy but freaking awesome. My boyfriend said the burger was phenomenal. I can't wait to try a few of the other options including the black bean burger and cheese curds! It may be too loud for some people, so that may deter some. They have buzztime trivia for people to play from their tables, so that makes for some fun! A great first time at BWW with awesome food, excellent service, and fun atmosphere.
