So bad. I ordered a crispy chicken buffalo salad. $15.99. I got 2 slices of tomato. And 3 chicken tenders on top of lettuce. - Lettuce only. No knife on our table. I was confused. As I thought there would be chicken in my salad. But it was an entire chicken tender strip. (3 of them) drizzled with buffalo sauce. The salad was so dry. I knew I could not pay for it. I did not order what I got. What I got was not described on the menu. I waited for my waitress but she didn't come over. She didn't do a check in either. So I had to walk myself to the front desk and explain to the ladies. They tried to tell me that I got what I ordered. Chicken tenders. But it didn't say tenders (strips) on the menu. I felt bad. But it was not good. Also no check in with the waitress and when I tried to call her over she didn't hear me. (I guess?) My husband got 20 wings. He did not like it. So we left that and paid for it. Terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was horrible, only 1 person out of our group got good food. The service was very slow, I was the only one at our table that got a refill. They packed the cup with ice to the top. So, we were out of drinks quickly. The 1st waitress took our order then I am not sure what happen to her. I think they switched our waitresses. A waiter brought us our appetizers. which we ordered with ranch, and the waitress said they would switch those. Since they charge for sauce by cup. The waiter asked us the name of our waitress, which we didn't catch and only saw one or two times. He was a bit rude and said he would figure it out. This was so they could charge us for the sauce they said was included with the appetizer. The chicken sandwich had a single drizzle of sauce in the middle of the sandwich and that was it. the Chicken is breaded so it holds sauce which make the sandwich dry. And the waitress stopped coming around, so I just ate it because we were in the middle of a long drive about 21-hour day. I had no hope that they waitress would bring back more sauce for the sandwich in a timely manner. They covered the fries in pepper for my 6-year-old. Her mac and cheese tasted strange, so she ate my fries and carrots for dinner. They forgot the dry rub on one order and went very light and 2 other orders. They went very very light on all sauce, then charged for addition if we could find a waiter or waitress to get it for us. My wife asked for a sauce switch at the time of order. Which again they ran out of the included ones and charged us for them. It took about 2 hours for dinner, and we saw the waitresses a half dozen times. I did see the manager, who leaned on a table in front of me flexing his muscles for a female at that table. But he made sure that table had great food, great drinks. Maybe their manager should take time to manage the restaurant and go to the club after work to hit on women. No, I couldn't hear them but his demeanor was that of a young man at the club, not a manager at a restaurant. Out of 120 dollar meal, there might have been 20 bucks of ok food. Eventually was sternly greeted by a young woman with a "can I help you?" Finally get seated, and it probably took just as long for a waitress to come around and ask about a beverage. 35 minutes later after ordering a drink and 10 boneless wings at the same time, food finally comes--with the wrong sauce. I say nothing about it since I don't wanna wait that long again, I'm hungry as hell, and it's not really that big of an issue. Until I finish my food. 5 hours later, I have liquid coming out of both ends, am vomiting/dry heaving bile and experiencing extreme diarrhea every 30 minutes. This food establishment is CLEARLY UNSANITARY and the KITCHEN needs to be reassessed by the HEALTH INSPECTOR as there's obviously someone or something mishandling raw poultry back there. What a great trip to AZ when Buffalo Wild Wings of all places gives you food poisoning. Absolutely horrible experience all around. I have not been to a BWW in many years and boy have they changed. The service was fine, they were busy but I didn't have to wait to be seated. The ambiance was good, lots of different stuff on the tv's to look at, but the wings are pathetic now. I used to be able to get full on 10 wings, but now the wings are very scrawny. I ordered 10 traditional and they brought me the smallest wings iv'e ever seen, 8 of them were drums and the other 2 flats. I've got a love/hate relationship with B Dubs. When they first started to get popular the wings were a good size, sauced very well and everything came out in good time. That's my benchmark for a great buffalo wild wings experience. As the popularity and crowd grew I found the service and quality of the wings fell off. The B dubs in Yuma is pretty big and there is a good combination of indoor and outdoor seating. They got all the usual weekly specials, HH specials etc. There are plenty TVs and you can always ask to be seated in front of a TV with the game you'd like to watch. I stopped by this b dubs with some coworkers and overall I had a slightly above average experience. The food was all good, although everything was fried. We ordered an appetizer sampler with corn dogs, mozzarella sticks and I think onion rings. The wings were all sauced well and no bite went without a little sauce. The food came out on time which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing lacking a little was the service. We got served apps with no plates or forks as well as never got napkins. Once requested both the napkins and plates took a while. Other than that I'd say this was an above average B dubs experience and if you like buffalo wild wings this location should get you everything you need. read more

I honestly do not know why so many people enjoy Buffalo wild wings. Maybe it is the atmosphere? I have been to the Tuma location twice. The first time I thought it was "okay," but left knowing I wouldn't go again unless someone else had an intense desire to go back. The second time was a few days back and we placed a to-go order. We opted for a special of 20 wings and fries. Spicy garlic and buffalo, both wet, were our choices. The flavor on the wings was just OK. Also, ot very meaty. The worst part was the dressing. Blue cheese is my favorite dressing and this dressing was horrible. The meal came with four dressings and I purchased extra. We threw all of them out and used "Litehouse" dressing from the store. Honestly, I know there are people who love their wings. And that is great. I am just not a fan. If I am going to eat wings I much prefer to go to Hooters. In fact, I would have gone to Hooters but they are closed during Coronavirus. It is unlikely that I will return to this Buffalo Wild Wings or any other Buffalo Wild Wings. As a side note, it is annoying that I couldn't place my order online. The girl on the phone said it wasn't working. There was a hair in my beer in the foam as soon as I got it. I returned it immediately. At the end of the dinner, I asked for my beer to be comp'd due to the inconvenience and disgust. I was then approached by the rude manager that came with a condescending attitude. He proceeded to tell me that he had already comp'd my first beer to which I replied, "you didn't comp it if it was replaced due to a hair in it. A replacement for your mess up is not considered a comp". Long story short he kept up his attitude and charged me for the beer and gave me a couple dollars discount only. Quite frankly I should have just left after that hair was in my beer and should have cancelled the entire meal. I didn't eat comfortably and was treated grossly. My husband and I have been stopping at this place in the Palms Mall for years. After a movie, or just shopping in the area. It was nice to sit and have a cold beer and a bite on a hot day. It was MY generation that invented HEAVY METAl..so having music loud is not uncommon for us. But can they save it for a concert and not have it blaring in my ear inside a restaurant so I can have a conversation with the person sitting next to me? Let me start off by saying I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this has to be the worst service we have received. It was a group of 6 of us at 7pm in a Tuesday, seated outside. Ambience was great but service was way below subpar. The alcoholic drinks we ordered took about 20 minutes to arrive, the water themselves took 15 minutes to arrive. Even then one of us never received our water. Additionally our meals took roughly another 40 minutes after a "kitchen system shutdown". Walked in at 2pm. Restaurant was dead. Even the servers were complaining about how dead it was. I ordered a medium order of wings to go. It took over 45 minutes for me to get my order and they were not seasoned, didn't give me ranch that I specifically requested, and while there for 45 minutes was not asked by anyone if I had been helped and no one was friendly enough to simply say hi. We tried to go here yesterday around 4:30 pm. We had 3 adults, a toddler and a baby. They told us 15-20 minute wait. We went to sit down on a bench inside and they told us there was absolutely no waiting inside the restaurant and that we had to go outside. It was dust storming outside, extremely windy and cold. Mind you I have a 6 month old baby with us that needed to eat. They said nope sorry only waiting outside and we're extremely rude. We even spoke to a manager that was equally as rude. If this is a "Covid precaution"'they weren't taking any other precautions so I don't buy it. No employees had masks and tables were on top of each other. Outside had all of one bench to wait, and I was not taking my children out in a dust storm. We took our business across the street to chilis where they were more then accommodating. We have been here a few times since we moved here.The past two times we have had horrible experience. This last time we spoke to the manager to see if something could be done. We did not ask for them to comp our meal or get anything in return. We showed him a feather full of sauce that was in the wings and we just wanted him to let his staff know to please clean or check the wings before they are sent out, because honestly you find a feather that is not even crispy, you can still fluff the feather and that kind of grosses you out. (The time before this one we found 3 feathers). His excuse in a condescending way was "we don't was them here" what the f!!! You don't wash the wings!!
