So my husband went here and he loves wild wings. He also doesn't complain about Anything. At least he doesn't complain to the wait staff. Nice for them. And annoying to our budget. The waitress asked him which side he wanted. He states that he didn't want a side because he knew he would be full. She said don't worry it's free. It comes with your meal. So he ordered a salad. His bill includes a charge for the salad. I am not going to make any assumptions on what went wrong here. There are a number of reasons this could have happened. However. Basic rule of thumb. Don't tell someone it's free when they don't want it in the first place and then turn around and charge them for it. And even more annoying is that he is the kind of guy who will be tipping on the additional cost and is not a skimpy tipper. I am sure he enjoyed the food and beer. My last visit I was told we'd have a 20 minute wait to be seated and we had to wait outside due to covid (understandable). What's 20 minutes Outside in the Yuma summer. I guess I can't really complain, since I was sitting in the bar section. But....then I got my food. I don't know if they were just having an off day??? My wings almost looked drier than the Sahara dessert. There was "a drizzle" of bbq sauce on them. I had to ask for a side of sauce...only to get charged for it. Also made the mistake of ordering a side of Mac & cheese....my goodness. It made Kraft Mac & cheese taste like heaven. I went yesterday April 29, 2017 it was a large group and just to make this review shorter since the beginning things were not looking good - the waitress took forever with our drinks and food (I think she was new because she looked all confused) but the reason that made me do this review is that at the end when she gave us our receipts (all wrong at first) & when I got the right receipt I went inside because I wanted to pay and leave so I gave her the receipt and my card and she took it and went to process it. They were taking forever so I decided to check my account and I saw that they charged me 52 dollars instead of the 30 that was on my receipt! After awhile she gave me the receipt to sign and I asked her "what did you charged me?" And she said "what you gave me is on the receipt." When I saw the receipt i noticed that they switched receipts!!! That was not the one I gave her omg I was soooo mad! I'm sure it was not her idea because with her was another waiter a tall white guy with facial hair and a Mexican short chubby lady that was wearing a red shirt she looked like either the manager or a head cashier. Bunch of crooks! They acted like they didn't know how that happened.. Seriously??? They voided that transaction and charged me the correct amount but the damage was done, I love their wings and now with this I don't think I will feel comfortable going there anymore I am pretty sure if you are drunk or if you don't pay attention they will charge stuff that you didn't order! Way, way, way over priced. One little cup of ranch for 10 wings. Sure you can have more. As much as you want, but you will be pulling out your wallet. $4 side salad was wimpy and just so so. We checked bar seating and nothing available for 3. Decided to put our name on the list and watch the TVs from outside the bar. Within 10 minutes we were seated. Did not expect that at all. We waited about 5 minutes for our server but after that initial wait he was always stopping by. Chicken wings, nachos, and curds were ordered, plus beer. Came out of movie and I thought I would get some wings to go, did a quick order online waited 20 min for them to be done, order was ready on time. but when we got back home to enjoy them fry's were cold, and the wings tasted like they were cooked for lunch crowd and then left over for the evening, I have had jerky that tasted fresher than the chicken. Horrible service. Good food. Went here for lunch recently. Service was poor and slow. Atmosphere was loud. Ordered chips and salsa as an appetizer. After a long wait I asked about the cips. Server said there was a computer issue...so how does this affect him being able to pick up a handful fo chips and pour some salsa if he KNOWS we ordered them? Chips finally arrived AFTER our food did. No offer to cancel the order or to not charge us for them. The salad my friend ordered was small and in a plastic bowl. Utensils were also plastic...are we at a fast food place here? My chicken sandwich and fries were yummy though...yet in a plastic basket lined with paper. Upon leaving my friend how to move out of the way of a few employees walking by. You'd think THEY would move for their guests. When i tried to get out, two employees stopped to talk and were blocking my way. I stood there for a while lookig at my friend who was waiting for me on the other side of them. They finally finished and i was able to leave. no apologies for blocking me. They were young, as it appears all the employees are but i would expect that any employee no matter what age would get some training on. Where's my food? Let me start off by saying I am not one to bash a local business. Yuma is a small town and we value all local business owners. I took my family to have a birthday dinner for my nieces 18th Birthday. There were 10 of us in the party. 3/6/2022 5pm. We were seated within 25 minutes of checking in with the hostess. Not quick, but completely acceptable for a Sunday evening. Once seated, our drink order was taken quickly. Arrived 15'ish minutes later. At that time they took our appetizer order. Appetizers took 20 min to show up. The order was incorrect. When the appetizers were delivered, we ordered our main entrees. Now there were 10 of us, keep that in mind. 5 of our entrees were delivered to the table 30 minutes after ordering. 20 minutes later we were able to find our waitress and asked her were the heck our other entrees were. 15 minutes later the remaining 5 entrees were brought to the table. 35 total minutes between the first entrees and the final ones. The table was done eating before the rest of the food was delivered. On top of the insane wait, 3 of the 5 orders were wrong!!! My party was there for a total of 2.5+ hours to order, eat and get our ticket. Our waitress was wonderful as far as concern, but she should have came back to check on our order once the first meals were delivered. A total bummer and a waste of $300!!! Maybe sometime soon America will want to go back to work. Until then, horrible service will prevail. read more

The wings make any true wing lover/sport bar fan..extremely happy. There can be a bit of a wait at this place, as there are tons of tv's aimed at viewers of all sports, professional and collegiate. That's actually another reason I enjoy this place. The atmosphere serves all faucets of sports entertainment, as oppose to mainstream football, basketball, etc. I even found a few televisions playing the news. They keep their market open to a wider crowd. The bar makes for good seating while waiting for a legitimate table. The wings are really the centerfold (hence the name), so to me, coming here and ordering anything but wings is ridiculous. If you're looking for a review on salads, check out some Thai restaurants in the area...because this isn't one of those reviews. The wings here are phenomenal. I find it hard to beat both (a personal fave), the ultimate classy Hooters, or my homemade wings. These wings definitely run a close tie or even beat both Hooters and my personal recipe on a regular basis. The Mango Habanero is a hot marinade that is tasty for the adventurous wing eater. It also provides that citrus taste for those who don't want to compromise taste for heat. The Parmesan Garlic is an absolute must for both first timers and seasoned wingers. Just be prepared with mounds of spearmint gum! Classic Buffalo and Honey BBQ are also a win, especially if you're with little ones. Try these if you're new to the place, or eating with a group of friends. It's a promise that your friends will think your a wing connoisseur by the mere suggestion the previously mentioned chicken delicacies. Of course, there are numerous other marinades and flavors that I have not mentioned. Oh yeah, and if you fall in love with a certain flavor, you can take a bottle of it home with you! Added bonus! If you're particular about your seating then this wouldn't be the place for you, straight from the get go. Your service is made up of mostly semi-attractive military wives, and the bar will most likely be filled with tons of Marines. I've been frequenting all the Hooters of America on this cross country tour/job, and I'll be honest...the wings at BW3s are just better. I've been a fan of BW3's for years (they were once known as "Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck") and love their specials (44 cents wings on Tuesday and 55 cents for boneless wings on Thursday at this location). As some others said, [aside from the wing specials] their regular prices are a little high for what they offer, and the service at this particular branch tends to be slow. But, the patio is nice (minus the smell of cigarette smoke), and the bar-area is also loaded with flat-screens. They also have a nice selection of beer on tap. read more

Stopped for lunch After going to te movies. Our waitress was terrible. First off we ordered drinks sweet iceTea with No Lemon & A Beer. And my wife Specifically told her she had an Allergy to lemons , so a Few mins later she comes out with ice tea with a lemon & Gives my wife A water with lemon and forgot what beer she ordered. We had to wait almost 40 minutes for our appetizer (some warm nachos with some salsa that tasted like the stuff you can buy in any store - blend as hell) which made us leave right after it since we didn't wanna wait another 40 minutes for the entree... Buffalo wild wings is a great place to hang out with friends and eat. Right after you watch a movie at harkins you can just walk straight over to buffalo wild wings and get a good meal. They have television screens everywhere to watch the game, UFC, or just to play virtual poker on the buzztime controllers. They do have music, they play music videos on some of the screens which plays throughout the restraunt. It can get pretty loud in there though. They also have a bar area. You can either choose to sit at a regular table, a booth, or in the bar area (kids not allowed in bar area) Personaly, my favorite wing sauce is "spicy garlic". It's just so scrumptious and yummy! Sometimes after karate on Thursdays I go to buffalo wild wings to eat with my dad and relax. I believe that on Thursdays boneless buffalo wings are 50 cents. Went with a group of 11 people on Tuesday for the special. I understand that there was a bit of a wait for a larger group. But at the same time, as a former general manager in a food establishment, preparation and training is critical to mission success. We waited for over an hour and half for our food to finally arrive. I spoke to the manager who basically told me there was nothing she could do since they're busy. Poor leadership at the top obviously reflects the attitude of the staff. If you've been to one B dubs you've been to them all. My last 3 apartments happen to be a block away from a BWW. Service: The usual. The ladies behind the bar seem to have a bit of an attitude. Food: Wings are not that great but when I do order them I get the dry rub desert heat. I like that their new menu has calorie amount posted, not that people in Yuma really care about calories. Also, more salad options which I like. Beer of the month is around $3. Atmosphere: Always crowded, standing room only during game times. Fridays, the place is filled with military folks. Then another 15 before anyone came to take our order. Then the order was messed up and they charged us the wrong amount, though thankfully it was less than what we should have been charged. Food was ok, nothing special but the service was so bad I can't remember the food ... just the poor service. Against our better judgment we went back for a second try.
