First time trying Wingstop here inYuma and I'm Ihighly disappointed. What a waste of time since I live in the foothills. Waste of money since it was so dry and lacked sauce. When I crave wings, I normally go to BWW. I should've stocked with them. But yesterday I found out that Wingstop was having a special or a deal of 20 wings for $20, I thought I'd try them. Well, chicken was so dry and hardly any coating of the buffalo sauce. I ended up eating two pieces of the 20. Even with the help of the blue cheese sauce, chicken was still dry. We stopped in to celebrate my sons birthday this evening and wanted to order the group meal 30 piece. The sign clearly states that we can get any 3-6 flavors of our choice. We made our decision on 4 flavors and when placing the order the associate stated we aren't allowed to get 4 flavors. The sign needs to be updated to reflect what the employee told us. The employee told us that we are only allowed to have three flavors. This is false advertisement at its finest. The site states this however when a customer is dining in we don't look at our phones when ordering in the store. Very disappointed and recommend the sign reflect what your website says. I was worried about stopping by here because of the bad reviews but, it was almost midnight and they were the only place open so I figured what the heck. All of our food was really good. We got boneless bbq wings, boneless garlic parmesan wings, and voodoo fries. The fries were too spicy for me but, that's just my personal preference. All of the food was fresh and the service was impeccable. Even though we ended up being there a couple minutes before close the lady working the counter was so kind and the kitchen workers were knocking the orders out quickly. We really love stopping in here and getting the mango habanero wings! The other night we also got the voodoo fries. They were pretty yummy. We've also have the garlic parmesan wings and they weren't bad but they are definitely not my favorite. The Establishment is always clean and the staff is friendly. This Wing Stop was the worse we ever had! We walked in ordered a 30 piece all flats.... The person at the counter let us know that there would be a 20 min wait... we were ok with that with the understanding that our wings would be cooked and sauced... yahh neither.... I had to warm them when I got home and the flavors were all very light.... tasting like an plain Chicken.... When I called to allow the management know what kind of service was coming from the kitchen she went on to tell me about all the orders she had at one time without offering anything to make me feel better about spending money like this.... we will not return to this Wing Stop.... read more

I was looking forward to the wings drive an hour to get to this place. It should be called Salt-stop. I couldn't taste the wing under all that salt. Just ordered the 21 wing combo of garlic, original and, mild. When I went to pick it up the food was cold as well as dry with no sauce on any of the selected wings except for the garlic one. The side of French fires that came with it were very old and cold. The extra side of veggies was good though. read more

I was worried after I read the bad reviews. They are way off. If you like wings try this place. Cooked to order takes some ( a reasonable amount) time. While waiting I would dig some wifi but no dice! I got my napkins and my fresh brewed iced tea with splash of light lemon aid ready for the fun. Place has a fun look with tv's on the walls and was clean. I ordered a 10 piece combo. I substituted (at no charge) coleslaw for fries. I got 5 Louisiana rub and 5 Cajun. The rub is very salty tasting and not for me; since I ordered them I can't whine. The Cajun were awesome! The meat was cooked perfectly and served hot. The coleslaw on the side was creamy and crunchy and a great side for the Cajun. All the songs are all drumets. read more

We stopped by for lunch since we were in the mood for wings. The restaurant is pretty clean with ample seating. The smell of wings was in the air as we walked in. Ordering was easy and straight forward. It did take a while for our orders to come out which is somewhat expected since the wings are made to order. What was not expected was that they lost one of our orders, it took them a while to "remake" it and finally get it to our table. Other customers experienced the same thing as people could be seen complaining to the front counter person. Now on to the food, the presentation was great and wasn't too messy. The wings were great except for the fact that they were very small. The average wing size was no bigger than my thumb. The fries were very good and would order them again. Overall it's a somewhat decent place. Hopefully they improve their kitchen order skills and shorten the wait time to somewhat acceptable levels. We'll probably check it out again at a later date to see if things have gotten better. read more

Sorry but if your in the business, it should be a little faster than 30 minutes for an order. Fries were cooked well, but so salty I couldn't eat them. Plus, how the heck can you run a wing/sauce place and not have napkins at all and only one roll of paper towel and them only at the register and not at every single table. The wings were cold . I had a 5:15 pick up time I got there at 5:05 and my order was setting done under no heat lamp. Took home and found flats 6 rounds 9 I order 15 flats no rounds. I ordered 40 traditional wings lemon pepper, original hot, and spicy Korean. What I got was 40 boneless mild and mango habanero. I called back which took another ten minutes before I could get through again and explained what happened calmly. Unfortunately I live in the foothills which is 30 mins away so I requested a refund for the next time I come in. I went to Wing Stop on their opening day - took 45 min to get my order of wings and fries since 2 of their employees called in sick - Food was incredible Went on two separate occasions and both times they messed up my order badly - I asked for Cajun and gave me Louisiana Rub - and even argued with me that I was wrong on the flavor. Seriously, if you do not know the flavors of your product, you DO NOT BELONG at a WING STOP. To make matters worse they just smothered the same wings with sauce, instead of making a new batch of wings. I e-mailed the Manager and to this date has not responded. I am shocked to see such a low rating (2 stars at the time I'm writing this.) The wings are delicious. I was a regular at a branch back when I lived in Arlington, TX. Although a small eating area and lack of napkins at the tables, only one big roll at the counter. I enjoy going there. I highly recommend getting a combo the fries are delicious and go very well with all wing flavors. 4 stars being the staff is just learning being a new establishment, the lack of napkins per table, and not a lot of drink fountain selections. read more

Went here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised on how good the wings were. There's a little bit of a wait 15-18 minutes, since the wings and fries were freshly made and so delicious. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was because my lemon pepper wings and Hawaiian flavor were not what I thought they would be the lemon pepper were sour and the Hawaiian just had some tasteless sauce on them. Still I'm looking forward to going there again and trying more things on the menu. Perhaps it was just an off day for those flavors but I'm willing to try them again. Ordered the Louisiana Rub....Oh my....TOO salty...overbearing and difficult to eat. Garlic Parmesan certainly had Parmesan, however NO garlic...Homemade fries were greasy and "floppy". Nothing TUMS wouldn't take care of for the rest of the day. Place was clean and staff friendly. If we visit again, will definitely try other sauces and NO fries. read more
