I'd just say that there was/is debris from getting my windshield changed. Some on the dashboard and a splatter of the glue on the hood of the car. I hope that washes off easily. Waiting area story time: As I'm waiting in the waiting area, someone is having a phone call on speaker phone. That's not the most considerate, yes, but I don't know how long they've been waiting. One of the staff, then, hangs up a passive aggressive sign saying that people should not be on speakerphone in the waiting room. I find this rude considering the staff member didn't even address the customer. Just hung up the sign to guilt the customer outside. Thankfully, it's decent weather out. Also, the check in area is weird. It's a big opening and there are two desks. Instead of getting up to address people, you have to yell for the staff to hear you. And you have bad luck if two people are checking in at the same time. We were basically yelling over each other to be heard because the staff weren't getting up from their desks. Restructure the check in area so it's not so rude and an issue. Infomercial on the TV my entire waiting time. Ugh. If I need this service again, I'm just going to ask them to come to me. The office is not pleasant for reasons above. But I'm guessing their mobile service does much better.

Wow! This place was incredible…read more I had to take my dad's car to Buffalo Auto Glass because the driver side window was stuck rolled down. I called first thing this morning to see if they had any open appointments for them to look at it. They gentleman on the phone said to bring it over whenever I can and they'll have it done by the end of the day. They did not disappoint! They updated my mom on the progress of the car throughout the day and they truly did have the car repaired by 4pm! The price was very reasonable, customer service was friendly and the service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend Buffalo Auto Glass. My dad's car is now back on the road thanks to this team!

When I showed him his mistake he refused to believe he screwed it up even though I showed him it wouldn't work in the car. My custom made leather was ruined from his trimming, stapling and gluing. That cost me close to $200.00. No apologies or admitting he did wrong. Only gave me the $40 back for installation after I threw a fit. I would never recommend this company for this type of work. I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple. Even though the location wasn't as convenient as others, I am glad I decided to use them.

After my initial estimate from Progressive I took my car to Carubba and they handily beat the estimate and even helped me out with a rental car and on my deductible. On top of that, they have free defensive driver classes with any repair. Haven't taken them up on that yet. The waiting room is clean and has free Keuring coffee. The repair itself was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. A nice suprise was that the interior of my car was detailed, too. Not just new car smell...I mean $100 Delta Sonic level detailed. I always thought it was unusual -- who would be out shopping for clothes and think, "Oh yeah, I've got a chip that should be repaired"? Some years later, I found myself with an annoying and potentially dangerous stone chip, about half the diameter of a bb. Worryingly, two cracks appeared to be increasing in length away from the center, about half an inch on each side. I finally figured I should take care of it before it gets worse. Instead of going to the mall, I decided to search Yelp for a highly recommended, locally owned business. That's how I found Frontier Glass. I've been familiar with their name, but hadn't done business with them. As usual, Yelpers did not steer me wrong. I phoned in the morning, and they asked me to stop by so they could take a look. I showed up just before 4:30 -- I knew they closed at 5 and worried I might be too late. They took me in right way, gave the chip a look over, explained how the windshield is constructed and how the procedure works. They advised that there was always a chance that the cracks could get worse once they pumped resin into them. I said I'd take my chances -- it was either that or I was looking at (through?) a new windshield. 15 minutes and $50 later, I could barely see where the chip was. Great customer service, quality work, reasonable prices, local, woman-owned business. 5-stars on all points.
