The food was good, at least what I ordered and the server put in correctly. Our food took forever to get to us. I ordered lemon pepper wings, extra crispy, lightly seasoned. They were drenched in seasoning. On my reorder, I asked for mild. They came out kinda spicy, drenched in sauce, and he also said he forgot to hit the extra crispy button. My daughter ordered a rice bowl. Once she started eating, she realized she wanted sour cream. Ten minutes later, when we saw him walking, we stopped him. He said they were making it. I never knew a wing place made their own sour cream. By the time she got it, she was almost finished eating. Big waste of fifty cents there, and the portion was much smaller than the ranch dressing for the celery. My water glass was empty most of the night. Every dish that was served to us was still on our table when we were finished eating. The final straw was when we were finished, it took asking 2 different servers and 15 minutes to get our check. There wasn't a website on the receipt like most restaurants but the service received was so above normal, I wanted to look for this restaurant and give a couple of staff members a salute. Jeremy was our waiter and he did an excellent job of getting the order in and the salad's out as soon as possible. Pamela, the young lady who delivered our food and answered several questions was a delight. She should be in a more visable position in the restaurant. We actually came to this location instead of waiting at a nearby wing restaurant, but this will definitely be our wing restaurant of choice in the future. Keep up the good work. read more

We've been here a handful of times since the re-model and after our most recent time we won't return. We had to wait 10 min for a table with an empty dining room and a 30 min wait for food that is mediocre at best. We were so excited about the re-model but the restaurant continues to disappoint at each visit. Overall, the service all around is terrible and the restaurant is poorly run. read more

Ate here the other night with the wife and kids. Not sure how we ended up here and we a touch apprehensive due to the parking lot construction. They had a valet service from the parking lot to the front door on a golf cart. Nice touch but it is just a short walk. The server was awesome. Wish I remembered her name but never remember them. Cute girl, 18ish, blond hair, and very attentive. We ordered the unlimited wings for $15 and the kids had cheeseburgers. I do not understand how people do not crowd this place for wings, they were excellent! The wings at the competition down the street WWC are garbage. The flavors of the wings were really good. I am not easily impressed but these wings were amazing. I tried several different flavors because the wife and I would share a few off each round. Thanks to Buffalos. Part of the Mill Creek football team was there in force and our server seemed mostly interested in their experience rather than ours. Buffalo's is a great neighborhood place. I love that they host Ohio State viewing parties in the bar area during football season. The service is good, and I highly recommend the entree salads. The last two times I've gone however, they've tried to seat us in a corner booth, which is very dark because the booth lights point toward the side wall rather than down toward the table. They have accommodated our request both times for a more well lit, centrally located table instead, which is great, but the table, booth seats and floor were not clean. Plus the parking lot is always full, so we thought it would have to be good. We were wrong. Everything here is just meh. Service was ok. Food coming out was very slow. The new location is beautiful. Although I have not taken advantage of the over 21 areas kudos for having adult only areas. Not everyone wants to hear kids when they go out and very few places where you can go after hiring a sitter for your own and not listen to some else's kids. Today was 3rd and final try. 1st right after reopen and was understandably mobbed - lots of confusion with all the new waitstaff and ditzes at the front desk. Food was great but had to send several items back the first time to get it right. 2nd time was a weeknight and although there were multiple empty tables we were told wait time would be an hour. I can only guess that they failed to staff for a full house because it was a weeknight. 3rd and final - ordered pink lemonade - "is that a thing? We don't have it" really you have every other time I've eaten - new and old . Asked about soup "umm I didn't check when I got here - I dunno" we'll maybe waitressing 101 GO FIND OUT ! It was French Onion - at least that's what they called it. So bad I can even tell you - no bread in it - no cheese melted on top (slice of cold white American on top) and lukewarm. We ordered salsa to go with twisted chips and bill comes $2.00 charge for it ! Gee should you have mentioned this ( was never charged before) It's a shame because like many others we waited and waited but not more. Just left Buffalo's on Hamilton Mill with well over an hour wait with no food for our table. Party of 4 adults, 2 kids. We did receive our drinks and mozzarella sticks in a timely manner, however it took 45 mins. to get our starter salads and after 1 hour and 15 mins. no meal. We asked for the manager but got our waitress instead. She offered to make the meals to go for us since our children were hungry and ornery but the food still was not ready. Manager still had not come over but suddenly appeared when we told the waitress we were just leaving. He then came over and we told him it had been well over an hour without food. He then proceeded to point to the empty basket of mozzarella sticks claiming we had received food. At that point we left. When asked if we were just going to leave without our order, I said yes and I told him I felt he owed us an apology. He did apologize half- heartedly and offered a coupon towards our next visit. There will be no next visit for our family. Poor service on managements end. Unfortunately, this has happened to us on several occasions at the Hamilton Mill Location. read more
