Let's just say I will not be returning. I am VERY big on customer service & you can tell the young kids they hire here just don't care. I ordered 6 piece xx hot wings online. In the special requests section, I meant to type "PLEASE DO NOT DRENCH WINGS", however autocorrect must've switched the word 'drench' to 'French'. Okay, I understand that's a mistake on my part, however, one of the things I would've done is 1. Used my context clues since there were no fries ordered 2. Called the customer to figure out what was meant. When I arrive to pick up my order, a sweet girl asks what I meant. I told her, she showed me the food and asked if I considered them drenched. I politely said "yes I do, it doesn't even look extra crispy to be honest. Are they able to remake it " She calls over a rude, boy who must've just been ready to go home by the name of Jacob, and asked if they could remake them. He comes over with the worst attitude, "THOSE ARE NOT EVEN DRENCHED" I said, "how are you going to tell the customer what they considered drenched or better yet soaked in xxhot sauce?" Jacob then responds, " I'm just saying they don't look drenched to me- they look dry actually", He didn't try to come up with a solution. Didn't ask to give my money back, refund it, he just said call my manager in the morning. Then kept sweeping. I threw away the wings when I got home. I won't be returning, because if these are the type of disrespectful kids they are hiring, I have no desire of supporting. read more

I got wings from this place. I must admit, that they were good, really good! However the price is on an higher echelon. Something that I would never expect to pay for wings. A 12 wing combo came out to $16.95!! I got the mild lemon pepper wings with fries and drink. I don't want to say anything bad about this place because the food is really good. I also scoped out their burgers which I want to try, but again, I'll be looking upwards at maybe $17 for a burger and fries meal. Use caution coming to this place. read more

In my humble opinion, WNB has one of the best dry rub ranch seasonings in the wing game! It is my absolute favorite flavor and is equally as impressive wet, but I try to avoid those extra calories when I can. Today for the first time ever (at any location) I tried the double cheeseburger and I was not disappointed... except for the price. While it was good, total for the BURGER ONLY with tax was $9.62! GEEZ... that's FIVE GUYS money right there! The wings aren't exactly cheap either, but such is life after record inflation. The interior is clean and well kept with a health rating of 100% (A), but then again they are less than a week old. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Their service is efficient and accurate. The inside of their restaurants are always clean and neat. It's a very pleasurable experience dining here. I had Sunday lunch here in Monroe Ga. They offer a lettuce roll instead of a bun which I liked. They advertise a steak burger, and it lives up to the ad. It was delicious! I also had the fries which were cooked to just the right crispness. My sister, who ate with me, got the grilled chicken teriyaki on a lettuce roll. The chicken was delicious, and it came with grilled pineapple and swiss cheese. I will definitely go back again. Two thumbs up read more

Picked up dinner from WNB to bring home tonight. The staff was quite pleasant and helpful but our first meal met with mixed reviews. The WNB Salad was tasty but, either I missed it or they didn't post the fact that there were onions on it....which took a bit away from the enjoyment. Wings were done perfectly - still moist but cooked through and the Onion rings were delicious. HOWEVER..... the wing sauces and fries were loaded with salt. I was tempted to wash the sauce off the wings they were so salty. Also, it seems strange to say this but, in addition to being over salted, the serving size was huge! Eating French fries is not a terribly healthy choice but, if one were to eat the entire plateful, you'd be heading to the hospital for help LOL! Recommend asking them to go light on both the wing sauce and the salt on the fries. read more
