I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. It had a cheap cover on it that was just holding water on it. It had mold on the dashboard, doors and floor and there was a green slime on the convertible top that I could not remove. I chose the level 3 cleaning (no ozone). I am amazed at how clean my car is. It looks brand new. The convertible top is back to gleaming black and the rest of the car, inside and out, is just shining clean. The cleaning was done a couple months ago and it is still awesome. This car wash was under construction for the longest time but now it's open. I didn't want to use self-service so I tried the touchless car wash. Fancy. One thing I learned is that if you're in line and there's a car in front of you getting washed keep your windows up because you'll get backwash mist. Pffft, pffft, pffft. Blech! Go through the payment process after they leave the tunnel. I got the Beary Clean. Once in the tunnel it was like an EDM concert with all the colorful lights flashing. Water pressure was pretty good. Blow dry was weak. Their front lot had enough space to park and do a walk around inspection + detail as needed so that was nice. They didn't have fresh yellow towels so bring your own or buy some blue ones at the vending machine. They also sell the Brown Bear air fresheners. They're so cute. I know my fellow locals on the road when I see the yellow bear on their rear view mirrors :)
