All social media feedback is reviewed by the leadership and actions taken immediately to rectify any bad experiences. So do not rely solely upon the one star reviews you see. Those are isolated experiences and do not reflect the actual beliefs or treatment you will receive at this office. I have never had an issue getting an appointment with one of the doctors, no matter the urgency of my illnesses. The team promptly answers every call or responds to every voicemail within a timely manner. Dr Leah Macklin and Dr Christopher Borrego are some of the finest physicians you will ever meet. They honestly care about you and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and most importantly, confident in their diagnosis and treatments. Each practitioner takes their time with you and truly works with you to find any underlying medical issues. The office also works with most insurances and has hours that meet your needs.

After failing 4 times and becoming stimulated, I requested to allow an office who is capable of completing the insertion. Watching her insert the needle, she was trying to explain how she couldn't do it, while the whole time the bevel wasn't even inserted. She denied me my $140 deductible back of no work being done, followed by "you're a horrible daughter" "I'd hate to be your mom" "you're embarrassing" and many more aggressive statements because of her anger on failed attempts. She was at the desk, laughing. The Dr stood there the whole time with no concern. I left out with sore, bruised arms. I will never be back at such a place! I felt very intimidated by the ginger who walked behind me while I was trying to leave. I should've allowed the 2.5 stars on here to be my warning. No wonder why it was so empty in the lobby!

I have an extensive background in child psychology and was very impressed with this physician's bedside manner, her genuine concern for both baby and big sister and her affectionate demeanor with both children. She asked pertinent questions and gave easy to understand advice about breastfeeding, preventing diaper rash and caring for a stubborn umbilical cord that refuses to fall off. I was delighted that my grandchildren have such an amazing doctor right around the corner. I would highly recommend this physician to new mothers.
