I will say that when we signed up we were told that the service was normally over $300 per treatment and we were getting a deal at $180 a treatment but after the tech came to the door acting like the $180 was the normal price for the service I think we were lied to and did get any discount for signing a 2 year contract.

The service guy was nice and polite and I guess did what he was supposed to do. He was so that I he was able to sign me up for a maintenance plan. That's where it all fell apart. They were supposed to come on a regular schedule but I would get random calls asking if a service guy could come out. If that wasn't a good time it would be weeks before they could send someone again. This went on for a few months and I cancelled the service. They tried to tell me I couldn't but could not come up with proof that I had signed that type of contract. After I cancelled they said I still owed $75 for the balance of the month I cancelled. That was just dumb. No service guy came out that month so why would I pay? We argued the $75 for about a year before I finally paid when they threatened to send it to collection. If you have a pest problem feel free to call them. Just don't get suckered into a long term contract. A company that doesn't post their street address on their website shouldn't be trusted.

At first, I was not quite sure if I wanted to add the pest control package but finally decided as I had a mouse problem in my garage and ants in the house. I'm so glad I bought both packages. Since the Healthy Home Pest technicians have been coming I have not been bitten by a mosquito (it is mid summer now) even though I work in my garden every day and cook out frequently. For the pest control package, I could not believe how many times I've called them. I had problems ranging from ants to carpenter bees to a wasp nest. Each time I've called, they've arrived the same day or the next day to fix the problem. I'm so glad I have their service for my house. I'll definitely renew our contract next year.
