They did not show up several times for lawn care, did not answer emails about it, and billed me for the full month. They did a good job on most of the drainage project, which was big and important, except they they installed an unacceptably large and unattractive ditch in the yard that I ultimately paid to have removed. The sod installation in the back was shoddy, pieces were lifting up and it is all lumpy, half of it ended up dying in 2 weeks after heavy rain. They were supposed to put some seed down, but didn't. Diego and Wilbur came to our house today to do a cleanup after we had a plumbing backup. Chris Fleming, the project manager, came back out and saw the mess and immediately requested that dispatch send another team out. Diego and Wilbur came today. Dispatch told me before they came that they are an A+ team. They were absolutely wonderful. They cleaned the bathroom until it was spotless. They had to tear out a bit more of the paneling in the basement and some more ceiling tiles and they cleaned and sanitized EVERYTHING in that basement. We are very happy and cannot say enough what an awesome job they did. Thank you to Chris Fleming for making this right, and thank you to Diego and Wilbur for your professionalism and amazing work.
