We were very satisfied with their work. They were on time, systematic, polite and easy to work with. Communication was good, they returned phone calls within a day, usually within a couple of hours. They worked pretty quickly (There are drywall contractors who are typically waiting on Bugbee to finish, so they can start the drywall phase of things). The result looked great. Extremely unprofessional. Multiple cancellations on appointments, showed up late to our consultation. Horrible communication, not once contacted us on our preferred method of communication (we have awful cell service at our house I instructed them to call our home phone first for everything). Will be going with another company. Only offered a $200 discount for their poor services. I'd rather pay full price and experience a delay in our project than work with them. They would have to show extremely professional and timely handling of any services going forward for me to retract my review but I don't think I would even trust them to show up for a future appointment if I made one (which is inconvenient since like most people I have a job and need to take the day off to accommodate them). Don't waste your time, go with someone else. Also don't bother if you are a private residence as after many cancellations their business project manager informed me that they prioritize commercial projects and will cancel on home owners to accommodate commercial projects. This makes sense to me from their perspective but had I known this was the case I would have used someone with either a residential division of the business or that told that in advance so I could have made my appointment with that in mind. read more
