Awesome company, we're repeat customers. They warranty for only a few months (b/c there are so many variables as far as rain, sun, etc.), but their stuff ends up lasting a long time that we use them annually. Chris made moving into my older home so much easier than it could have been. First, he did the WID inspection. He charged less than competitors, but gave a very thorough and timely report. Before I moved in, I went to paint and in a few brief hours encountered a good 20 spiders, few roaches, and handful of other bugs (silverfish, pill bugs, etc.). I honestly didn't believe Chris when he said I wouldn't see any bugs after he came. Sure enough, he came out to spray the house and yard and I haven't seen a bug since. They have a very special way of making you feel important as a customer and not just like another job as some of the larger companies tend to do. I had an extermination done when I first moved into my new house and sadly these German roaches just wouldn't disappear! With 4 kids, one of which is allergic to roaches I was on the hunt for a real extermination. Hopped onto Yelp to find a better pest control company and came across Bugco, best choice I ever made. I was given an appointment within the week, service is quick and customer service is excellent. I met Cody for the initial treatment and surprisingly it was pretty quick, and he is honestly one of the nicest guys ever. He gave me great advice, was really cool and chill, did an excellent job and didnt miss a single area. Within the first week or two almost 95% of the roaches were completely gone! I still had seen a few here and there, not many, so I called in for a follow up and was given another appointment at no cost within a few days. After the initial treatment Rachel came by for the follow up appointment and touched up the areas of concern. Rachel was amazing! Such a sweet and kind hearted person, treats you like a friend! She did an amazing job and I really couldn't be happier with the service. If you need pest control I strongly recommend bugco, you wont regret it. Prices are great! Service is excellent! I typically don't use pest control because I let creatures live. But, this week, our house became infested with roaches - first time ever. I was disgusted and confused as we keep the house clean and do not leave out food. I was referred to BUGCO and the technician, Justin, came to our house. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the possible reasons/entries points and why the roaches decided to make our house theirs. Incredibly, within 24 hours, I am finding the dead little creatures. Brandon came by our home and did a terrific and thorough job spraying indoors and outdoors, answering my questions, and providing advice on how to keep critters from coming into the interior of the house. The product worked as we have seen dead bugs around and no live ones inside the house since he visited. The price was also very reasonable with no expensive up-front contract. This company is wonderful and always try very hard to please me! When we first bought our new house in Missouri City we were over run with fire ants in the yard and these tiny little ants in the kitchen and master bathroom. They came about three times to get rid of these buggers and, for the most part, the ant are all gone - inside and out! Since then I have had them come again for another general spray and lawn treatment and they bent over backwards to work with my schedule and ended up coming twice just to make sure I was accommodated. And I must say, I am very happy, since we have pretty much no bugs anywhere. And if I do find a bug, it is always dead! I will definitely keep using Bugco for my pest control in the future! read more

An excellent local company! I had a problem in my apartment with gnats and the apartment complex sent their company out but I wanted another pair of eyes to look, so after seeing the very high ratings for BUGCO I called them. I now see why I had a two-week wait for a visit! These guys are good! Justin came to my apartment on the scheduled date on time, called ahead of his arrival, took a close look at everything, sprayed, and offered some helpful tips. I had thought of calling one of the national pest control brands instead but I can recommend BUGCO over any of them. We've been w Bugco for almost a year and have been very happy w them. When we first moved into our home we had an issue w ants but since working w Bugco, we have not had issues and have been happy w the preventive maintenance visits every quarter. Only once have we had a scheduling mixup and they worked w me immediately to rectify the situation. The technicians are always very knowledgeable and professional. On our recent service visit, Brooke was our technician and he arrived right on schedule and not only did he thoroughly walk me through his process of where he was spraying, he also gave us some helpful landscape tips for preventive measures, which we definitely appreciated. We had an issue with primarily ants d/t new construction and disturbing of the land. They were coming in from the foundation. I called and spoke to Sam who was very patient and thorough. We thought we would just use the ports built into the side of the home but he warned the treatment only gets to a limited part of the home that way. He scheduled within 2 days which was a relief given the ants were everywhere - under clothing, corners of closets, etc w/o anything in particular attracting them. We knew we wanted regular treatment so Sam got us set up with quarterly treatment. Chelsea is our tech who came out to help out to the house. She was very thorough and treated what I needed but also suggested rodent traps. With the cleared land, there has definitely been disturbed wildlife and field mouse sightings so that was accurate. She placed those traps on the spot - which they manage. I also got yard treatment for mosquitoes - she did a serious fogger treatment. That helped for a few days but of course the mosquitoes have come back secondary to the rain naturally, but not as bad. She also treated the lawn for a variety of insects. I was worried about my flower beds, but nothing was affected as she assured. All of the services seem to have helped greatly. We were advised we could have intermittent and additional treatments at no cost if bugs were sighted. It has been worth every penny. read more
