We tried the service out for the last couple of months. We've just come to the realization that I don't think that we are very compatible with the chemical they use. We just spent over $130 this past month to have our entire house treated as well as our yard for spiders and Wasp. I feel like the bug issue was better prior to them actually spraying the house and treating the yard. A few days after treatment we were finding spiders everywhere and wasp nest outside along the fence and back bush. When I called to let them know that I wanted to go ahead and cancel my service with them moving forward. The lady didn't seem very interested in keeping me as a customer. She said that she would note my file and would cancel my service for the future reoccurrences. I was a bit disappointed that she didn't offer to help re-fix any issue i was having. They had no issue taking my $130 dollars for the treatment but don't have much to say when I told them I was discontinuing my service. read more

I highly recommend Bugco to anyone who is in need of pest control. We have had a uncontrollable ant problem that has been on going for a few months now and we finally decided to have someone come out to take care of the problem as I started to fear that the ants were slowly invading the house. I called on a Friday and was pleased that they were able to schedule someone to come the next day. Germaine did a great job on the house. He was at the house diligently working for almost 2 hours which is unheard of! He was very thorough in doing his job and even cleaned out all the spider webs. He has to be one of the friendliest pest control technician I've met! The cost was reasonable as well. $85 for the interior of the house and $40 for the yard treatment. I used the yelp offer and was able to save $10. The treatment is also good for 2 months. read more

Moving from New York City, the only pests I was only really exposed to were cockroaches, rats, and pigeons (I'm not a bird lover don't hate me). So moving to Houston really opened up my eyes to all these critters roaming around town and my house. I absolutely loathe bugs (as you can tell I also strongly dislike camping) so I was so grateful to have found Bugco to prevent any disgusting bugs from coming into our home. I've been using Bugco for about a year now and they regularly come to our house to preventatively spray every 3-4 months. The service is excellent! Our regular guy (Tito) is always on time, if not early. He's super friendly and takes the time out to listen or answer any questions we have. Spraying is fairly quick- our 3 story townhouse and outside area takes about 45 minutes to complete. We have 2 dogs and he assured us the spray was dog friendly and not toxic (although during our very first appt with Bugco the dogs were not allowed in the backyard for a few hours). Payment is by credit card which they swipe on their iPad which makes it quick and easy. What I also love about Bugco is their appointment reminders- we receive emails every 3 months to remind us about routine spraying- this is great for me as I probably have the worst memory in the world. All you have to do is call and set up an appt and they usually are able to send a guy out within one week. I would definitely recommend Bugco to anyone looking for pest control! I know they work because usually a day after spraying I see dead bugs around the perimeter of our home. Thank you Bugco for protecting me from scary bugs!!!! read more

After moving back into a formerly rented condo, it was apparent that the tenants had let a roach situation ensue to epic proportions. I called Bugco based on Yelp reviews. It was very easy to schedule and the technician arrived, assessed/reviewed, and treated, resolving most of the issue. After a few weeks, I discovered to my horror that the roaches had laid eggs in the drain pan of my Kuerig and had emerged to terrorize me once more. Bugco sent Germaine out to my unit to retreat at no charge. Germaine was very thorough and professional, as well as being a friendly technician that I felt comfortable with having in my home. Happy to say that it has been clear since the re-treat service. I will continue to schedule routine maintenance, as there is only so much I can control in a condo building. I have been using Bugco for years now when I noticed I had a slight ant and rodent problem! They came out right away and set up traps sprayed the house and within a day the rodent problem was gone! Bad service, they fool me when sign up, I call to set up pest control in my home and it turn out they signed me up on an exterior service. Technician shows up unannounced and only treats half of the house because dogs are loose on back yard, of course they are if you show up unannounced. Bad experience! read more

Their pricing structure just doesn't make sense. I'd go with someone more transparent for services. I called to get outdoor pest control done for a small bit of yard but they wanted to charge me based on the indoor square footage of my home. I explained that I didn't need indoor service but they pushed back and said that didn't matter, that indoor home square footage was still what determined their pricing. They really do live up to their motto of "Honor and Integrity from the Ground Up." My five star approval rating is based on the way BUGCO handled a mishap. I contacted BUGCO for service in early March. A seemingly capable technician came out to fix the problem. In the process of closing the access point, he miscalculated how much the spray foam he used might expand after it dried. As a result, I was left with an unsightly finished product on the exterior of my home. I asked BUGCO to send someone out to repair the closure. Chrystal was the customer service representative who took my call. She is remarkably good at her job. She immediately took responsibility for the mistake and apologized. She scheduled someone to come back out at my convenience. And just as their slogan states, she assured me that they would take care of everything and make it right. I had the good fortune of having Germaine be the man who got the job. He is an experienced expert exterminator with a thorough knowledge base and truly exceptional customer service skills. Thanks to Germaine's careful handling of the matter, I ended up being a happy customer. He does outstanding quality work and treated me so impressively well that I thought he was likely the owner of the company. It turns out that he isn't the boss, but he sure is the best brand ambassador they could ever hope for because he is extremely good at his job. He takes pride in it and it shows on all levels. As long as Germaine is employed by them, BUGCO will be my one and only pest control service provider. Actually, every BUGCO employee I came in contact with was a completely courteous and respectful at all times. They are super professional, knowledgeable and friendly! On top of that they really care about your issue and just want to help you! They have such a great team. Even when they have different technicians coming to you they all talk tk each other and really get to know your issue. It makes the process so much easier. We had carpenter ants in the house and didn't know what they were. We tried to set baits ourselves but they wouldn't go away. They also bite us :( I finally called bugco. There was a large population and they had to come multiple times to treat it. Everyone we meet are super professional and friendly. They also squeezed us in once they heard we were getting bite by the ants and we have a very small baby in the house. They really honor their warranty too! It took us about 4 weeks to treat the area and they came 4 times at no extra charges. They did a great job and now we are finally ants free. I'm beyond grateful!
