I like the man that came to treat our house for the gnats/drain flies. I wish they would have communicated before coming that it wouldn't eradicate the pests all at once. In truth the treatment helped for a few days and now has returned just as bad as before (and yes I've done the ongoing maintenance they told me to do). So I'm not sure whether our infestation is simply that severe or if they could've treated better. I also spoke with a manager on the phone who seemed genuine about making sure I was satisfied. I just want the problem to be resolved. I would likely recommend the company to someone else, just not for gnats/drain flies. read more

Brooke Cornwell and his partner were on time, polite, very professional, and their work and explanation of the work were extremely thorough. Don't waste your time looking for another pest/bug treatment company, none can compete. The crew treated my house's eves, deck and pool area, garage, interior perimeter, and all plumbing areas inside the home...just to name a few spots. They even found the source of small ants in my driveway and treated the tree that held the nest. All of this is a part of their extremely high level of customer service. I only write reviews for exceptionally poor service or exceptionally amazing service. Glad to be writing this review for the latter. When my rent property became vacant, I decided to move-in myself, but was delayed as my post move-out inspection revealed the tenant had left behind hundreds (if not thousands!) of German roaches (these are the small brown ones that invade the kitchen and bathroom-- though apparently they had taken up residence in my house and were EVERYWHERE)! It was disgusting and overwhelming. As my own lease had already expired, I had to move-in temporarily with my parents as I awaited the roaches to vacate-- stressful situation obviously. The first company I hired came out to the property 5 times over about the span of the same number of weeks and could not resolve the issue. Frustrated, I fired them and hired Bugco. It was like magic! The technician from Bugco knew the ends and outs of how German roaches live, feed, breed-- and most importantly-- die. Within 5 days I only saw a few wobbly roaches creeping out looking for their own graveyards, and after less than two weeks-- completely gone. It was such a dramatic and obvious difference between the two companies I couldn't help but write this review (Bugco did not even ask me to and definitely aren't compensating me for it-- unless you consider a roachfree house compensation). I can't speak to any of their other services, but if you have German roaches, do yourself the favor of contacting Bugco first! read more

I was out of the house when one of their employees came by to check on the "mice" traps & bait boxes (basically the rodent work they had previously done) the employee nonchalantly checked mice traps & was on his way out. My Wife calls him back to ask if he checked all "bait boxes", he said yes. They were all good. She asked, "did you check go by the "AC unit"? He apparently cHecked all baits, including the baits by AC unit. He went by the AC unit to "re-check", comes back to tell my wife that there is was a hole the size of a quarter on the AC hose where the "mice" had gained access. Some how he missed it...he goes back there covers it up with foam NO STEEL WOOL. Second day the "mice" had cut a hole bigger than the first at the exact same spot. We don't have "mice" we had "rats" I found out from another company we called out. My attic which Bugco said they inspected has track & droppings of RATS all over!! Wasted $400. Called to complain, never heard back from the owner/manager. read more

He was friendly and helpful in explaining some ways to bug-proof our home ourselves. He worked quickly and finished in about half the time allotted. We are only 3 days out but we haven't seen any return of the roaches that originally elicited our call. I highly recommend working with BUGCO for your pest control needs. We have been using Bugco for 3 years now for quarterly pest control. They have always been exceptional and professional. From the initial call to day of service. Email reminders are sent for upcoming appointments and completed services with details (i.e. technician name, targeted pest, products used, etc). Anytime we had a question the technician would stop without hesitation. One time my husband had asked where these American Roaches were coming from into our new built home. He walked my husband out to the front of our home where a storm drain was and dropped some pest bomb and those critters came out like fleeing from daylight. We are very pleased with our service from BUGCO. They were able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner. The technician Ken was prompt and took necessary precautions due to Covid including wearing a mask and shoe covers as well as staying a safe distance from our family. We had a problems with ants mostly in our kitchen and laundry room. Ken inquired about our problems areas but treated the entire inside and outside of our home. Ken warned us that we may see an increase in ant activity after the service due to the ants being attracted to the treatment. However, we have not seen any more ant activity since the treatment!
