Jared and Zack are excellent to work with. Jared came out to look at a house I just bought in BSL and walked me through his suggestions. We developed a plan and they worked with my schedule to put a dehumidifier and encapsulate the crawl space below my house. Zack showed up to complete the install. Meet with me in the morning. Explained what he was going to do and was very respectful to keep while working in the crawl space. He communicated where he was in the process and made sure I understood his progress. Requested inside spray for our condo. We live in St James Plantation and Manning's has a contract to spray outside. They arrived, sprayed and 14 minutes later were out the door. I know they provide a service that I can't do myself but $175.00 for 18 minutes is STUPID HIGH. I think that because of location they are under the impression they can charge anything they want. I'm considering running for our condo board and seeing what I can do about their view of service. Wish me luck. read more

We have been a customer of Mannings for 9 years. In the past we were very satisfied with the services they provided. This past year we have been very dissatisfied with Mannings service. We use Mannings for our quarterly bug treatments and monthly mosquito treatments. They have not completed the monthly mosquito treatments as scheduled. We have had to call them to remind them that they missed the treatment. Once the treatments have been rescheduled the technician failed to show up. It doesn't matter if the service they provide is a quality product if they don't show up to do it. read more

I've been a customer of Manning for about 6 years and have little negative to say about them until today. I received a bill from them, in Nov 2019, that says they have not received payment for the year 2019 and that payment is due. I called them, it turns out that the referenced service is for 2020, who bills a client for service that will be performed in the next year ? This is odd, I told them I'll pay the bill after the service is performed in 2020. read more

Mannings service is a sham. I heard scratching in a wall in our immaculate well appointed fairly new home. Called Manning becuz they are close by. To use the word lazy about this tech is an understatement. I showed him which wall - he looked around the room. Spent 3 or 4 mins under the house then put out a bait station and took off. I questioned him - "Don't u need to figure out how they got in?" "Nah they'll eat it and go look for water" WRONG!!! They ate it and went right back to their nest in our attic to die. Do you know what that putrid smell is like? Its nauseating and dangerous to breathe! When a REAL PROFESSIONAL - Bryce from B&T Pest Control arrived he took 5 minutes to spot their entry hole after inspecting the attic. Thank God he found and removed the dead mouse then enacted a plan to remove the remaining rodents and seal the hole wth steal binding they can't eat thru. We don't track rodents for a living and apparently neither does Mannings becuz once Bryce explained and showed us the hole we realized any pro who wasn't too lazy to bother doing his job or go into the crawl space would have made the same discovery. If you have a rodent problem do NOT waste time or $$$money$$$ on Mannings They owe me a refund and sincere apology. read more

This is the worst place ever. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.!!! FOUR TIMES the appointment was changed and they still didn't get rid of ants. The worst customer service ever. I was told my appointment was 9am on day one at 10am I called and they cancelled it but didn't call me. Rescheduled for noon the next day, and noon thirty I call and the appointment was written down for 1pm. The ladies response was, sorry, I didn't write it down. WTF. FYI Still not here.
