I know they provide a service that I can't do myself but $175.00 for 18 minutes is STUPID HIGH. I think that because of location they are under the impression they can charge anything they want. Consequently I decided to cancel service. This is when I was told that I signed a six-month commitment and that to cancel I had to pay $90. This was never explained to me and I didn't catch it in the fine print. I'm feeling ripped off and extremely disappointed. So be very careful if you sign up that you're on the hook for more than you realize. I don't recommend using Bug n a Rug based on lack of results, but if you do be aware of your financial commitment.

They have come to our house dozens of times and will not take no for an answer. We have told them we are very happy with our current pest company and will not switch, but event that doesn't stop them. I've tried being polite but end up having to shut the door in their face to end the conversation. Every time we tell them not to come back but they still do. Neighbors who have gone with them have switched away from them and were not happy at all with them. Stay as far away from them as you can!
