I have had many spiders lately. I and found out the condo association does not have the property sprayed. I called CAD pest control on Tuesday for pricing. Alayna was very helpful. I asked to set an appointment. I got a text the next morning offering an appointment the following day at 8am with Jesse. I got a text about 1/2 hour before the appointment to let me know Jesse was on his way. I got another text about 15 minutes later from Jesse. The service was quick and I was able to ask questions. Good value, honest technician. No one tried to oversell us even tho we were complaining about flies being inside the house. I will be using them in the future. Technician was very kind- he came and sprayed before we even had moved so he was willing to use our door code and do things virtually. I highly recommend this company. I've been using CAD Pest Control in Sparks, NV for many years. They've always sprayed the outside and inside of the house and made my little spiders go away. This year, 2025, I received a voicemail and text from the office. I asked them to call me because I wanted to chat about the service. After my last service, someone locally came by selling their business. I told them I already had pest control service and they just came. They pointed out that I still had cobwebs under my eaves. I was like there is no way! Sure enough, I did. When I chatted with the girl in the office (sorry didn't get her name), which was VERY nice and helpful, I was telling her about the company that came by and wanted to know if taking the cobwebs under the eaves was an extra charge and she said yes. I was like, OK, great. I want that. I also shared with her that sometimes after spraying inside, it's really hard to get the oils up off my tile. She explained what I should do when mopping to remove it. That was helpful, thank you. I let her know that I couldn't have them do service on the day they suggested, but if they were free next week, let me know. She said she would talk with her scheduling dept and get back to me. Well, she got back to me via text with "I spoke to our owner about your concerns and she feels that we can't meet your expectations and maybe another company would be right for you. We appreciate the business that you have given us over the years and wish you the best of luck in your needs." I responded with: "Really?" and then she said "I do apologize, but that is what I was advised. If you would like to talk to her, you can call our office at 775-853-1672." WOW is all I have to say!!! Was she in a mood that day and took it out on me? A long time customer? I don't know, but not someone I want to spend $190 with if that is how she feels. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I would highly recommend this company. From the first time calling and speaking with Amber I think was her name. Extremely polite explained everthing all charges. They came out the same week and treated my homes exterior and crawl space. I was concerned about my children and pets coming in contact with it and was reassured that Muppets would have to eat 1/2there weight in dead pest to affect them. There tech Christan came to service my home and even he called before coming over to verify I was home. Once he arrived he was very polite after i explained what was going on he gave me his recommendations and his estimate was on track with whwht Amber said as well. I wanted to update my review because I think it was written before I started having a problem with RATS in my backyard, ugh! They were mostly using a shed for their home but apparently also lived under my deck and inside the hot tub (luckily did not chew through any wires!). I really didn't want to deal with this problem - cleaning up all the poop in my shed was bad enough - and luckily CAD has been on the job. I am incredibly grateful for this service and updating my review because today, Jason went incredibly above and beyond and bagged a disgusting stinky dead rat that died out in the open instead of inside the burrow, which the rest of the rats have been considerate enough to do. IT WAS GROSS AND HORRIBLE. Removing rat carcasses it not part of the service officially, I don't think - but thank cheebus Jason was there when I discovered the rat and offered, despite the terrible nature of this task. Smelled so bad y'all. No words. I would like to give 10 stars. zomg. On a Monday morning even! read more

Twice a year I have the exterior of our home sprayed for spiders and ants. I was unable to set up an appointment with my current pest control company so I went to the pages of Yelp for help. Called up CAD Pest Control and spoke to a very nice lady who set me up with an appointment a few weeks out. I really loved that she was able to give me an estimate 70$ cheaper than my past pest control company. Edward the exterminator called me on the phone when he was 5 minutes out as I had requested. Edward arrived and sprayed the living hell out of those six and eight legged freaks free loading on our residence. I appreciate Edwards attention to detail on the service notes and having a certified license to kill. I'll be giving CAD a call back for great savings and pest control service. read more

I used CAD for pre-emergent weed control for 3 properties. Unfortunately, we still had weed problems and they were extremely expensive. We notified them on May 7 and received a call back on June 5. I do not recommend. read more

CAD Pest Control has its act together, and my wife and I also would highly recommend them. We had a noisy, chiseling rat under our Sparks house that was driving us crazy at night. I spread rat poison in the crawl space to no avail. I phoned CAD and received first-rate service from the start. My first contact was with a friendly woman who was upfront about the range of charges we faced and the availability of an expert to deal with our problem. Three days later, a polite male employee showed up and spread rat poison in areas under the house I had not considered. For the first time in weeks, we heard no noise that night _ and have heard none since then. We were charged a reasonable $140, which was at the low end of the rates cited by the woman. read more

An intelligent, prepared technician showed up on schedule, reviewed the overall situation and listened as we identified areas that we believed deserved particular attention. Since it had been a dozen years since previously inspected and treated, we had booked our service to include our home's crawl space. CAD Pest Control was amazing to work with, from the initial phone conversation from the technician who arrived for the service! As a new first-time homeowner, I've never had to deal with this type of service before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but a bunch of boxelder beetles in my yard prompted me to call. The woman I spoke with for a consultation was SO friendly and patiently answered all of my questions from safety to timing to guarantees and pricing. As it was I guess their busy season I had to wait a bit for an appointment, but no problem. On the day of my service, the technician was on time, also very friendly and explained the whole process. It took way less time than I expected too. What I really appreciated was that there seemed to be good communication between the whole staff -- the technician knew why I called and what I was quoted -- no re-explaining things. Most importantly though, the service WORKED! Definitely noticed the change immediately, and was happy to book a follow up appointment in 6 months. Definitely recommend calling CAD! read more

This is the second time I've worked with Cad Pest Control Services and they have done a great job both times. I get black widows in my backyard around this time every year and both times Jason, one of their techs, came out and sprayed around the yard. He took care around the vegetable garden and sprayed in the crawl space and wood piles. Within a day, the spiders were gone and they don't return until the next year. For the cost, this is the best service in town and I set up a recurring service with them for a discount the following year. Can't recommend Cad enough! read more

They're amazing they come over they're very professional at their job that they do and we've never even had to call them back. Had Chris out again because we noticed some vole and mole activity in our yard. Chris walked the yard with us and gave us great tips and told us what areas were of concern and which ones weren't. We decided against the mole treatment because they aren't bothering us and it turns out the vole trails are probably old. CAD Pest Control rocks! There's no other way to put it. I've been dealing with my parents' house, my Dad passed, and my Mom moved out, and we ended up with a massive rodent problem. CAD is responsive and got the situation under control within about 2 days - other companies were quoting timelines a week or two out. Since then they have been on time and efficient for maintaining the equipment. This company offers a very cost effective way to deal with these issues. The other thing that was great is they were able to work with me since no one was at the house. We sold the house and that's the only reason we don't still use CAD's services. I especially want to shout out to Amber who has been one of the most professional people I have worked with in dealing with vendors for maintaining and selling the house.
