When we picked the dog up Monday afternoon she tells us a different price. She has somehow determined that Saturday to Monday is actually 3 days, and we now owe her for 3 days boarding. A little confused, I said no it is only 2 days and in fact, it hasn't even been 48 hours since we dropped him off! Her response was that she charged 3 days because he got there on Saturday, he was there on Sunday and he was there on Monday. I said this is quite extraordinary, I mean my hotel doesn't charge like that, car rental companies don't charge like this and you never disclosed any of this when we dropped him off.
